본 논문에서는 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반 취업정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 애플리케이션과 관리시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 취업포털 사이트로부터 제공되는 관련 실시간 정보를 스마트폰을 이용하여 알려주고, 관련 정보를 저장하고 관리하는 서버 시스템을 구현하였다. 특히 취업정보 중계 및 동기화 프로토콜을 설계하였으며, 송수신 정보의 관리를 위한 시스템을 설계 모델링하였다. 개발된 애플리케이션은 실제 이용 가능한 애플리케이션으로 보완 등록하였다.

For the implementation of CE(Concurrent Engineering), the TDMS(Technical Document Management System) which integrates design and manufacuring information, is required. In this paper a drawing information management system, one of the essential modules for the TDMS has been developed. The system is operated in SUN SPARC II workstations. A CAD software called CIMCAD-2D is used for the storage and management of drawings. Relational DBMS ORACLE is used for the development of information data bases concerned with drawings. As an integration tool, the multi-media software called LINKAGE is used. Various functions for drawings and concerned information have been developed with the internal language CIMSHELL and SQL $^*PLUS$.

우리나라 산림행정 업무의 대부분은 서류 및 대장에 의존하고 있는 실정으로 신속, 정확하고 다양한 업무 처리를 위해서는 첨단의 공간정보기술을 이용한 과학적인 산림정보 관리시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 특히 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 항공사진 활용기술의 도입은 산림이용기본계획이나 산지개발, 산림자원 관리 및 산림보호 정책 등의 의사결정지원에 효율적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 항공사진(1998년도 촬영)을 기반으로 주요 산림정보인 수치지도, 수치임상도, 임야도 및 관련 속성데이터 등을 가공하여 DBMS(data base management system) 내에 저장하였으며, 이를 기반으로 세부 응용시스템인 지번별 임야정보 검색, 산지이용개발 정보관리, 법정제한림 정보관리, 산림자원 정보검색 등의 인터페이스를 개발함으로써 산림 관련 실무자가 산림정보의 종합적인 공간분석 및 질의 검색이 가능한 산림정보 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축으로 산림의 효율적 관리는 물론 경제적인 산림자원 및 임산업 육성과 쾌적한 산림환경을 조성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 부서들 간의 표준화된 공간 자료 공유와 과학적인 정보체계의 연동으로 산림자원 관리를 위한 집약된 공간 및 전자 정보화 인프라 구축의 기반을 마련할 것으로 사료된다.

The development of a Marine Engine Room Simulator system for training and research is described. Development objectives of the system are for both student training, research and development work. The system includes a distributed server/client architecture for 1 to 1, or 1 to many client simulation operation through OPC server, complete separation of visual elements from the controlling routines and the ability to work on the mathematical model independent of the controller and visual systems. A graphical user interface for the man-machine interface has been developed and the mathematical model has been updated. Various engine room operational situations can be simulated. The use of marine engine room simulator for training of sea going engineers and its competency for STCW-95 is discussed.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.

개방형 시스템에서 사용자에게 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보증하기 위하여 정보 보호가 필요하다.본 논문에서는 트랜스포트 계층에서 보호서비스를 제공하기 위하여 ISO와 IEC에서 표준으로 권고하고 있는 트랜스포트 계층 보호 프로토콜과 보호연관 프로토콜을 분석하고, 표준에서는 정의하지 않았으나 구현상 필요한 세부 사항들을 정의한다. 그리고 구현 모델을 제시하고 이에 기초하여 보호시스템을 개발한다. 개발을 위한 환경으로는 USL의 ONP를 사용한다.

Recently, due to the several factors such as the advent of very large vessels and high-speed vessels, and the increase of the maritime traffic density at sea, the obligation, responsibility and burden of marine officers on duty for the safety of navigation has been highly escalated. Under these situations, if the appropriate and correct navigational information is given to officers at real time by means of certain integrated information processing system, these obligation, burden and danger can be reduced. This paper deals with the study on the development of the Navigational Information Monitoring and Recording System that can give and record the integrated navigational information based on the personal computer system installed on board. To construct this system, the interface unit which changes different signal types of navigational equipments to NMEA 0183 signal format and the application software to show the visual navigational information were developed. In this study, the navigation system of T/S HANBADA in Korea Maritime University was used in order to construct the actual system that can be utilized in other ships, and also the performance test was carried out several times to examine the performance of the system developed. It was proved that all functions of the system as designed worked smoothly through the performance test. Also this system could be operated easily and conveniently by every user.

Recently, the increased handling of on-line standards information has emerged as an important feature of information and communications technology (ICT) standardization. In order to meet market needs for on-time standards deployment, most standards organizations are actively seeking more efficient ways of standardization using electronic means in order to accelerate the standards making process. This paper suggests a virtual standard development environment designed for standards developers to carry out their standards-related activities on-line. In this paper, we outline a conceptual model of a concurrent standardization process and describe the design and implementation of an Extranet-based network system called standards information cooperative network (SICN). The system was created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as a virtual management of networked standards developers, collaboration support tools, a workflow-based electronic signature system, and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database. We conclude this paper with an introduction to the concept of a virtual standards development organization (VSDO) that supports all the features needed by the relevant standards making bodies to carry out their activities in a dynamic on-line environment.

In this study, we have developed a calculation system for BIM-based quantities, 4D process, and 5D construction costs, by integrating object shape attributes and the standard classification system which consist of Cost Breakdown System(CBS), Object Breakdown System(OBS) and Work Breakdown System(WBS) in order to use for the 4 dimensional process control of roads and rivers. First, a new BIM library database connected with the BIM library shape objects was built according to the CBS/OBS/WBS standard classification system of the civil engineering field, and a integrated database system of BIM-based quantities, process(4D), and construction costs(5D) for roads and rivers was constructed. Nextly, the process classification system and the cost classification system were automatically disassembled to the BIM objects consisting of the Revit-family style elements. Finally, we added functions for automatically generating four dimensional activities and generating a automatic cost statement according to the combination of WBS and CBS classification system The ultimate goal of this study was to extend the integrated quantities, process(4D), and construction costs(5D) system for new roads and rivers, enabling the integrated use of process(4D) and construction costs(5D) in the design and construction stage, based on the tasks described above.

웹상에서 제공되고 있는 부동산관련 정보가 단순히 매물정보에 그치고 있다는 점에 착안하여, 본 연구는 부가가치가 향상된 부동산 정보 및 콘텐츠 등을 부동산수요자에 원스톱으로 제공할 수 있는 종합정보서비스 시스템을 개발하여 이를 온라인상으로 구현하는 것에 대한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서의 부동산종합정보시스템은 GIS를 활용한 지리정보, 사진과 동영상을 활용한 매물정보, 권리분석을 전문으로 하는 부동산과 관련된 각종 권리분석정보, 부동산 검색시 그 자리에서 전문가와 해당부동산에 대한 상담을 시도할 수 있는 웹 콜 센타 (Web Call Center) 기능, 그리고 신용카드회사와 연계하여 신용카드 매출정보를 활용한 상권분석시스템 등의 구현방법에 대해 설명하고 있다.
