본 연구에서는 중요목조문화재를 직접 관리하고 있는 안전경비인력에 대한 제도를 검토하였고 전국 158개 중요목조문화재에 배치되어 있는 안전경비인력의 배치인원, 연령, 업무, 교육 및 훈련에 대한 현황을 조사하였다. 또한 의식조사를 통해 안전경비인력의 배치인원, 연령, 교육 및 훈련 내용, 범위 등의 인프라에 대한 세부 기준이 없는 문제점을 도출하여 향후 목조문화재 방재대책 수립 시 발전방향을 제시하였다.

날로 고도화 지능화 되는 금융보안 위협에 효율적이고 선제적으로 대응하고, 금융 이용자가 안전하게 금융서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 금융권의 전문적인 정보 보안인력이 필요한 실정이다. 하지만 2015년 기준 금융IT 보안인력은 금융IT인력 중 4.9%로 전년대비 다소 증가하였으나, 여전히 낮은 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점차 금융 보안전문 인력들의 증가가 예상되는 가운데 금융 보안 전문 인력들의 최소한의 업무수행능력 검증과 보안의식 제고를 위하고 기존 보안자격제도의 과목과 금융보안원 및 금융감독원에서 제시한 교육커리큘럼 및 검사기법들을 비교분석하여 금융 분야에 특화된 정보보안 전문자격 도입 필요성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

최근 국내외적으로 사이버 공격 이슈가 증가하고, 국가 주요 기반시설과 정보통신망 보호가 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 정보보호 분야 집중투자 및 전문 인력 양성은 필수적이지만, 우리나라의 경우 정보보호 인력은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 현재 정보보호 인력양성을 위해 노력하고 있는 각 대학 정보보호 관련 학과에서 교과과정 설계에 많은 고민을 하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 현재 운영 중인 국내 대학 및 대학원의 정보보호 관련 학과들의 교육과정 설계가 어떻게 구성되어 있는지 조사해보았다. 또한, 산업체에서 생각하는 필요 지식 및 기술과의 순위비교를 통해 실제 현장과 얼마나 차이가 있는지 SPSS를 활용한 통계분석으로 알아보았다. 이러한 분석을 통해 교육과정 체계의 미흡한 부분을 보완 할 수 있는 방향을 살펴보고자 한다.

The relevance of the research involves outlining the need for modern professionals to acquire new competencies. In the conditions of rapid civilizational progress, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market in the knowledge society, there is a readiness for continuous training as an indicator of professional success. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of various forms of application of information technologies for lifelong learning in order to provide the continuous self-development of each person without cultural or age restrictions and on the basis of rapid digital progress. A high level (96%) of need of the adult population in continuing education with the use of digital technologies has been established. The most effective ways to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" have been identified (educational camps, lifelong learning, mass open online courses, Makerspace activities, portfolio use, use of emoji, casual game, scientific research with iVR game, implementation of digital games, work in scientific cafes). 2 basic objectives of continuing professional education for adults have been outlined (continuous improvement of qualifications and obtaining new qualifications). The features of ICT application in adult education have been investigated by using the following methods, namely: flexibility in terms of easy access to ideas, solving various problems, orientation approach, functional learning, group or individual learning, integration of leisure, personal and professional activities, gamification. The advantages of application of information technologies for continuous education (economic, time, and adaptive) have been revealed. The concept of continuous adult learning in the context of digitalization has been concluded. The research provides a description of the structural principles of the concept of additional education; a system of information requests of the applicant, as well as basic technologies for lifelong learning. The research indicates the lack of comprehensive research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for a wider acquaintance of the adult population with the importance of the application of lifelong learning for professional activities and the introduction of methods for its implementation in the educational policy of the state.

At the present stage, the main directions of the professional position of a specialist in the implementation of English-language Education are to improve and spread the practice of learning languages throughout a person's life by involving information, communication and digital technologies in the educational process. Computerization of the educational process in Higher Education Institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions. The necessity of ensuring timely training and retraining of specialists of various profiles (in particular teachers) on the effective use of domestic and foreign electronic resources with the help of modern information technologies for the implementation of the professional position of a future specialist in a foreign-language environment is noted. The main goal of teaching a foreign language (the formation of students' communicative competence, which means mastering the language as a means of intercultural communication) is defined. The types of speech activity that cover the content of teaching a foreign language are highlighted. The main types of assessment in a foreign language are shown - current (non-classroom), thematic, semester, annual assessment and final state certification. The task of the teacher is drawn, which is to create conditions for practical language acquisition for each student, to choose such teaching methods by means of information technologies that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity; to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of learning a foreign language.

최근 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생과 보안 업무를 담당하는 내부자가 사이버범죄의 유혹에 넘어가 범죄에 가담하는 사건이 잇따라 발생함에 따라 컴퓨터 및 보안전문가들의 직업윤리의식 부재가 심각하다는 지적이 나오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생들을 대상으로 보안윤리에 대한 인식과 교육 실태를 조사하여 분석하고, 인성과 자질을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 보안윤리 교육 방안을 고찰하였다. 정보화 사회 기반이 확대될수록 직업윤리가 더욱 중요해지고 있는 시점에서 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생들의 보안윤리에 대한 인식과 교육, 그리고 정보보안 전문가의 일탈행위에 대한 인식 등 윤리성과 직업의식이 미흡한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제안한 정보보안 전공 대학생들의 보안윤리를 제고하는 교육 방안을 통해 소명의식을 갖춘 보안전문가의 양성이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 논문에서 제안한 보안윤리 교육체계에 따라 교육을 받은 그룹에서 보안윤리 의식이 현저하게 개선된 것으로 분석되었다.

현대 사회는 빠르게 발전함과 동시에 생활함에 있어 편리함을 제공하는 기술들이 나날이 발전중이다. 반면 사이버 안보를 위협하는 사이버공격의 발전이 더 빠르게 발전중이며, 현재까지도 산업 환경에 악영향을 미치며 매년 산업피해는 꾸준히 발생하는 추세이다. 이러한 공격으로부터 기업 및 조직의 주요 자산이나 기술들을 안전하게 보호하는 활동이 '산업보안'이다. 그러므로 산업보안에 대한 전문적인 인력이 필요한 상황이다. 현재 보안에 대한 인력상황은 인원은 있으나 산업보안 직무에 대한 이해도 및 개념 등에 대해 지식이 미비한 상황이다. 즉, 산업보안 전문 인력이 부족한 상황이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 나온 것이 '국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Competency Standards)'이다. NCS는 산업현장에서 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 능력(지식, 태도, 기술 등)을 국가가 표준화 한 것이다. NCS는 인원채용에 대해 도움은 물론이고, NCS를 활용하여 교육과정을 체계적으로 설계할 수 있고, 국가자격제도에 NCS를 적용할 수 있다. 하지만 산업보안 분야에서 NCS는 아직 개발되지 않았고 현재까지도 인원채용과 교육과정 등에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 현재 산업보안 분야의 NCS 체계가 개발되지 않았지만 후에 산업보안 전문인력 인원채용에 대한 문제해결과 추후 수립될 산업보안 NCS분야에 도움이 되고자 산업보안 NCS를 제안한다.

The article reviews the issue of formation of information culture of social work bachelors in the process of their professional training. The main internal / external factors that determine the need for the information culture formation of social workers-to-be have been identified. To determine the levels of information culture formed in bachelors of social work criteria and their indicators have been substantiated. The model of information culture formation in BSW has been developed and implemented in Ukrainian universities under the following pedagogic conditions: organized informational environment; interconnection between general and professionally-directed courses; curriculum includes course directed on IC formation. The model contained interconnected components: aim - to achieve higher level of information culture formed; specific principles; content, interactive methods and forms of organization of educational process, methods of control and correction; components of information culture. The implemented mastered learning procedure has contributed to the leveling up of information culture formed in social work bachelors.

본 연구는 4차산업 혁명을 뒷받침하고 국가 경제의 중추적 역할을 하는 중소기업들이 해킹이나 기술유출 등으로 경제 활동을 할 수 없다면, 이는 국가 사회적, 경제적으로 엄청난 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 이러한 국내 중소기업에 대한 정부의 정보보호 지원 정책에 대해 형황 및 문제점 분석과 개선 방안을 도출하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토 분석, 중소기업의 정보보호 실태 현황과 주요국의 중소기업 정보보호 지원 정책에 현황과 문제점을 분석해보고 분석결과를 토대로 실수요자인 중소기업들의 정보보호 지원 정책의 우선순위 등을 실태조사를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과 향상된 지원 정책으로 정보보호 인식제고 강화, 법적 근거 마련, 자발적 역량강화, 공동 대응체계 구축, 전문인력 및 예산 지원 강화, 지역 안전망 구축, 언택트 시대 지원 강화, 지역 전략산업 보안 내재화 등이 도출되었다. 이는 향후 포스트 코로나19 대비 중소기업의 정보보호 수준 제고를 위한 정부의 중소기업에 대한 정보보호 지원 정책으로 활용이 가능하다.

경호직 직업윤리란, 경호직 종사자가 지녀야 할 직업윤리로 정의된다. 직업윤리 교육은 경호원으로 하여금 직업윤리 의식과 행동에 대한 확신과 자신감을 갖게 함으로써 업무를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있게 한다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 선행연구 고찰, 경호 관련학과의 직업윤리교육 현황 파악, 직업윤리교육의 부재로 인 한 사건 사례연구를 통해 직업윤리교육 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 경호직의 특수성을 고려하여 경호무도의 정신수련의 강화, 경호상황을 중심으로 사례연구, 다양한 교육방법의 다양성 확보해야 한다. 둘째, 직업윤리교육은 교양 중심에서 벗어나 전공과목으로 발전해야 한다. 셋째, 직업윤리 과목 담당 교수의 자질과 전문성이 고려되어야 한다. 넷째, 직업윤리교육은 학교에서 뿐만 아니라 직장 내 윤리프로그램과 다양한 기관을 통한 지속적인 교육이 이루어져야 한다.
