본 연구는 온라인 큐레이션 플랫폼을 이용한 외현적 정보의 제공이 현대미술에 대한 일반대중의 진입장벽을 낮추는 효과를 가지는지 알아보았다. 현대미술은 일반대중이 접근하기 난해한 장르로 여겨져 왔다. 한편, 미술 감상에 대한 연구들은 외현적인 정보의 제공이 미학적 감상 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 밝혔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작품에 대한 구체적 정보를 제공하는 것이 현대미술을 감상하는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보았으며 감상 경험을 심리학적으로 분석한 Leder et al.(2004)의 이론적 모델에 기초하여 외현적 정보가 어떠한 인지적 처리과정을 도와주는지 분석하였다. 더 나아가 최근의 전시 트렌드를 반영하여 온라인 플랫폼 환경을 적용하였다. 실험 1에서는 작품과 설명문이 제공되었고 작품에 대한 이해도, 관람의향을 보고하였다. 실험 결과, 해설이 제시된 조건에서 작품에 대한 이해도가 더 높았다. 또한, 긴 해설이 제시된 조건에서 해설 이해도와 관람의향을 작품이해도가 완전매개하는 매개모형이 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 ARS 설문을 추가하고 온라인 큐레이션의 능동적인 조작 환경을 재현했다. 실험결과, 해설이 제공된 조건들에서 관람의향, 작품이해도가 더 높았다. 예술사적 의미, 자아성찰, 창의성 등 Leder et al.(2004) 모델의 후기 단계에 해당하는 지표들 역시 해설조건에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 온라인 큐레이션 환경에서의 정보전달이 일반대중의 현대미술 작품에 대한 인지적 처리와 판단에 도움을 줄 수 있었다.

영국은 과거 수십년에 걸쳐 조성되어 온 발전되고도 포괄적인 정보기간시설(information infrastructure)을 유지하고 있지만, 엄밀한 의미에서 본다면 정보의 수집, 축적, 검색 및 제공과 관련된 시종일관한 형태의 정책을 갖고 있지는 못하다. 그러나 정부차원과 민간 정보분야와 관련된 협의체들이 협력 내지는 상호보완적으로 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 각종의 특별협의기구 및 전문직 인사들로 구성된 자문기구들은 결론적으로 정보분야에서의 현안문제들, 정책수립과 정보관련 조치에 관한 토론 등에 대해 높은 수준의 지각이 형성되고 있음을 보여 주고 있으며, 특정 관점에서 견해를 피력할 수 있는 기회가 많이 제공되고 있기도 하다. 정보환경에 있어서 양질의 정보에 대한 필요성은 더욱 절박해 졌으며 그 결과로서 정보전문책임자의 필요성에 대해서도 다시 제기되고 있다. 산업환경에 있어서 정보책임자는 곧 정보관리자(information manger)이며, 이는 도서관업무, 데이터처리, 정보유통기법과 경영업무 등 여러 분야에 걸쳐 숙련된 고급인력을 의미하는데, 이러한 고급인력의 필요에 대한 인식을 단기연수 및 장차 출현할 정보전문 직종에 대비한 장기적 교육환경의 마련이라는 정책차원의 요구도 발생하게 되었다.

현재 여러 가지 교통문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 첨단교통체계(ITS)가 활발히 도입되고 있으며, ITS의 한 분야인 교통정보제공서비스가 다양한 매체를 통해 이용자들에게 제공되고 있다. 하지만 도로이용자들에게 제공되는 교통정보가 얼마나 효용이 있는지에 대한 평가는 단순설문조사에 그치고 있고, 교통정보의 효용성에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 체계적인 평가가 이루어지지 않아 교통정보로 인해 발생되는 이용자 편익을 산정할 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교통정보의 이용자 만족도를 평가하기 위한 지표를 개발하고, 이용자 만족도 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 대표적인 정보제공 매체인 가변전광표지(VMS)를 분석대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하여 이용자만족도 모형을 구축한 결과 욕구충족성, 신뢰성, 이해성, 효율성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 중 이해성이 가장 높게 나타나 VMS의 경우 정보에 제공되는 문자, 그림, 표현등이 얼마나 이용자들에게 쉽게 이해시키는지가 그정보의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 다음으로 이용자의 신뢰성, 효율성, 욕구 충족성 순으로 만족에 미치는 영향 정도가 나타났다.

The study aims to identify the current status of aquaculture information in Korea and suggests policy directions for its integrated management. Firstly, the study focuses on the identification of the current status of aquaculture information by reviewing how aquaculture information is managed. Secondly, this study identifies problems such as lacks in necessary aquaculture information, inefficiency caused by dispersion and overlapping of information, absence of integrated management system and insufficient sharing of information. After identifying the current status of aquaculture information and its problems, the study suggests three basic directions to systematically integrate and manage the information such as establishment of infrastructure for promoting the integrated management of aquaculture information, generation and systematic management of useful aquaculture information and enhancement of user convenience. Finally, the study suggests detailed strategies such as establishment of a foundation to facilitate integrated management of aquaculture information, organization of organic network, sharing of more information, creation of necessary information through demand survey, creation of systematic management system, provision of a customized total service, and increase in education and PR activities on information use.

현대인의 바쁜 일상은 원하는 정보를 즉시 획득하고자 하는 소비자의 요구를 증대시키고 있고, 정보서비스 제공자의 입장에서도 언제, 어디서나 이용할 수 있는 서비스 환경의 제공은 정보서비스의 가치를 높일 수 있는 중요한 요소가 되었다. 이렇게 시간, 공간의 제약을 뛰어넘는 정보요구를 만족시키기 위한 궁극적인 대안으로 모바일 정보서비스에 대한 수요와 공급이 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이동통신망과 이동통신용 단말기를 정보전달의 매개로 삼아 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템 구축과 서비스 제공 문제를 살펴보았다. 먼저 모바일 환경에서 제공되고 있는 정보서비스 제반 환경을 살펴보았고, 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템 구축시 기본적으로 필요로 하는 콘텐트, 네트워크, 플랫폼, 이용환경 등의 제반 구성요소를 실무적인 관점에서 고찰하였다.

Today, our society is exposed to cyber threats, such as the leakage of personal information, as various systems are connected and operated organically with the development of information and communication technology. With the impact of these cyber risks, we are experiencing damage from the virtual world to the physical world. As the number of cases of damage caused by cyber attacks has continued to rise, social voices have risen that the government needs to manage cyber risks. Thus, information and telecommunication service providers are now mandatory to have insurance against personal information protection due to amendment of "the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection". However, the insurance management system has not been properly prepared, with information and communication service providers selecting the service operators based on sales volume rather than selecting them based on the type and amount of personal information they store and manage. In order for the personal information protection liability insurance system to be used more effectively in line with the legislative purpose, effective countermeasures such as cooperation with the government and related organizations and provision of benefits for insured companies should be prepared. Thus, the author of this study discuss the current status of personal information protection liability insurance system and the issues raised in the operation of the system. Based on the results of this analysis, the authors propsoe tasks and plans to establish an effective personal information protection liability insurance system.

국내의 교육정책정보서비스를 제공하는 교육정책당국, 전문 연구기관과 전문사이트의 10개 웹사이트를 선정하여 내용분석법의 방법으로 이들이 제공하는 주요 정책정보의 종류, 분류체계, 검색시스템의 정보검색 기능 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 비교 분석한 결과 제시된 문제점을 검토하여 표준화된 교육정책정보 분류체계 개발, 교육정책정보원의 메타데이터 표준화와 검색시스템의 편의성 제고, 정책당국 밀착형 맞춤서비스 제공, 분야별 정책정보 전문센터 운영, 정책분야 간 협력체제 구축을 개선점으로 제안하였다. 또한, 교육정책정보원, 교육정책정보시스템, 운영체제, 협력체제로 구성된 교육정책정보전문센터 모형을 제시하였다.

A study was undertaken to identify variations in the level of awareness, the information collection status, the level of acceptance, and the characteristics of information collection as it pertains to agricultural biotechnology based on information collection in the field of agricultural biotechnology. When examining subjective awareness, objective awareness, and interest in agricultural biotechnology, the results showed that the levels of all three variables were higher in cases where information exploration of agricultural biotechnology had been experienced. Among the participants who have experience in voluntarily collecting information about agricultural biotechnology, helpful information at a rate of 51.6% and harmful information at a rate of 42.0% were acquired, values much higher than the 37% and 30% corresponding rates for participants who had no experience. However, it was also found that harmful information has a significantly greater impact on perceptions of the future. The characteristics of information collection for agricultural biotechnology indicated that those with experience in voluntary information collection particularly preferred the Internet, whereas those without any experience showed little difference with regard to television and/or the internet. According to a survey of participants' interest areas in agricultural biotechnology and their level of information acquisition, "Safety of human bodies" was rated the top interest area at 36.9%, which also had the highest level of information acquisition at 30.0%. In providing and sharing information in the future, this is a direct reference to the priorities and proportions of each field.

본 연구의 목적은 국방 지식공유시스템인 '이지샘' 사용자들의 지식제공행위에 영향을 주는 요인들을 조사함으로써 국방지식공유시스템 사용의 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 국방부에서는 '이지샘'이라는 지식공유시스템을 구축하여 구성원들의 지식공유와 지식의 활용을 돕고 있다. 하지만, '이지샘'사용의 활성화 정도는 제한적이며 사용 활성화를 위한 실증적인 연구 또한 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 '이지샘'에 지식을 제공하는 조직구성원의 행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 연구하였다. 행위의 동기 기회 능력이론에 근거하여 국방 지식공유시스템에 지식을 제공하는 행위에 영향을 주는 동기요인으로 '돕는 즐거움'과 '보상기대일치'를, 기회요인으로 '시스템 접근성'을, 능력요인으로 '자기전문가 인식'과 '관련분야 경력'을 적용하여 연구모형과 가설을 제시하였다. 또한, 이들 변수관계에서 '시스템 사용 자발성'의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 가설도 포함하였다. 설문분석 결과, '돕는 즐거움'과 '보상기대 일치'(동기요인), '시스템 접근성'(기회요인), '자기전문가 인식'(능력요인)은 '이지샘' 시스템상의 지식제공행위에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만 '해당분야 근무기간'은 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 자발성의 조절효과는 '돕는 즐거움', '관련분야 경력', '시스템 접근성'과 지식제공 행위와의 관계에서 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 국방 지식공유시스템 상에서 사용자의 지식제공행위에 영향을 주는 결정요인들을 동기 기회 능력요인 측면에서 제시하였다는 것이며, 실무적으로는 국방 지식공유시스템의 사용을 활성화하기 위해 관리자와 국방시스템 설계자가 관심을 가져야 할 요인들을 실증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

현 코로나 시대 속에도 실제 도서관들은 어떠한 영향을 받고 있으며, 또 이를 극복하기 위한 방안들로 무엇을 계획하고 활동하고 있을까? 이러한 질문을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 도서관발전종합계획 2020년도 시행계획 추진실적, 2021년도 시행계획 내 코로나 관련 동향을 분석하여 공공도서관들의 코로나에 따른 영향 및 변화, 코로나 대응 방향을 분석하고자 하였다. 2020년도 공공도서관들의 추진상의 문제점들은 크게 코로나19의 전염성으로 인한 도서관 휴관 또는 축소 운영, 예산 삭감 및 예산 한계, 이용자들의 관심 및 참여 저하 문제, 급격한 서비스 변화에 따른 인프라 한계 및 운영상의 한계 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 한계점에 대한 개선조치 및 향후 추진계획으로는 1) 비대면 프로그램 개발 및 제공, 2) 온라인 기반 서비스 개발 및 제공, 3) 정보자료 및 인프라 확대 및 안정화, 4) 수요 대응을 위한 예산 확충, 5) 코로나 대비 공간 마련, 6) 협업 확대 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 아울러 향후 공공도서관에서는 체계적으로 코로나19를 대응하기 위해서는 첫째, 하이브리드 형태의 프로그램과 서비스 운영, 둘째, 온라인 및 비대면 서비스를 위한 인프라 확보, 셋째, 예산 활용의 유연성 확보가 필요할 것으로 전망된다.
