A Study on the PSP-Platform for the Atomicity of Distributed Ledger

  • In Korea, a budget of tens of trillion won is put into the national R & D project every year. Thanks to these efforts, Korea's ICT industry is gaining global attention. However, there are still a lot of problems that are lacking in terms of the cycle of managing national ICT R&D projects. In particular, the issue of sharing is very insufficient throughout the cycle of the national ICT R&D. In this paper, In this paper, We propose a platfom that can be shared throughout the cycle of managing blockchain-based national ICT R&D projects. This platform we call the Perfect Sharing Project Platform (PSPP). We describe that PSPP can achieve excellent research results through information sharing of project process[1-2]. To support the perfect sharing, this platform uses a new notion of consensus algorithm, called POA (Proof of Atomicity). This platform is suitable for sharing information.

  • 기후변화적응과 재해위험경감 관련 정보 및 기술을 공유하기 위한 글로벌 체계 구축이 연구목적이다. 체계는 아시아태평양국가들의 성과를 모니터링 하는 플랫폼, 예방및경감 기술들을 공유하기 위한 플랫폼, 이러닝 교육 플랫폼과 재해위험경감 주제 관련 정보 제공 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 아울러 플랫폼은 한국 전자정부 표준 기본구조를 채택하여 개발된다.

  • 블록체인 기반의 플랫폼은 거래기록의 분산처리 및 암호화 기술 적용을 통해 데이터 무결성, 신뢰성, 보안성을 확보할 수 있다. 기존 지식공유 플랫폼에서는 정보 비대칭, 중앙화 등의 이유로 창출된 지식이 충분히 공유되거나 활용되지 못하는 문제점이 존재하지만 이에 관한 연구는 그동안 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 블록체인 기술, 토큰 이코노미, 지식공유, 동기이론, 사회적 교환 이론의 선행연구를 바탕으로 블록체인 기반의 지식공유 플랫폼에 대한 사례 연구와 발전 가능성에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 블록체인 기반의 플랫폼은 정보 비대칭성을 해소하고, 지식공유 흐름의 일원화 및 탈중앙화를 통한 권한 집중화 배제를 통해 불필요한 업무 절차를 간소화하고, 플랫폼이 생산하는 지식에 대한 접근과 활용을 강화하여 지식공유의 활성화에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Development of a National Research Data Platform for Sharing and Utilizing Research Data

  • Research data means data used or created in the course of research or experiments. Research data is very important for validation of research conducted and for use in future research and projects. Recently, convergence research between various fields and international cooperation has been continuously done due to the explosive increase of research data and the increase in the complexity of science and technology. Developed countries are actively promoting open science policies that share research results and processes to create new knowledge and values through convergence research. Communities to promote the sharing and utilization of research data such as RDA (Research Data Alliance) and COAR (Confederation of Open Access Repositories) are active, and various platforms for managing and sharing research data are being developed and used. OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research In Europe), a research data platform in Europe, ARDC (Australian Research Data Commons) in Australia, and IRDB (Institutional Repositories DataBase) in Japan provide research data or research data related services. Korea has been establishing and implementing a research data sharing and utilization strategy to promote the sharing and utilization of research data at the national level, led by the central government. Based on this strategy, KISTI has been building a Korean research data platform (DataON) since 2018, and has been providing research data sharing and utilization services to users since January 2020. This paper reviews the characteristics of DataON and how it is used for research by showing its applications.

숙박공유 플랫폼 서비스의 서비스 공급자 특성이 사용자의 만족감에 미치는 영향 : 에어비앤비(Airbnb) 호스트 주체를 중심으로 (The Impacts of Characteristics of Airbnb Host on User Satisfactions)

  • Purpose Along with increasing use of mobile devices, the sharing economy platform services, which generate profits by sharing products owned or labor, have been activated. A representative example of the sharing economy platform service is Airbnb, which connects providers having idle residential space with users. The results revealed that the cases of superhosts and professional companies had a positive and negative effect on user satisfaction, respectively. Based on signaling theory, this study drew the following implications: residential space providers should make an effort to meet the superhost conditions suggested by Airbnb, and offering residential spaces by individual suppliers rather than professional accommodation companies can more heighten user satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach Because sharing behavior is promoted through trust between interested parties, this study aimed to verify the effects of provider characteristics on user satisfaction in a sharing economy platform service. Specifically, it analyzed user satisfaction, according to host attributes (i.e., "superhost or not," gender, and "professional company or not") among the characteristics of Airbnb suppliers. Findings The results revealed that the cases of superhosts and professional companies had a positive and negative effect on user satisfaction, respectively. Based on these analyses results, this study drew the following implications: residential space providers should make an effort to meet the superhost conditions suggested by Airbnb, and offering residential spaces by individual suppliers rather than professional accommodation companies can more heighten user satisfaction.

  • 공유경제의 필요성이 높아짐에 따라 자동차 공유, 자전거 공유, 주택 공유, 도서 공유 등 공유를 기반으로 한 수많은 상용 플랫폼이 늘어나고 있다. 그리고 그 중, 무엇보다도 주거 문제를 겨냥한 공동 주택, 다른 경제 모델보다 가장 큰 성장을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 이러한 급속한 성장 속에서 공유경제에 대한 공평성과 상호 플랫폼상의 신뢰성 문제 등 몇몇 예기치 못한 문제점들이 드러났다. 하지만 현재 이 상황을 해결할 방법에 대하여 실제 나와 있는 사례들은 많지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재의 쉐어하우스 플랫폼의 상기 서술한 바와 같은 기존 문제를 해결할 수 있는 몇 가지 방법을 논하고자 한다.

An Empirical Study on Consumers' Intention to Use a Global Business-to-Consumer Sharing Platform

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the factors that affect consumers' intention to use a global business-to-consumer sharing platform. Design/methodology - The questionnaire collected 300 copies from June 25 to July 11, 2019, of which 281 were used for statistical processing. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test hypothesis in this research. Findings - The results showed that information innovation, personalization, and personal innovation influenced perceived usefulness, and social connectivity did not affect perceived usefulness. And perceived usefulness greatly influenced the intention to use. Research limitations/implications - The limitations of the study are that most of the survey respondents were in their twenties and could not grasp the perception of sharing economy services for various age groups. This paper derived implications that sharing platform promotes sharing and cooperation, which are the basic principles of international trade, to increase the intrinsic value of resources by cyclically using and utilizing limited resources around the world. Originality/value - It aims to contribute to the growth of consumer value-related industries and the welfare of society by providing implications from the point of view of sharing platform services.

Research on the Sharing Strategy of Electronic Book Resources in Universities in the Internet Era

  • University books are an important information resource. University book resources can be shared not only in the traditional paper form, but also electronic form under the background of the Internet. In order to better manage the sharing of electronic book resources in universities, this study put forward three resource sharing strategies: centralized sharing strategy, distributed sharing strategy, and centralized-distributed sharing strategy by analyzing the combined development of books and the Internet as well as the significance and development of book resource sharing. The centralized sharing strategy, however simple, was difficult to handle large traffic; while the resource nodes were independent and self-consistent, the distributed sharing strategy was not easy to find and had a high repetition rate. Combining the advantages of both strategies, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was more suitable for the heterogeneous form of university book sharing. Finally, a teaching resources sharing platform for university libraries was designed based on the strategy of centralized and distributed sharing, and three interfaces including platform login, resource search, and resource release were displayed. The results of the simulated comparison experiment showed that centralized and distributed sharing strategies had limitations in resource searching and had low efficiencies; the efficiency of the centralized strategy reduced with an increase in search subjects; however, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was able to search more resources efficiently and main stability.

C2C 공유경제 서비스 참여자 간의 비대칭적 플랫폼 참여의도 (Asymmetric Intention of Platform Participation in C2C Sharing Economy)

  • 정보기술의 발달과 지속 가능하고 경제적인 소비를 원하는 소비자들의 인식변화로 인하여 공유경제는 새로운 소비형태로 부상하였다. C2C 공유경제 플랫폼에서는 기존의 플랫폼들과는 달리 하나의 자원을 사용자와 공급자가 공유하기 때문에, 사용자와 공급자가 더욱 긴밀한 관계를 맺게 되지만 각기 다른 역할과 비대칭적 정보를 가지고 플랫폼에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 C2C 공유경제 플랫폼의 리더십을 추구하는 기업들은 양면시장에서의 사용자와 공급자 간의 차이, 특히 정보의 비대칭성을 고려한 전략적 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수요 및 공급자들의 플랫폼 참여의도가 신뢰, 인지된 위험, 인지된 경제적 이익 등의 선행 요인들에 어떻게 영향을 받으며, 두 집단간에 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 분석함에 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 신뢰와 인지된 위험 그리고 인지된 경제적 이익은 사용자 집단에 따라 플랫폼 참여의도에 각각 다르게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 C2C 플랫폼의 리더가 되기를 추구하는 기업들이 고려해야 하는 주요 요인들과 참여자 그룹에 따라 상이한 전략적 방향을 제시해야 한다는 점을 밝혔다는 데에서 학문적, 실무적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
