This study analyzed the websites of domestic college's Teaching and Learning Center of Quality. The title of "Teaching and Learning Center of Quality" was given to 9 colleges selected for 3 years since 2010 by Korean Council for College Education. The websites mostly consist of introduction, teaching support, learning support, e-learning support, service, media support, resources, community, and so on. This study also analyzes the similarities and differences of the websites by the degree of the webpage menu activation. This study suggests the direction of the websites functions which college's Teaching and Learning Center should have.

As language learning that utilizes speech and information processing technology is getting popular. Speech Information Technology & Promotion Center(SiTEC) has created and is distributing speech corpora for STiLL in order to support basic research and development of products. We will introduce the corpus for Korean and those for English which we have created and are distributing.

In this study, major steps of the research data management plan were derived through the research data management guidelines of major countries (NISO DMP in the US, UK DMP in UK archives, etc.). The results obtained are support for research data policy & planning, research data technical support, research data sharing support, research data legal mechanism support, and research data education support. In this study, we analyzed seven cases of data sharing among 7 domestic and foreign biotechnology. Shared use case countries are limited to the United Kingdom and the United States, which play a leading role in the management of research data. In Korea, shared cases were analyzed for the Korean Bio Information Center and related systems, which is a research and performance management and distribution agency designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Objectives: Limited research has investigated the specific needs of patients with cancer. This study was performed to explore patients needs and the related factors. Methods: The data were collected by 1 National Cancer Center and 9 regional cancer centers in Korea. An interview survey was performed with using a structured questionnaire for the subjects(2661 patients who gave written informed consent to particiate) survey 4 months after diagnosis and review of medical records. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the sociodemographic characteristics, the female group showed a higher level of recognition for physical symptoms, social support needs. The younger group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for health care staff, psychological problems, information and education, social support, hospital services needs. In addition, the higher educated group showed a higher level of recognition for health care staff, physical symptoms, social support needs. The higher income and office workers group showed a higher level of recognition for hospital services needs. When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the cancer, the breast cancer group showed a higher level of recognition for all needs excluding physical symptoms, accessibility and financial support needs. The combined radiotherapy with surgery and chemotherapy group showed a higher level of recognition for psychological problems, information and education, social support needs. Conclusions: This study showed that needs on patient with cancer was significantly influenced by female, higher educagion, lower income, having religion, office worker, liver cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, chemotherapy, and combined therapy.

The purpose of this article is to propose the functions of the School Library Support Center of the Ulsan Metropolitan City. The findings are based on the 2009 and 2010 statistics of the school libraries in the Ulsan Metropolitan City, and a questionnaire survey that was conducted for teacher librarians and the class teachers who manage their school libraries without a Library Science degree. The proposed tasks of the School Library Support Center fall into two categories: administrative and practical. Administrative tasks include assigning teacher librarians to schools, expanding library resources, and establishing an integrated supervision system for both school libraries and student reading programs. Practical tasks include developing educational programs, informing library program providers to school, and public relations programs about the Center's services.

The purpose of this study was to propose a plan of Information Resource Center(IRC) with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class for 'K' Elementary School in Daejeon. As for research methods, this study reviewed the basic directions and characteristics of Information Resource Center(IRC) defined by the Ministry of Education and Human Development, and literature from various sources. Standards for the Information Resource Center(IRC) were suggested, a plan was proposed according to them. Ultimately, a plan with stable and flexible layout and flow lines, facilities and spaces within the Information Resource Center(IRC) was established and executed. The basic functions of Information Resource Center(IRC) were information, reading, consultation, graphic production. The spaces suggested in this study for the Information Resource Center(IRC) for elementary school were space for the literature information, information search, A/V information, studying, browsing, reading. This results will support teacher's teaching with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class, help student's self directed learning activity, and play its role as a cultural center of the local community.

The essence of family health is to make the family stronger, which can be found in the philosophy of coaching that focuses on the individual's own change and development. In this context, this study aims to develop a coaching educational program at the Healthy Family Support Center. The educational program, 'The Happiness Balloon in My Mind' consists of 4 sessions, which are 'Perceiving the Balloon', 'Making the Balloon', 'Blowing up the Balloon', and 'Flying the Balloon'. Through the questionnaires that included open and closed questions, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated. The educators replied that their expectation to the program was met and they were highly satisfied with the program. They reported that the program brought the a change in life, elly, in their own consciousness. Even though the program would need to adjust its level of difficulty and scheduling, the results suggest that coaching educational program showsits own plausibility to the Healthy Family Support Center.

Staff scheduling is an important area, both from an academic and industrial point of view. It has become increasingly important as business becomes more service oriented and cost conscious in a global environment. There has been a lot of study to develop new and efficient staff scheduling models and methods. The purpose of this paper is not to develop new theoretical results but to develop a comprehensive user-friendly staffing model that can be applied to the real-world practice. The developed staffing software, OptStaff, provides the optimal configuration of the customer support center including the selection of customer support center locations, the allocation of staffs to each selected location, and schedules of staffs, so as to minimize the total cost while maximizing the customer satisfaction level. OptStaff also has capability to do scenario analysis by varying the levels of parameters and to create a variety of graphs and reports with user-friendly interfaces.

The purpose of this article was to be offered data for the efficient management of healthy family support center as the deduction of the standard job of healthy family supporter. The process of this study take the major steps as subject selection based on career, investigation about range and contens of healthy family support work and deduction and examination job areas, duty and task. Consequently, the job areas of healthy family supporter are generalization, counseling, education, culture, administrative affairs, taking care of children and taking care of children for family living with a handicapped child. The standards of job analysis are frequency, importance and number of human power. The result and procedure of this article provides the main data and idea for the development of a tool of measurement, ajob analysis and information of the specialty and role of healthy family supporter.

IEEE 802.16 networks support mobile stations (MSs) to access broadband wireless networks while moving at a vehicular speed. However, IEEE 802.16 networks do not provide link layer native multicast capability because of point-to-multipoint connection characteristic. Due to this feature, it is not easy to adopt protocols or applications which need native link layer multicast capability. In order to solve the multicast support problem, we use the built-in LAN emulation feature of IEEE 802.16 which is based on Convergence Sublayer (CS). Our proposed operational procedures support not only the delivery of link local scope multicast packets, but also the delivery of non-link local scope multicast packets such as site local or global scope multicast packets. We also present the method of forming multicast Connection Identifier (CID) which is used to transport IP packets over IEEE 802.16 networks.
