Information Technology (IT) makes a great contribution towards improvement of productivity in construction industry. Because most of researches of construction industry's IT are focused on the whole field of the industry or development of information system, however, these have no regard for conditions in fields. Thus, this study proposes the requirements in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of field execution of construction industry. To achieve this aim, the surveys are conducted of the problems and conditions of IT application on site workers and managers. As a result, the followings are suggested: (1) user training should be exercised continuously, (2) infrastructure of IT constructed, (3) total management system of field execution developed, and (4) the development of IT system focused on fields. Therefore, this study provides meaningful proposal that can be set up basic direction toward IT investment and IT system development.

In the area of domestic construction industry, recently, standardization of construction. globalization of constructional and a building information arc required to advance increase productivity, shorten the term of works and reduce the cost of construction. The objective of this is to offer basic data of process new thesis and development for automated building equipment design system based on 3D CAD building information. This study contribute the development of automated Building equipment design system based on 3D which helps to conduct the equipment design handily and quickly.

This study in coping with the current trend is to propose the environment for training 3-Tier App development being focused on the system to develop mobile applications where its related developers are scarce. Design and implementation of training system for the development of 3-Tier App in this paper is to realize the environment for software development for colleges as same as that in IT companies. For 3-Tier App development training system, 3 students with 3 computers work as a group. The above-mentioned 3 computers include a computer for development, Gateway server, and DB server together with legacy system. Also, each of the 3 students shall be given roles of the foregoing sections. We have educated 3-Tier App training system as a practical class for 64 students in junior students of computer information major. Through training session, it was confirmed that we can foster the students as custom-made talents who understand company's development environment. Also, the Comparison of 3-Tier and Stand-alone App Development Training System for 10 distinct description, we know that 3-Tier app development training system was very superior to stand-alone app development training system in the educational effects.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of ensuring information security in the system of public administration of the constant development of the region. The actualization of the research topic is because the information has become a powerful means of manipulating the public and individual consciousness, as well as a real weapon used in new types of conflicts, confrontations, and confrontations. Creating opportunities for everyone to access information sources, developing the ability to use it, and at the same time protecting people from dirty information flows create a kind of subject-research field, one of the most relevant aspects of which is the problem of forming and implementing information security policy at the state, public and civil levels. The research methodology involved the use of theoretical and scientific methods. As a result of the study, the key features of ensuring information security in the system of public management of the continuous development of the region of the EU countries were identified.

The overall objective of this study is to empirically investigate organizational/managerial factors affecting system development team operation. The contributions of this research project are two-fold. First, this study examined various organizational/managerial factors that made team operation successful. Second, we presented the key success factors among the identified success factors of team operation. A field investigation of 68 system development teams located around YoungNam area indicates that motivation, leadership and egalitarian team culture are success factors of team operation. Especially, key success factors are leadership and egalitarian team culture.

There exists popular approach using certainty factor (CF) for the development of effective reasoning mechanism under uncertainty in Expert System, However, there is a problem with CF. The CF values could be resulted in the opposite of given conditional probabilities. In this paper, a method for, reasoning under uncertainty using reliability theory to overcome the problem is proposed. And the proposed method is used in the development of Expert System for the selection of equipment for automated warehouses.

Defining the correlations between rural amenities, while difficult, is important for the adequate and efficient development of these amenities. In this research, an Interactional Information Measuring Technique(IIMT) using Information Gathering and Utilizing System(IGUS) was developed to objectively analyze the correlations between abstract ideas. In order to analyze correlations between rural amenities, this model used the Korean Dusan World Encyclopedia as IGUS and the relative interactional information was measured. The correlations between rural amenities were analyzed objectively using IIMT with the results satisfying the basic conditions of interactional information suggested in this research.
