This research examined the business system and current status of the safety security manpower managing directly important wooden cultural heritage and grasped on the current situation of arrangement, age, and duties of safety security manpower arranged in 158 important wooden cultural heritages. Also, it intends to highlight the current status and implications of safety security and suggest developmental direction for the establishment of wooden cultural heritages preventive measures in the future.

In order to efficiently and preemptively respond to financial security threats that are becoming more sophisticated and intelligent, and to enable financial users to receive financial services safely, financial information security professionals are needed. However, as of 2015, the number of financial IT security personnel was 4.9%, which is slightly lower than the previous year, but still low. In this study, it is expected that the number of experts in financial security will increase gradually. In order to verify the minimum performance of financial security professionals and enhance the security consciousness, the subjects of the existing security qualification system, Curriculum and inspection techniques to analyze the necessity of introducing information security specialization specialized in financial sector.

These days cyber attacks are increasing all over the world, and the national critical infrastructure and information network protection has become important. For this reason, the concentrated investment in information security and development of professional human resource are essential, but there is a shortage of information security workforce in Korea. Currently, departments of information security in domestic universities make efforts to develop human resource of information security and have a increasing interest in the curriculum design. So this paper investigates the curriculums of information security in domestic universities and graduate schools. And then, it compares with the needs of industry knowledge and skills by using SPSS. Through this analysis, we will get implications about curriculum design of Information security.

The relevance of the research involves outlining the need for modern professionals to acquire new competencies. In the conditions of rapid civilizational progress, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market in the knowledge society, there is a readiness for continuous training as an indicator of professional success. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of various forms of application of information technologies for lifelong learning in order to provide the continuous self-development of each person without cultural or age restrictions and on the basis of rapid digital progress. A high level (96%) of need of the adult population in continuing education with the use of digital technologies has been established. The most effective ways to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" have been identified (educational camps, lifelong learning, mass open online courses, Makerspace activities, portfolio use, use of emoji, casual game, scientific research with iVR game, implementation of digital games, work in scientific cafes). 2 basic objectives of continuing professional education for adults have been outlined (continuous improvement of qualifications and obtaining new qualifications). The features of ICT application in adult education have been investigated by using the following methods, namely: flexibility in terms of easy access to ideas, solving various problems, orientation approach, functional learning, group or individual learning, integration of leisure, personal and professional activities, gamification. The advantages of application of information technologies for continuous education (economic, time, and adaptive) have been revealed. The concept of continuous adult learning in the context of digitalization has been concluded. The research provides a description of the structural principles of the concept of additional education; a system of information requests of the applicant, as well as basic technologies for lifelong learning. The research indicates the lack of comprehensive research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for a wider acquaintance of the adult population with the importance of the application of lifelong learning for professional activities and the introduction of methods for its implementation in the educational policy of the state.

At the present stage, the main directions of the professional position of a specialist in the implementation of English-language Education are to improve and spread the practice of learning languages throughout a person's life by involving information, communication and digital technologies in the educational process. Computerization of the educational process in Higher Education Institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions. The necessity of ensuring timely training and retraining of specialists of various profiles (in particular teachers) on the effective use of domestic and foreign electronic resources with the help of modern information technologies for the implementation of the professional position of a future specialist in a foreign-language environment is noted. The main goal of teaching a foreign language (the formation of students' communicative competence, which means mastering the language as a means of intercultural communication) is defined. The types of speech activity that cover the content of teaching a foreign language are highlighted. The main types of assessment in a foreign language are shown - current (non-classroom), thematic, semester, annual assessment and final state certification. The task of the teacher is drawn, which is to create conditions for practical language acquisition for each student, to choose such teaching methods by means of information technologies that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity; to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of learning a foreign language.

Recently, it has been pointed out that the lack of professional ethics of computer and security experts is serious as college students majoring in information security and insiders who are in charge of security work are involved in crimes after being tempted to cyber crimes. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the security ethics awareness and education situation of college students majoring in information security, and examine the security ethics education method for human resource development with personality and qualities. As the information society becomes more widespread, the ethics and occupational consciousness of the university students who are majoring in information security are recognized as lack of awareness and education about security ethics, As a solution to solve these problems, it is expected that it will be possible to nurture security experts who are aware of their vocation through the educational plan to enhance the security ethics of the information security major college students. According to the security ethics education system proposed in the paper, the security ethical consciousness of the group that received education was remarkably improved.

Modern society is developing rapidly and technologies that provide convenience in living are developing day by day. On the other hand, the development of cyber attacks that threaten cybersecurity is developing faster, and it still adversely affects the industrial environment, and industrial damage is steadily occurring every year. Industrial security is an activity that safely protects major assets or technologies of companies and organizations from these attacks. Therefore, it is a situation that requires professional manpower for security. Currently, the manpower situation for security is staffed, but knowledge of the understanding and concept of industrial security jobs is insufficient. In other words, there is a lack of professional manpower for industrial security. It is the NCS that came out to solve this problem. NCS is the state standardized ability (knowledge, attitude, skills, etc.) necessary to perform duties in the industrial field. NCS can systematically design the curriculum using NCS as well as help in hiring personnel, and NCS can be applied to the national qualification system. However, in the field of industrial security, NCS has not yet been developed and is still having difficulties in hiring personnel and curriculum. Although the NCS system in the field of industrial security has not been developed, this paper proposes the industrial security NCS to solve the problem of hiring professionals later and to help the field of industrial security NCS to be established later.

The article reviews the issue of formation of information culture of social work bachelors in the process of their professional training. The main internal / external factors that determine the need for the information culture formation of social workers-to-be have been identified. To determine the levels of information culture formed in bachelors of social work criteria and their indicators have been substantiated. The model of information culture formation in BSW has been developed and implemented in Ukrainian universities under the following pedagogic conditions: organized informational environment; interconnection between general and professionally-directed courses; curriculum includes course directed on IC formation. The model contained interconnected components: aim - to achieve higher level of information culture formed; specific principles; content, interactive methods and forms of organization of educational process, methods of control and correction; components of information culture. The implemented mastered learning procedure has contributed to the leveling up of information culture formed in social work bachelors.

This study aims to analyze problems and deduce improvement plans for information security support policies for SMEs in Korea. To this end, an effective support policy necessary for reinforcing cyber safety nets to enhance the level of information security of domestic SMEs based on the analysis results by analyzing the status and problems of the previous research review and analysis, the current status of information security of SMEs and the information security support policies of major SMEs at home and abroad. I would like to suggest improvement measures. Reinforcement of awareness, legal basis, voluntary capacity building, joint response system, professional manpower and budget support, cyber security construction, untact era support, and regional strategic industry security internalization were suggested. This can be used as the government's information security support policy to raise the level of information security of SMEs in preparation for the post Covid19.

The professional ethics for the guard is defined as the professional ethics that the person working as a guard to have. The professional ethics education builds the certainty and confidence about professional ethics recognition as well as behavior for guards so that helps the successful performance of the job. Therefore, this study tried to consider previous researches, understand the current professional ethics education for the department related to the guard and the case studies of incidents due to lack of professional ethics education to suggest the measures of activating professional ethics education. First, it is to consider the specialty of the guard to build the guard-martial spirit. Second, the professional ethics education must be out of the central culture study but develop as a major subject. Third, the quality and professionalism of the responsible professor of the professional ethics subject shall be considered. Forth, the professional ethics education must be performed not only at school but also continuously through the various ethics programs of the work places as well as organizations.
