인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 화장품 구매동기와 구매 후 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Purchase Motives at Internet Shopping Mall and Post-Purchase Satisfaction of Cosmetics)

  • The objectives of this research were to investigate the relationships between purchase motives and post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics at internet shopping malls, and to reveal how cosmetic purchase motives and demographic variables influence to the post-purchase satisfaction. Subjects were 202 females in Seoul who had experiences of cosmetic shopping at internet. Five dimensions of cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls were derived by factor analysis: 'information provision', 'service/quality', 'time saver', 'use convenience', and 'economical efficiency'. Consumers showed relatively high cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls because the prices of on-line shopping mall products were cheaper than those of off-line, and because it was easy to compare various products at internet shopping malls. The motive of 'information provision' had significant positive relationships with the satisfaction of price, quality, color, volume, and skin suitability of cosmetics. The motive of 'time saver' and 'use convenience' had positive relationships with the satisfaction of price and quality. The motives of 'service/quality' and 'use convenience' were higher in career women than in college women. The middle class consumers and the consumers who use internet more had a high 'information provision' motive in shopping cosmetics at internet. The post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics was influenced most by the experience postscripts and next by economical efficiency, frequency of access to the internet cosmetic malls, and social class(-) in order.

A Study on the Reliability Evaluation Index Development for the Information Resources Retained by Institutions: Focusing on Humanities Assets

  • This study has the aim of developing an evaluation index that can help evaluate the reliability of the information resources of institutions retaining humanities assets for the purposes of laying out the foundation for providing one-stop portal service for humanities assets. To this end, the evaluation index was derived through the analysis of previous research, case studies, and interviews with experts, the derived evaluation index was then applied to the humanities assets retaining institutions to verify the utility. The institutional information resources' reliability evaluation index consisted of the two dimensions of the institutions' own reliability evaluation index. The institution provided a service and system evaluation index. The institutions' own reliability evaluation index consisted of 25 points for institutional authority, 25 points for data collection and construction, 30 points for data provision, and 20 points for appropriateness of data, for a total of 100 points, respectively. The institution provided service and system evaluation indexes consisting of 25 points for information quality, 15 points for appropriateness (decency), 15 points for accessibility, 20 points for tangibility, 15 points for form, and 10 points for cooperation, for the total of 100 points, respectively. The derived evaluation index was used to evaluate the utility of 6 institutions representing humanities assets through application. Consequently, the reliability of the information resources retained by the Research Information Service System (RISS) of the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) turned out to be the highest.

초고속 인터넷을 이용한 TV VOD 사업 전략 (Business Strategy of TV VOD through High-speed Internet)

  • In recent, the rapid convergence of telecommunication and broadcasting has been considered as one of the hot issues in the IT industry. This convergence will provide telecom operators with both opportunities and threatens. This is because that telecom operators can enter the broadcasting industry, whereas broadcasters will also have a chance to provide telecom services. This work aims to discuss the business strategy for telecom operators to provide a TV VOD service, one of the convergence services between telecommunication and broadcasting, through the high-speed internet which is so much served in Korea. It seems that this service will achieve two business goals, namely "to minimise an additional investment" and "to find out a new benefit source", by fully utilising a current high-speed internet infrastructure. Finally, this paper mainly contains the market overview of in telecom and broadcasting service, the definition of TV VOD service and the necessity for this service, a market forecasting and the provision strategy of major telecom operators, and key success factors and a benefit model.

Flexible Service Composition Based on Bundle Communication in OSGi

  • Service provision and consumption platforms are more and more used to enable communication between sensors, actuators and intelligent devices, since they provide mechanisms that make possible the combination of components to create composed services. However, these kinds of platforms have limitations to adapt themselves to new and unknown devices. In this work we analyze the challenge of component or bundle communication by using the Open Services Gateway Initiative (OSGi) technology and we propose three mechanisms with the aim of contributing to flexible component communication: Common Service, Specific Service and WSIF Web Service Invocation. We provide these solutions with some architectural models and validate them through different example services. Finally we compare them regarding performance, flexibility and application complexity.

  • 도로 위 교통사고 발생 시 당사자 간의 과실 비율 판정이 주요 문제가 되고 있다. 사용자에게 더욱 정확한 과실 비율 판정 기준을 제공하기 위하여 여러 기업에서 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 현재 제공되고 있는 서비스들은 사고 현장에서 즉시 사용하기에는 한계가 있다. 일반적으로 현재 제공되는 과실 비율 판정 서비스는 모든 사고처리 절차가 종료된 이후 시간적 여유가 있을 때 사용된다. 이와 같은 한계를 극복하고자 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반의 예측 모델을 활용한 실시간 교통사고 유형 및 과실 비율 정보 제공 서비스를 제공한다. 사용자는 사고 현장에서 사진을 찍는 것으로 즉시 사고 유형 및 과실 정보 파악이 가능하며, 동일 사고 유형의 실제 판례를 확인할 수 있다. 사용자는 서비스를 사용하여 더욱 정확하고 확실한 과실 비율 판정 및 사고처리 절차를 진행할 수 있을 것이다.

IPA를 이용한 스마트 교통안전 시스템의 만족도 분석 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction Analysis of Smart Traffic Safety Systems using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 교통안전 향상을 위해 적용중인 스마트 교통안전 시스템에 대하여 이용자의 만족도 분석을 통한 개선 사항을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 설문조사 기반의 IPA 분석을 통해 운전자와 보행자 그룹의 시스템 및 서비스 개선 항목을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 운전자와 보행자 그룹 모두 Quadrant 1(Keep up the Good Work)은 '위정정보 인지성', Quadrant 3(Low priority)은 '주의정보의 정시성'으로 나타났다. 반면 운전자 그룹에서 Quadrant 1(Keep up the Good Work)로 분석된 'AI 디스플레이 적합성'이 보행자 그룹에서는 Quadrant 3(Low priority)으로 나타났다. 결론: 스마트 보행안전시스템은 이용자에 따라 만족 요인이 달라질 수 있으며, 이용자 중심의 시스템 구축 및 서비스 제공이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경의 등장으로 스마트폰이 보급되고 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 수요가 급증하게 되었다. 따라서 한정된 자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 차세대 무선통신 기술인 인지무선 기술이 그 대안으로 여겨지고 있다. 스펙트럼 감지나 접근 기술뿐만 아니라 한정된 스펙트럼 자원에서 VoIP 트래픽 서비스를 부사용자들에게 만족스럽게 제공하는 것도 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 인지무선 네트워크에서 VoIP QoS 보장을 위한 자원 할당 및 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 먼저 네트워크 구조를 고려한 시간 구조를 시스템 모델로 제안하였고, 그 구조에 따라 대역 브로커를 결정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 대역 브로커가 추정한 가용 대역폭 정보를 바탕으로 대역 브로커가 부사용자들의 연결 요청을 수락 제어하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실험 결과, PU 채널 이용률과 PU 채널의 개수, 그리고 타임슬롯의 길이가 VoIP QoS 보장에 지대한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

온라인에서 주민등록번호 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스의 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Personal Identity Proofing Service(PIPS) Based on Alternative Methods of Resident Registration Number)

  • As online services become more and more popular due to the development of IT, non-face-to-face transactions are continuously increasing rather than face-to-face transactions. The personal identity proofing service(PIPS) based on the alternative method of the resident registration number is used for the purpose of confirming the identity of the other party on the Internet. However, in the case of the current PIPS, the personal information of the PIPS user is excessively provided to the online service provider. As a result, privacy problems of online users, shortage of choice of information providing options, and lack of differentiation of authentication methods are becoming problems. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to improve the PIPS based on the current resident registration number alternative method and to provide a method to differentiate the provision of excessive personal information. In the proposed method, we analyze trends and current status of overseas online PIPS in order to provide a method of providing differentiation of personal information and proposes an effective improvement method applicable to domestic.
