A big database utilizes the establishing network technology, and it became an emerging trend in the computing field. Therefore, there is a necessity for an optimal and effective data distribution approach to deal with this trend. This research presents the practical perspective of designing and implementing distributed database features. The proposed system has been establishing the satisfying, reliable, scalable, and standardized use of information. Furthermore, the proposed scheme reduces the vast and recurring efforts for designing an individual system for each university, as well as it is effectively participating in solving the course equivalence problem. The empirical finding in this study shows the superiority of the distributed system performance based on the average response time and the average waiting time than the centralized system. The system throughput also overcomes the centralized system because of data distribution and replication. Therefore, the analyzed data shows that the centralized system thrashes when the workload exceeds 60%, while the distributed system becomes thrashes after 81% workload.

According as acceptance an order results of plant industry increases, ability of plant project management is required and necessity about information technology is augmented. The trend of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is gaining popularity all over the world with its innumerable benefits such as financial gain, greater employee satisfaction, better job efficiency, boosted morale, and improved flexibility. However, this unstoppable and inevitable trend also brings its own challenges and risks while managing and controlling corporate data and networks. BYOD is vulnerable to attacks by viruses, malware, or spyware that can reach sensitive data and disclose information, modify access policies, disrupt services, create financial issues, minimise productivity, and entail some legal implications. The key focus of this research is how Saudi Arabia has approached BYOD with the help of their 5-step solution model and quantitative research methodology. The result of this study is a statement about what users know about this trend, their opinions about it, and suggestion to increase the employee awareness.

Using results from an Earth System model, we investigated change in primary production in the East China Sea, under a global warming scenario. As global warming progresses, the vertical stratification of water becomes stronger, and nutrient supply from the lower part to the upper part is reduced. Consequently, so is the primary production. In addition to the warming trend, there is strong decadal to interdecadal scale variability, and it takes a few decades before the warming trend surpasses natural variability. Thus, it would be very hard to investigate the global warming trend using data of several years' length.

The Information of Technology Trend is one of the critical factors for research activities. In addition, this information tremendously affects the decision-making process of Science and Technology Policy. However, metadata of this information has not gain much attention so far. This research suggests metadata element and encoding scheme that is based on NewsML and using metadata of domestic Information of Technology Trend service system. The result of this research provides the basic resources for developing standard metadata of Information of Technology Trend which is suitable for domestic information technology situation.

The purpose of research will establish the foundation to enhance the skills of Railway Color Design in the future by accurately analysing the Railway Color characteristics. The emotion and demnds of times influences trend of Railway Color Design, the contents of this research also reflects trend in society and culture. The research contains the history of Railway Design and advance research of Railway Color trend especially influenced by society and culture in the from the 1960's to the year 2005. The study is based on the concept of Railway Color Design. it analyzed the related current of society, culture and Railway Color. Collected Railway Color samples(Railway 46 images) were studied by using visual sensation. The Munsell Color System was used as references. This research analyzed railway introduced as railway models by top 4 nation (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan) and Korea in the past years(1960-2005) for their Railway Color Design trend by Munsell Color System. Although the Railway industry has rapidly risen according to life style in society and culture, there has been a lack of organized data for Railway Color Planing. this research on the basis will offer the significant information for Railway Color Design.

Optical transport has been sucessfully developed as a fast information transfer since 1970s, and a WDM system, based on the wavelength division multiplexing technique, was implemented to the backbone network. The WDM technique is able to improve its data traffic by utilizing its optical fiber efficiently, and is suitable for an easy network operation and management. Therefore, trend for DWDM, which is known to be one of DWM system being currently used, and the direction for optical network development will be investigated in this study.

The purpose of this study is analyze to characteristics and research trend of geographic information system as reviewing research trend of KAGIS (Korean Association of Geographic Information Studies) journals published from 2001 to 2007. Also, 358 articles have been published and characteristic of a contributor attribute and research categories were analyzed. Professor and the research 94% hold and the contribution ratio of the relation enterprise worker appeared with the low. The results of this study will be useful for guidelines to establish NGIS and strategies.

In the user-centered design paradigm, information systems are created entirely tailored to the users who will use them. When the functions of a complex system meet a simple user interface, users can use the system conveniently. While web personalization services are emerging as a major trend in portal services, portal companies are competing for a second service, such as introducing 'integrated communication platforms'. Until now, the role of the portal has been content and search, but this time, the goal is to create and provide the personalized services that users want through a single platform. Personalization service is a login-based cloud computing service. It has the characteristic of being able to enjoy the same experience at any time in any space with internet access. Personalized web services like this have the advantage of attracting highly loyal users, making them a new service trend that portal companies are paying attention to. Researchers spend a lot of time collecting research-related information by accessing multiple information sources. There is a need to automatically build interest information profiles for each researcher based on personal presentation materials (papers, research projects, patents). There is a need to provide an advanced customized information service that regularly provides the latest information matched with various information sources. Continuous modification and supplementation of each researcher's information profile of interest is the most important factor in increasing suitability when searching for information. As researchers' interest in unstructured information such as technology markets and research trends is gradually increasing from standardized academic information such as patents, it is necessary to expand information sources such as cutting-edge technology markets and research trends. Through this, it is possible to shorten the time required to search and obtain the latest information for research purposes. The interest information profile for each researcher that has already been established can be used in the future to determine the degree of relationship between researchers and to build a database. If this customized information service continues to be provided, it will be useful for research activities.

This article surveys the fashion forecasting industry in Korean domestic markets. With the rise of new media and devices with high technology, the paradigm of fashion trends forecasting systems has dramatically changed. New perspectives of trend forecasting are required to understand the trend flow and consumer behavior of the MZ generation. The research questions are as follows: 1) Major trend forecasting companies studied the development of their strategies and new forecasting methods. 2) The consumers' needs in the domestic market were analyzed. The influence of the trend companies' forecasting on the market was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) International trend forecasting significantly affected the domestic market. The concordance rate between consumers' online searches about fashion trends was approximately 70.14%. The match rate by category is as follows: The highest rate, 85.06% is from pattern and print, color is 83.92%, the item is 80.39%, and style is 54.32%. 2) Specialized information such as the Pantone color chart is being widely consumed, leading to a trend among the masses. 3) The Korean-specific socio-cultural background has an impact on domestic trends.
