The recent development of the Internet of things (IoT) has led to the introduction of new access control measures. Even during the access control for security, however, there might be privacy infringements due to unwanted information provision and collection. Measures to control this process are therefore required. This paper defines the structure and policies of tokens to protect privacy that can be exposed through the token information when you use the capability token in the IoT service system.

본 연구는 2000년 이후부터 논의가 진행되고 있는 공공도서관의 민간위탁과 관련하여, 민간위탁이 기대한 성과를 내지 못하고 있다면, 적절한 수탁자를 선정하는 것에 실패한 것이 중요한 원인중의 하나일수 있다는 가정에서 지방자치단체의 수탁자 선정 평가요소를 살펴보았다. 지방자치단체 3곳의 실제 사례분석을 통해, 수탁자 선정에 사용된 평가항목, 평가내용 및 배점의 문제점을 분석하였으며, 사례연구와 인접분야 문헌조사를 통해 공공도서관 수탁자 선정을 위한 대안적 평가요소와 내용을 제안하였다. 공공도서관의 수탁자 선정을 위해 제시된 대안적 평가기준은 정량적평가와 정성적평간의 균형, 지역사회내 공공서비스기관으로서의 역할, 수탁기관대표와 도서관장(예정자)의 운영의지 및 전문성 등을 고려하여 5개의 대분류와 18개의 세부 평가요소로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 수탁자 선정에 필요한 평가내용을 제시함으로써 지방자치단체에 따라 혹은 수탁시기에 따라 상이하게 나타나는 공공도서관 수탁자 평가요소의 차이를 최소화하고, 적합한 수탁자를 선정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

연구 경쟁력이 대학의 미래이자 국가의 미래이다. 본 연구는 대학도서관이 연구성과분석 서비스를 도입하여 수행하고자 할때 고려사항을 제시하고 분석 솔루션의 선택 가이드라인을 제안하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 6개의 대학도서관 업무 담당자를 인터뷰하였고 4개의 연구성과분석 솔루션을 비교하였다. 인터뷰 내용에는 서비스 추진 배경, 서비스 내용, 구독 솔루션, 서비스 제공범위 및 제공방법 등이 포함되어 있다. 분석 대상으로 선택된 연구성과분석 솔루션은 InCite, SciVal, RIMS 그리고 Scholytics이다. 4개의 솔루션을 분석한 결과 대부분의 소프트웨어가 연구성과분석 서비스 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 기능을 가지고 있으며 일반적으로 분석 목적에 따라 솔루션을 구독하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 대학도서관에서 연구성과분석 서비스를 수행하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Users are able to use the information and service more free than previous wire network due to development of wireless network and device. For this reason, various studies on ubiquitous networks have been conducted. Various contexts brought in this ubiquitous environment, have recognized user's action through sensors. This results in the provision of better services. Because services exist in various places in ubiquitous networks, the application has the time of services searching. In addition, user's context is very dynamic, so a method needs to be found to recommend services to user by context. Therefore, techniques for reducing the time of service and increasing accuracy of recommendation are being studied. But it is difficult to quickly and appropriately provide large numbers of services, because only basic context information is stored. For this reason, we suggest DUPS(Dimension User Profile System), which stores location, time, and frequency information of often used services. Because previous technique used to simple information for recommending service without predicting services which is going to use on future, we can provide better service, and improve accuracy over previous techniques.

Today, our society is exposed to cyber threats, such as the leakage of personal information, as various systems are connected and operated organically with the development of information and communication technology. With the impact of these cyber risks, we are experiencing damage from the virtual world to the physical world. As the number of cases of damage caused by cyber attacks has continued to rise, social voices have risen that the government needs to manage cyber risks. Thus, information and telecommunication service providers are now mandatory to have insurance against personal information protection due to amendment of "the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection". However, the insurance management system has not been properly prepared, with information and communication service providers selecting the service operators based on sales volume rather than selecting them based on the type and amount of personal information they store and manage. In order for the personal information protection liability insurance system to be used more effectively in line with the legislative purpose, effective countermeasures such as cooperation with the government and related organizations and provision of benefits for insured companies should be prepared. Thus, the author of this study discuss the current status of personal information protection liability insurance system and the issues raised in the operation of the system. Based on the results of this analysis, the authors propsoe tasks and plans to establish an effective personal information protection liability insurance system.

In this paper, we propose the fast wakeup and connection mechanisms for various energy saving schemes in order to improve QoS. First, we offer the interconnection of heterogeneous access networks via the Media Independent Information Server/Service (MIIS). Then, we propose the fast wakeup and connection mechanism for multi-interface communication systems. The proposed novel mechanism focuses on the fast provision of incoming service destined to the interface currently in energy saving mode by using MIIS-assisted interconnection. We further evaluate the performance of proposed mechanism through the numerical and experimental analysis.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 충성도에 따라 세분화하고 각 세분시장을 목표시장으로 하는 공공도서관서비스 포지셔닝전략을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위해 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 인터뷰결과는 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관서비스에 대한 충성도가 낮은 집단에 제시된 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 이동도서관서비스의 확대실시 및 셔틀버스의 활용, 둘째, 정기적이고 체계적인 이용자조사, 셋째, 공공도서관 서비스 홍보방식의 다양화, 넷째, 이용자조사를 통해 이용자가 원하는 자료 구비 등 이었다. 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 충성도가 높은 집단에 대한 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 내부마케팅, 둘째, 도서관 시설 및 설비 품질의 일정 수준 유지, 셋째, 취학 전 아동 및 초, 중, 고등학생과 학부모를 위한 독서프로그램 기획 및 제공이었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of providing an information service program by media on preoperative anxiety and postoperative educational satisfaction in patients with cataract surgery. Methods: For this study 52 patients who visited the ophthalmology clinic at P Hospital in B metropolitan city and who were scheduled to undergo one-day cataract surgery under local anesthesia were recruited. The 52 patients were assigned to the experimental group (25) or the control group (27). This study was conducted from August 27, 2015 to May 29, 2016. Results: Following the provision of cataract surgery related information service by media, the experimental group had a lower mean score for anxiety and higher mean score for educational satisfaction compared to the control group of patients. Conclusion: Results indicate that information service program by media "Goodbye Cataract" is useful educational materials for cataract patients in outpatient department and outpatient operating rooms.

본 논문은 클라우드 서비스 시장을 활성화하기 위해 중요 정보의 접근을 보호하는 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 시장의 여러가지 저해요소 중에 클라우드 시스템에 저장되는 중요한 대외비 및 개인정보가 유출될 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 제공자와 일반 사용자가 클라우드 자원에 대한 접근을 통제하여 중요 정보를 보호 할 수 있도록 하였다. 시스템 관리자는 시스템의 유지 및 관리를 위해 슈퍼유저의 권한을 갖는다. 클라이언트 컴퓨팅 서비스는 외부의 클라우드 서비스 공급자가 관리하고 정보 또한 외부시스템에 저장된다. 이러한 환경으로부터 사내의 중요 정보를 보호하기 위해 클라우드 서비스 공급자를 포함한 모든 사용자가 인증을 받고 자원을 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 접근통제 기술을 통해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원에 대한 기밀성과 신뢰성 서비스를 제공하여 클라우드 서비스 시장의 활성화를 기대한다.

ATM 라우터와 ATM 스위치로 구성되는 ATM-LAN에서의 ABR 서비스 제공을 위한 각 구성 시스템에서 의 구현 방안을 제안한다. ATM 라우터에서는 ABR 기능을 갖는 ATM접속 카드를 기존의 ATM 접속 카드대신에 실장하여 ATM 망의 종단 시스템으로 동작되게 하고, ATM 스위치에서는 ABR 서비스의 제공을 위해 스위치에서 가져야 하는 가장 기본적인 기능인 EFCI 기능의 구현 구조를 제시하였다. 또한 기능을 구현한 후에 실제 동작 여부를 확인하기 위한 단계별 시험 방안도 제시하였다.
