Factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign (간호사의 이직결정과 관련요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study was to investigated the factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign. The purpose was to contribute information useful for the effective management of nurse staffing resources. The specific objectives were as follows : 1. To investigate the level of job satisfaction of nurses who resign. 2. To analyze the relationship of job expectations and the decisions to resign. 3. To investigate the major reason for nurses' resignations. 4. To identify the relationship of the general characteristics of the nurses and the factors influencing their decisions to resign. 5. To analyze the relationship of the intention to resign and the factors influencing the decisions to resign. The sample consisted of 90 nurses who worked at Y hospital in Seoul from march. 1987 to Feb. 1988 and who had resigned. The instruments used for this study were slavitt et al's Index of Work Satisfaction Scale and a job expectations scale developed by the researcher Analysis of data was done using frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The results of study were as follows : 1. There was no difference in the job satisfaction level of nurses who resigned compared with nurses in active service but the subcategory interaction score was lower and the subcategory salary score was higher than for nurses in active service. 2. Low job expectation scores influenced the decision to resign. 3. The major reason for resigning were personal problems such as marriage, childbirth, and relocation of family. 4. The length of employment and the number of different service areas of the nurses who resigned were associated with the job satisfaction level. 5. The nurses who had have an intention to resign while in active service had lower scores for job satisfaction and the job expectation score was a greater influence on the decision to resign. In conclusion, the factors influencing the decisions of nurse to resign were job satisfaction, job expectations and intention to resign while still in active service.

  • The purpose of this paper is to introduce and propose the vision of information design for the user-friendliness and accessibility for web-based information services. Information design, which focuses more narrowly on the information itself in one or more information units, and may encompass the information aspects of elements of design(labels, knobs, and the physical interface), information content design, page design, Web site design, typography decisions, and so forth. Information design is an alternative to all traditional approaches to information (science, philosophy, and others). Information is designed according to consciously chosen principles and criteria. rather than by following habitual patterns of a traditional profession.

  • Most companies study why employees resign their jobs to prevent the outflow of excellent human resources. To obtain the data needed for the study, employees are interviewed or surveyed before resignation. However, it is difficult to get accurate results because employees do not want to express their opinions that may be disadvantageous to working in a survey. Meanwhile, according to the data released by the Korea Labor Institute, the greater the difference between the minimum level of education required by companies and the level of employees' academic background, the greater the tendency to resign jobs. Therefore, based on these data, in this study, we would like to predict whether employees will leave the company based on data such as major, education level and company type. We generate four kinds of resignation prediction models using Decision Tree, XGBoost, kNN and SVM, and compared their respective performance. As a result, we could identify various factors that were not covered in previous study. It is expected that the resignation prediction model help companies recognize employees who intend to leave the company in advance.

초 저 소비전력 및 저 전압 동작용 FULL CMOS SRAM CELL에 관한 연구

  • 0.4mm Resign Rule의 Super Low Power Dissipation, Low Voltage. Operation-5- Full CMOS SRAM Cell을 개발하였다. Retrograde Well과 PSL(Poly Spacer LOCOS) Isolation 공정을 사용하여 1.76mm의 n+/p+ Isolation을 구현하였으며 Ti/TiN Local Interconnection을 사용하여 Polycide수준의 Rs와 작은 Contact저항을 확보하였다. p-well내의 Boron이 Field oxide에 침적되어 n+/n-well Isolation이 취약해짐을 Simulation을 통해 확인할 수 있었으며, 기생 Lateral NPN Bipolar Transistor의 Latch Up 특성이 취약해 지는 n+/n-wellslze는 0.57mm이고, 기생 Vertical PNP Bipolar Transistor는 p+/p-well size 0.52mm까지 안정적인 Current Gain을 유지함을 알 수 있었다. Ti/TiN Local Interconnection의 Rs를 Polycide 수준으로 낮추는 것은 TiN deco시 Power를 증가시키고 Pressure를 감소시킴으로써 실현할 수 있었다. Static Noise Margin분석을 통해 Vcc 0.6V에서도 Cell의 동작 Margin이 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, Load Device의 큰 전류로 Soft Error를 개선할수 있었다. 본 공정으로 제조한 1M Full CMOS SRAM에서 Low Vcc margin 1.0V, Stand-by current 1mA이하(Vcc=3.7V, 85℃기준) 를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The issue of information security within an organization began to be recognized as risk of the organization. Because of this, not only ISO(Information Security Officer) but an executive or CEO were forced to resign. In addition, it brought about heavy financial damage to the company and made the company difficult to restore trust to customers. At a time when inadvertent disclosure of personal information has become accepted as a matter of survival because of having a bad effect within an organization, how the information security specialist causes influence on information protection level of the organization. For these reasons, targeting the information security specialists of various industry sectors, we'll analyse how task performance rate of the information security specialist within an organization cause influence to the information security level. The goal of this study is for the company to raise the task proportion of information security specialist and to improve the information protection level of the organization.

A Study on Customized Employment Strategy for Utilizing Big Data (빅데이터를 활용한 맞춤형 취업 전략에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a analyses the big data of students who are willing to find employment and thus presents strategy for their higher success rate of employment. The experiment covered in this paper is based on female two-year community college students who are yet unsure about their future employment. The primary flaw of pervious employment strategy was job opportunity was only based on simple factors such as student's grade, appearance, and personality due to employers and firms's demand. Therefore, students were less satisfied and often resign. In order to prevent these failures, this paper plans a strategy by analyzing the big data. Furthermore, this is proven by the comparison between 2014 employment statistics and those of previous years, and employment request has been 21.3 percent increased along with 81.4 percent increase in match rate between firms and graduating students. Most importantly, the final success rate of employment presented 63.1 percent increase compared to the previous year.
