P2P 서비스는 인터넷 상에서 서버를 거치지 않고 정보를 찾는 사람과 정보를 가진 사람의 컴퓨터간의 직접적인 연결을 통해 다양한 정보를 공유할 수 있는 방식으로, 파일의 자유로운 교환을 위한 방법으로 많은 인기를 얻고 있다. 그러나 P2P 파일 공유 시스템에서 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사용자들은 동등한 접근 권한으로 자유롭게 여러 사용자들의 공유 파일을 이용할 수 있기 때문에, 자신의 파일에 대한 공유 없이 다른 사용자들의 공유 파일을 다운로드만 하는 "free riding" 문제가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 바이러스나 웜을 포함한 파일을 공유하거나 실제내용과 다른 제목을 가지는 파일을 공유하는 사용자라 하더라도 제한 없이 파일 공유 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 파일 공유서비스를 이용하는 사용자들의 신뢰도를 나타낼 수 있는 평판(Reputation) 정보를 이용하여 빈번한 다운로드를 행하는 "free rider"의 접근을 제한하고, 정상적인 실행이 되지 않는 파일을 공유한 사용자들에 대해서도 다른 사용자들의 공유 파일에 대한 사용을 제한하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 초 중 고등학교 수업 자료의 재사용과 공유를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 큐레이션 시스템의 기능을 도출하는 것이다. 수업 자료의 활용현황을 조사한 면담을 통해 현장 교사들이 수업 자료를 자주 사용하고 있다는 것과 수업 자료 생산 매체 및 수업 자료 사용 목적이 초등학교와 중 고등학교 간 차이가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 설문 조사를 통해 재사용과 공유를 위한 큐레이션 시스템의 요구사항을 도출하였다. 큐레이션 전략에 관한 기존의 연구를 조사하여 효과적인 시스템 운영을 위한 정책, 디자인, 표준 및 도구에 대한 전략을 식별하였다. 이상의 조사 결과를 반영하여 설계한 큐레이션 시스템의 업무와 기능은 다음과 같다. 개인 작업 공간에서 구현되어야하는 업무는 인증, 환경설정, 등록, 보관, 편집을 통한 재사용이다. 공유를 위한 공동 작업 공간으로 구현되어야하는 업무는 접수, 저장, 동료 평가, 접근이다.

This paper describes the design and trial development of a system that supports continuous hazard mapping by local residents in their daily life. We performed an interview survey to design our system in a model traditional town in Saga Prefecture, Japan. The results show that despite continued efforts, many practical problems remain and residents feel unsafe. Considering these results, we designed and developed a unique information and communication technology-based support system that contributes to community-based disaster prevention and reduction. The continuous resident participation and posting design are the core concept for our community-based approach. Our system continues to support making a hazard map by integrating the community-based hazard information. Local residents register information (disaster types, risk level, photographs, comments, positional information) about locations that could be dangerous in a disaster. In addition, our system enables information sharing through a Web server. We expect that this information sharing will allow local hazard information for each district to be used.

본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구목적을 가진다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 사회연결망 밀도와 중앙성이 가맹점의 가맹본부와의 정보공유와 다른 가맹점들과의 정보공유에 미치는 영향에 대한 관계를 실증적으로 밝히고자 한다. 둘째, 앞서 제시한 관계들에 있어 가맹점과 가맹본부 간의 유대강도의 조절역할을 하는지에 대하여 탐색적으로 확인하고자 한다. 셋째, 실증분석의 결과를 토대로 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 하기 위하여 부산지역에 소재한 프랜차이즈 가맹점들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문응답의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서 가맹점의 점주와 점장을 중심으로 설문조사 하였다. 회수된 설문지는 총 200부이며, 이 중 무성의하게 응답한 11부를 제외한 189부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 평균변환법과 위계적 다중회귀분석법을 사용하여 가설들을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보공유 대상이 가맹본부인 경우 사회연결망 중앙성, 유대강도, 밀도 및 중앙성과 유대강도의 상호작용이 정보공유에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보공유 대상이 다른 가맹점인 경우 사회연결망 중앙성이 정보공유에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 토대로 학문적 실무적 시사점과 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

In this paper, we propose a sum transmission rate maximization based cooperative spectrum sharing protocol with quality-of-service (QoS) support for both of the primary and secondary systems, which exploits the situation when the primary system experiences a weak channel. The secondary transmitter ST_b which provides the best performance for the primary and secondary systems is selected to forward the primary signal. Specifically, ST_b helps the primary system achieve the target rate by using a fraction of its power to forward the primary signal. As a reward, it can gain spectrum access by using the remaining power to transmit its own signal. We study the secondary user selection and optimal power allocation such that the sum transmission rate of primary and secondary systems is maximized, while the QoS of both primary and secondary systems can be guaranteed. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed spectrum sharing protocol and its benefit to both primary and secondary systems.

As mobile traffic is growing, the demand for spectrum is increasing but the deficiency of spectrum becomes serious as the supply is restricted essentially. For resolving the issue, spectrum sharing system is discussed from the technical and regulatory point of view, where multiple radio users occupy same frequency. In this paper, the policies and adoptions of spectrum sharing system in some countries are analyzed with a focus on TV white space and licensed shared access, which are based on unlicensed and licensed spectrum usage respectively. Some legal and regulatory plans to adopt and activate spectrum sharing in the Radio Waves Act system of Korea are proposed as well.

With the continuous effort to make business management more efficient, companies have started to utilize smart workplaces and the incorporation of mobile devices. Furthermore, big data processing, using Database as a Service (DBaas), is also being researched for integration. Similarly. mobile cloud can be utilized to allow for data sharing among employees. In this paper, in order to solve the issue of efficiency in business management, a collaboration system for data sharing using mobile cloud environment is explored. The proposed system, looks to benefit the increased integration of environment and corporate public through use of standardized data, in a design capable of efficient integrated management system.

최근 지능화‧고도화되는 사이버 위협에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 다양한 사이버 보안 데이터의 수집, 분석, 실시간 공유의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 상황에 대응하기 위해 국내에서는 사이버 보안 데이터 공유시스템의 확대를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 많은 민간 기업들은 사이버 보안 데이터를 수집하기 위한 예산과 전문 인력의 부족으로 인해 사이버 보안 데이터 공유시스템에 참여가 어려운 상황이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 현존하는 국‧내외 사이버 보안 데이터 공유시스템의 연구‧개발 동향을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 조직 규모를 고려하여 계층적 구조를 갖는 사이버 보안 데이터 공유시스템 모델과 해당 모델에 적용할 수 있는 단계별 보안정책을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델을 적용할 때 다양한 민간 기업들이 사이버 보안 데이터 공유시스템에 참여하는 것을 확대할 수 있으며, 지능화되고 있는 보안 위협에 신속하게 대처할 수 있는 대응체계 마련에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 지식경영 및 지식공유의 개념적 정의에 대해 살펴보고 지식공유의 성공요인과 실패요인을 분석하고 있다. 이어서 조직구성원들이 지식공유에 대한 행태를 지식의 필요성 및 수집, 지식공유의도, 보상 및 평가체계, 의사소통채널 등으로 구분해서 조사ㆍ분석하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직구성원들의 원활한 지식공유문화를 정착하기 위한 기초자료로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
