본 논문은 빠르게 변화하는 웹 환경에서 서로 분산된 웹 정보자원의 공유 및 재이용을 위한 온톨로지 이용에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 온톨로지의 정의 및 각 구성요소와 종류에 대해 다루고 실질적으로 다른 메타데이터 언어들인 XML, RDF(S) 등이 제공하지 못하는 의미정보(개념과 개념간의 관계정보)를 제시하여 시멘틱 웹의 기술요소 중 하나로서의 온톨로지 역할에 대해 알아보았다. 실제 온톨로지 구축 방법을 제안하고 온톨로지와 시멘틱 웹과의 관계 및 온톨로지로 실현된 시멘틱 웹서비스의 모습을 구체화하였다.

Goal of this Paper is to design and develop core kernel components f3r single processor real-time system, which include real-time schedulers, synchronization mechanism, IPC, message passing, and clock & timer. The goal also contains the basic researches on dynamic load balancing and scheduling which provide mechanism for the distributed information processing and efficient resource sharing among various information appliances based on network.

셀룰러 네트워크에서 D2D 통신을 지원하기 위해서는 기존의 셀룰러 통신과 D2D 통신이 셀룰러 자원을 공유하므로 주파수 효율성과 간섭에 대한 고려가 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 D2D 통신을 위한 자원할당은 셀룰러 통신과의 간섭을 최소화하면서 동시에 주파수 재사용에 따른 스펙트럼 이용 효율을 최대화하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 D2D 단말과 기지국이 상호 협력적인 방법으로 D2D 자원을 할당하는 기법을 제안한다. D2D 단말은 스펙트럼 센싱을 통해 셀룰러 단말과 다른 D2D 단말로부터 오는 간섭을 인지하여 최적의 셀룰러 자원을 선택하여 기지국에 보고한다. 기지국은 해당 셀룰러 단말과 D2D 단말이 동일한 자원을 공유하도록 자원할당을 함으로써 간섭의 영향을 최소화한다. 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution)-Advanced 환경에서 모의실험을 통해 제안한 자원할당 기법의 성능을 검증한다.

기관은 모든 인적, 물적 자원을 비즈니스 경쟁력으로 변환하기 위한 노력과 디지털 지식정보화 환경의 대응에 따라 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 도입 하였고 여러 성공 요인으로 열거된 요인 중에는 인적자원관리가 존재 한다. 하지만 ERP의 인적자원관리 모듈은 기능적 인사관리 역할에 머물러 있다. 인적자원을 어떻게 활용할 것인가는 인재를 탐색하고 인식하는 것으로 출발하는 것으로 시작한다. 제안한 API Gateway 기법은 ERP의 인적자원관리 모듈의 확장의 가능성을 시작으로 첫 번째, 블록체인 네트워크를 활용해 인적자원의 공유와 탐색을 위한 API의 설계와 구현을 하였고 두 번째로 정보의 위변조 방지를 위해 API와 같이 동작하는 스마트 컨트랙트(Smart Contract)를 함께 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안한 기법은 인적자원을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 도구로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빅 데이터 기술을 활용하기 위한 완벽한 자원이 될 것이다.

In this paper, we investigate the D2D Transmitter(Tx) and Receiver(Rx) pair assignment problem in the cellular system where D2D users share the uplink resource of the cellular system. Sharing the uplink resource of the cellular system may cause interference to the cellular system, though it is beneficial to improve the D2D user Capacity. Therefore, to protect the cellular users, D2D transmit power should be carefully controlled. In this work, we focus on optimal Tx-Rx assignment in such a way that the total transmit power of users is minimized. First, we consider the optimum Tx-Rx assignment in general and the corresponding complexity. Then, we propose an iterative D2D Tx-Rx assignment algorithm with low complexity that can minimize total transmit power of users. Finally, we present the numerical examples that show the complexity and the convergence to the unique transmit power level.

Hybrid Peer-to-Peer structure is sharing resource in each peer, but various resource that is with go peer indexing and segment that search from attained in server who function is solidified that is not attained in peer itself be. Basis algorithm was based on Ethernet protocol and administration of each peer enabled in center server and peer does as can confirm breakdown existence and nonexistence through communication with center server and the internet through this directly expensive test expense and a lot of test times of existing test method of access method necessary problem effectively improve.

본고는 도서관 상호대차 문헌제공과 관련된 문헌에 관해 다각적 측면에서 살피고 있다. 웹을 통한 문헌제공의 영향력과 전자출판의 끊임없는 양적 증가에 관해 기술하고 있다. 이 두 요소가 결합되어 나타난 것이 바로 디지털도서관이다. 연구자와 학생들에게 전자문헌을 제공하기 위해 고등교육기판에서 수행한 여러 프로젝트에 관해 논하고 있으며 마지막으로 접근 대 소유에 관한 측면을 강조하면서 다양한 자원공유활동에 관한 논문을 수록하고 있다.

Ultra wideband (UWB) technologies have been developed to exploit a new spectrum resource in substances and to realize ultra-high-speed communication, high precision geo-location, and other applications. The energy of UWB signal is extremely spread from near DC (Direct Current) to a few GHz. This means that the interference between conventional narrowband systems and UWB systems is inevitable. However, the interference effects had not previously been studied from UWB wireless systems to conventional wireless systems sharing the frequency bands such as broadcasting system. This paper experimentally evaluates the interference from two kinds of UWB sources, namely an orthogonal frequency division multiplex UWB source and an impulse radio UWB source, to a broadcasting transmission system. The S/N ratio degradation of broadcasting system is presented. From these experimental results, we show that in all practical cases UWB system can be coexisted 35m distance in-band broadcasting network.

In existing wireless ad-hoc networks, how to distribute network resources fairly between many users to optimize data transmission is an important research subject. However, in wireless mesh networks (WMNs), it is one of the research areas to avoid gateway bottleneck more than the fair network resource sharing. It is because WMN traffic are concentrated on the gateway connected to backhaul. To solve this problem, the paper proposes Weighted Fairness Time-sharing Access (WFTA). The proposed WFTA is a priority time scheduling scheme based on Weighted Fair Queuing (WFQ).

KIEP를 중심으로 추진되고 있는 동북아관련 온라인 종합목록 시스템은 국내에서 처음으로 시도되고 있는 사회과학 도서관간 협력사업이라는 점에서 그 의의가 대단히 크다. 온라인 종합목록은 도서관 자원의 공유를 통해 인력 및 재정, 자료이용의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있다는 점에서 당면한 문제해결에 좋은 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비 MARC형식의 데이터베이스를 MARC형식의 데이터베이스로 통합해나가는 과정에 대한 문제점에 초점을 맞추고 있다.
