Most information within a construction project roots in drawings and contract documents. Although several methodologies, such as A/E/C and 4D, have employed such a peculiarity to integrate project information, they failed to integrate information in terms of efficiency and consistency. In this research, a MD (Multi-Dimensional) CAD model is developed to improve the process of integrating information for construction projects. This research describes the processes of creating MD CAD objects and embedding information required throughout the project life cycle within MD CAD building components. In addition, a case study is presented to show the efficiency and effectiveness of using MDIIS (Multi-Dimensional Information Integration System) to integrate information for construction projects.

최근 건설 프로젝트가 대형화 복잡화됨에 따라 단일 프로젝트의 건설 사업비 규모가 증가하는 반면 IT 산업의 발달과 더불어 건설현장에서 발생하는 다양한 자료 축적이 쉬워지고 있다. 따라서 건설공사 라이프싸이클 관점에서 축적된 실적 데이터를 활용하여 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 최근 건설사업관리를 위해서 많이 사용하고 있는 PMIS(Project Management Information System)는 시공단계에서 데이터의 축적과 활용에 많은 편리함을 준다. 그러나 대부분의 PMIS는 시공단계에 제한되어 있으며 기획, 설계 및 유지관리의 단계까지는 적용되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지보수 단계까지 관리를 위한 효율적인 하나의 방안으로 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기반의 PMIS인 BPMS(BIM-based Project Management System)를 제시한다. BPMS는 대상물의 설계 및 시공정보를 포함하여 건설 생애주기 관점에서 사업관리를 지원하고자 개발되고 있다.

Although the evolution and deployment of information technologies will undoubtedly play an important role in the current construction industry, many engineers are still unsure of the economic value of using these technologies. Especially for the planning of a construction project, a collaboration system to utilize the whole resources is a essential tool for the successful outcome. A detailed, authoritative, and readily accessible information model is needed to enable engineers to make cost-effective decisions among established and innovative plan alternatives. Most engineers rely on limited private experiences when they create solutions or design alternatives. Initial planning is crucial for the success of the construction project. Most construction projects are done through collaboration of engineers who have different specialized knowledge. Information technologies can dramatically enhance the performance of the collaboration. For the information delivery, we need a mediator between engineers. Object-based 3-D models are useful for the communication and decision assistance for the intelligent project design. In this paper, basic guidelines for the 3-D design according to different construction processes are suggested. Adequate interoperability of 3-D objects from any CAD system is essential for the collaboration. Basic architectures of geometry models and their information layer were established to enable interoperability for design checks, estimation and simulation. A typical international project for roadway was chosen for the pilot project. 3-D GIS model was created and bridge information models were created considering several requirements for planning and decision making of the project. From the pilot test, the integrated construction project planning using 3-D information models was discussed and several guidelines were suggested.

현대에 들어 IT 시장은 대형화와 복합화가 진행되고 경쟁이 더 심화되고 있기 때문에 전통적인 사업관리 방식으로는 관리하기 어려운 정보시스템구축 사업이 많아지면서 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 제도적 장치와 이를 지원하는 사업관리 프로세스를 도출하기 위하여 실무자(현장PM 및 사업참여자)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어개발 사업관리 요소기술의 중요도와 취약도를 파악하여 개선해야 할 요소기술이 도출되었고, 이를 활용하여 사업관리의 필요성과 총괄사업관리자의 역할과 핵심 사업관리 분야를 결정하는데 논리적 근거를 제시하는 매우 유의미한 결과를 얻었다.

An effort has been made in this paper to measure the project manager's reaction to R&D project evaluation and present the useful information related to rebuilding an R&D evaluation system. Results of this study show that project manager's reaction is related to the selection of reasonable items for evaluation, the rater's expertise, the project manager's participation in evaluation process and so on. Accordingly, managers of the research institute have to set up the evaluation system after deeply considering these results.

This research is to suggest the factor which is effecting on the information system audit fidelity in the perspective of audit procurer, to develop the measure to evaluate it, to investigate the audit performance and project performance for comparison the audit fidelity between the audit teams. As the analysis results, we found that the audit service factors can be divided to the expert knowledge of auditor and the project attributes itself. It means these factors are the major measures for the audit fidelity. In this research, the hypothesis of this study model is verified throughout the factor and corelation analysis, and the structured equation model is applied. Analysis results show that all relations between the factors are significant statistically. The audit service factors has an effect on audit fidelity. Also the information system audit fidelity can be affect on the project performance, audit performance and customer satisfaction. So, in conclusion, we need to judge closely the audit service factors affecting the audit fidelity for the enhancement of the project performance, audit performance and customer satisfaction.

In the Urban Regeneration Project, the scale becomes huge and the composition of participating organizations is complex. It is necessary to establish the master plan fast and effectively harmonize conflict options and interests in the early stage of the project. However, the master planner, who is tasked to establish the master plan, and the master planning team, are difficult to establish the master plan fast while effectively considering various and complex information related to regeneration. The Urban Regeneration Project is composed of various types of computer files like HWP, EXL, PDF, DWG and others. When the master plan is established, it is necessary to link the information items and physical files of urban generation in order to effectively save the files in storage for easy search and utilization. This study developed a prototype system to support participating subjects of the Urban Regeneration Projects. It will effectively utilize the information items in the physical computer files using information blocks and Metadata. The developed system provides the base to effectively manage large amount of documents in the early stage of the Urban Regeneration Project and make effective decision-making using the concept of data warehouse.

The revised "Software Industry Promotion Law" has been effective from 2013. This law is to be basis of the domestic public information sector and increases the opportunities for small and medium-sized firms in participating the public IT projects. The shortcomings of this law may be the increase of the risk and the decrease of quality of projects. These suggest that the competencies of project manager (PM) s are critical. Also, in general, an SI (System Integration) project is a one that provides a customer with a customer-tailored system for system integration. Particularly, in an SI project involved in a public institution or a large corporation, the ripple effect of success or failure of a project is becoming greater as the system requires higher cost and more time due to high complexity and large scale. One of the solutions to address these problems is to investigate the competencies of a PM. Thus, in this paper, we derived the major competencies using the RGT (Repertory Grid Technique) and categorized the resultant constructs using the content analysis. In addition, we analyzed the level of importance of competencies by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The conclusion was that Problem-solving Skill and Leadership were the most important competencies of a project manager.

본 연구는 균형성과지표와 6시그마 추진기업의 6시그마 프로젝트 평가시스템을 통합한 프로젝트 평가시스템의 대안을 제시하고 있다. 균형성과지표 차원의 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습과 성장 4개의 관점에서 목표와 평가지표를 토대로 재무관점의 4개, 고객관점의 6개, 내부 프로세스 관점의 5개, 학습과 성장관점의 6개의 평가지표가 연구결과이다. 본 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 적용가능한 지표이며 향후 연구과제로는 특정기업에서 본 지표를 바탕으로 검증연구 및 전략적 체계도와 연계한 통합 시스템에 관한 연구이다.

NGIS를 통하여 우리나라는 공간정보화가 가속되었고, 그 사업에는 인력양성 사업이 포함되어 있다. 인력양성사업은 공간정보체계 관련 전문가를 양성하는 사업이며 단기와 장기 두 가지 과정이 운영되고 있다. 장기과정의 경우 공간정보체계 관련 전문가 과정 또는 공간정보체계 관련 최신 기술에 대한 교육을 수행하고 있고, 단기과정은 공간정보의 활용 또는 최신 컴포넌트 기술 등에 대한 소개를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 교육 프로그램과 교육과정을 분석하여 보도록 한다. 또한 공간정보사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 교육 과정 등에 대한 몇 가지 추진방향에 대하여 제시하도록 한다. 효율적인 교육을 위하여는 과목의 중복성 배제 및 교육 과정 유형을 고려한 교육 등이 요구된다.
