도서관의 이용패턴과 서비스품질이 정보화성과지각 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Use Patterns and Service Quality on Performance and Use Satisfaction on Library Information System)

  • 전자정보기술의 발달로 인해 도서관 서비스제공은 정보화시스템에 대한 의존 비중이 커져가고 있다. 이러한 상황의 변화에 따라 본 연구는 이용자의 도서관 정보화에 대한 성과지각과 정보화를 통한 이용 만족은 전반적 만족에 중요한 선행요인이 될 것으로 추론하였다. 뿐만 아니라 기존 연구는 대체로 도서관의 서비스제공측면에서 이용자의 인식이나 만족을 조사하였으나 본 연구는 시각을 달리하여 이용자측면에서 단순 열람목적의 일반적 이용과, 전문정보구득 목적의 전문적 이용패턴이 정보화 성과지각에 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 조사하였다. 또한 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 마지막으로 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 첫째, 도서관 이용자의 열람 등 일반적 목적 이용이 정보화성과지각에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였으나 유의한 수준에 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 도서관 이용자의 특정 정보구득 등 전문적 목적의 이용이 정보화성과지각에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 일반적 서비스품질인 상호작용품질, 결과품질, 물리적환경품질 차원은 정보화성과지각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 정보화이용만족에는 유의하지 않았다. 마지막으로, 도서관 이용자의 정보화성과지각과 정보화이용만족이 전반적인 만족을 선행하고 있음을 밝혔다. 이를 통해 도서관의 정보화시스템을 어떻게 이용자중심으로 체계화하여 발전시킬 것인지에 대해 심층적인 고찰이 필요함을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the job satisfaction of fashion information providers. This study was performed by interview with 14 fashion information providers from April to May 2007. There were three categories on factors influencing fashion information providers' recognitions of job satisfaction (workplace atmosphere, job description, and personal characteristics).

  • This research develops, and empirically test a model for explaining/predicting the Determinants and Satisfaction of Portal Cite in Internet Initiation Page. Also this paper describes a theoretical model for investigating the service quality satisfaction in the Internet Initiation Page. This research is the first to empirical test the causal relationships in determinants of Portal Cite. The model of the satisfaction for Portal Cite are tested here using data from 224 samples. Based on the research model, a comprehensive set of hypotheses is formulated and a methodology for testing them is outlined. some of the hypotheses are tested empirically to demonstrate the applicability of the theoretical model. In examining the relationships of the determinants factors, satisfaction show in significantly by Convenience, Information Provided, Entertainments, Interaction but that show in not significantly by the Trustworthiness, In addition, Portal Cite in Internet Initiation Page shows indirect effect between customer satisfaction and referral.

  • 정보시스템을 사용하는 이용자들의 만족지수를 측정함으로써 시스템 투자 대비 효과를 정성적으로 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 향후 시스템의 효율성 및 시스템 개선노력을 위한 방안도 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모델을 제안하고 대표적인 정보시스템들의 이용자만족지수를 측정함으로써 이들 시스템 운영자 및 관리자들에게 시스템 만족도 제고 및 효율성 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 대표적인 정보시스템들을 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 만족지수를 산출하고 Matrix 분석을 통해 시스템 개선방안을 도출하였다.

  • 본 연구는 국내 외국인 카지노 이용자를 위한 카지노 정보시스템의 성과요인을 파악하고, 이들 요인들이 조직 신뢰와 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 실증적으로 검증하여, 카지노 정보시스템의 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 첫째, 정보 품질은 보안 신뢰에 유의수준에서 채택되는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무 만족에는 유의수준에서 채택되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시스템 품질은 보안신뢰에 유의수준에서 채택되는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무 만족에는 유의수준에서 채택되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스 품질은 보안 신뢰와 직무 만족에 유의수준에서 채택되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보안신뢰는 직무만족에 유의수준에서 채택되는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질이 보안 신뢰와 직무 만족에 영향을 미치는지 확인이 되었다.

신생아 청각선별검사 프로그램에 관한 정보제공이 부모 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (NHSP) Information on Parental Satisfaction)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of neonatal hearing screening program (NHSP) information on parental satisfaction with the Parent Satisfaction Questionnaire with Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (PSQ-NHSP) by Mazlan et al. (2006). The PSQ-NHSP consisted of four aspects including: information, personnel in charge of the hearing test, appointment activity, and overall satisfaction in the neonatal hearing screening program. A total of 106 parents (50 in the experimental group and 56 in the control group) participated in this study in one general hospital and two delivery clinics. The fifty parents in the experimental group received information and counseling with educational materials before filling out the PSQ-NHSP, but the fifty-six parents in the control group did not receive any counseling or education materials before completing the PSQ-NHSP. The PSQ-NHSP demonstrated excellent internal consistency reliability (${\sigma}=0.914$). The results of the study were as follows. First, the overall satisfaction ($3.77{\pm}0.81$) and personnel in charge of hearing test ($3.52{\pm}0.79$) aspects showed higher rates of satisfaction than the appointment activity aspect ($3.51{\pm}0.80$) for total subjects. Second, the overall parental satisfaction rate of the experimental group ($4.15{\pm}0.50$) was significantly higher than that of the control group ($3.09{\pm}0.53$) in all items. Lastly, thirty-two participants (30%) made at least one comment in response to the open-set items. A total of 29 comments were related to satisfaction with participating in the NHSP and II comments were related to dissatisfaction. In conclusion, to improve parental satisfaction it is important to provide parents with education and information about the NHSP before the test. In addition, PSQ-NHSP was found to be a useful instrument for identifying the benefits and shortfalls of the NHSP.

Building a Customer Satisfaction Information System for Intensified Strategy Development

  • Previous models of consumer post-purchase evaluation behavior have treated customer satisfaction as a transaction-specific construct. In the present paper, a conceptual framework that describes customer satisfaction measurement as a process is developed. The framework explains customer satisfaction as a dynamic process encompassing five stages-search, interaction, experience, service, and longevity. It is proposed that organizations should develop information systems to measure customer satisfaction during all five of the stages and disseminate such information throughout the organization as part of their Total Quality Management efforts.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the extent of information search on consumer satisfaction and to provide, ultimatly, effective consumer search for consumer satisfaction. Data for this study were collected from 452 computer purchasers who living in Seoul. This study has focused on new computer purchasers. The amount of internal information was measured by three categories, such as the number of computer purchase, the frequency, duration of computer use and the degree of computer education. In addition, the amount of prepurchase search was measured by threecategories, such as neutral information, commercial information and private information. The research results shows that the variables affecting on the level of consumer satisfaction are objective search, the degree of computer education, the frequency and duration of computer use, the number of computer purchase. Meanwhile, commercial information search and private information search are not significant affecting variables on the level of consumer satisfaction.

취업정보사이트의 웹서비스품질과 관계품질 역할 연구 (A Study on Web Service Quality and Role of Relationship Quality of Job Information Sites)

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

온라인 증권거래 고객의 충성도 (Loyalty of On-line Stock Trading Customers)

  • Securities companies which faced with severe competition should not only attract new customers but also retain their on-line customers. This study examines the factors affecting loyalty of on-line stock trading customers. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The test results based on the data gathered from 87 users of on-line stock trading services show that user satisfaction, learning cost, transaction fees, and reputation influence customer loyalty. User satisfaction, learning cost and reputation are positively related to customer loyalty, whereas transaction fee is negatively related to customer loyalty. The results also support that information quality and system quality are positively related to user satisfaction. The hypothesis that transaction fee is related to user satisfaction is not supported. There is no significant information to say that security risk is related to user satisfaction. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer retention.
