The purposes of this study are to provide background information to develop a family-friendly work policy and to increase the effectiveness and feasibility of this policy. We surveyed the performance of family-friendly work policies, and workers‘ needs and utilizations of 17 family-friendly work policies. We also examined the factors that influence the utilization of family-friendly work policies. The study sample consists of 197 working mothers who have at least one child under age 10. The major findings are as follows: 1) The most-needed family-friendly work policy among working mothers is child care leave 2) Of those family-friendly work policies that are not currently provided, the most-needed policy is family care leave 3) The size of firms, the provision of substitutes, and 40-hour work schedules are statistically significant variables that influence the provision of necessary family-friendly work policies and 4) In addition, the work place culture is a very important factor related to the utilization of work- and family-friendly policies.

방향 성분은 소벨(sobel)과 FFT 방법 등을 주로 사용한다. 소벨을 이용한 방법은 소벨 마스크의 복잡한 처리 과정과 대표 방향 성분을 추출하고자 할 때 픽셀별로 단위 벡터를 만들어 누적시킬 경우 낮은 대비 영상이나 높은 대비 영상이나 같은 값이 나오므로 기울기 크기를 누적할 수 없어 대표 방향을 설정하기 어렵다. FFT를 변환을 이용한 방법은 융선이 정확한 방향 성분을 가지는 경우에만 방향성 추출이 가능하며 별도의 방향 필터를 사용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 이진화 된 영상을 세선화 한 후 픽셀 단위로 방향 성분을 추출하며, 8${\times}$8 픽셀크기의 블록 내에 존재하는 픽셀이 가지는 방향 성분 중 가장 많은 방향 성분을 융선의 대표 방향으로 추출하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다.

Smart City is gaining attention with the advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICT provides the basis for smart city foundation; enables us to interconnect all the actors of a smart city by supporting the provision of seamless ubiquitous services and Internet of Things. On the other hand, Crowdsourcing has the ability to enable citizens to participate in social and economic development of the city and share their contribution and knowledge while increasing their socio-economic welfare. This paper proposed a hybrid model which is a compound of human computation, machine computation and citizen crowds. This proposed hybrid model uses knowledge-based crowdsourcing that captures collaborative and collective intelligence from the citizen crowds to form democratic knowledge space, which provision solutions in areas of civic innovations. This paper also proposed knowledge-based crowdsourcing framework which manages knowledge activities in the form of human computation tasks and eliminates the complexity of human computation task creation, execution, refinement, quality control and manage knowledge space. The knowledge activities in the form of human computation tasks provide support to existing crowdsourcing system to align their task execution order optimally.

컴퓨터 자원의 대용량화 및 네트워크 속도의 증가로 인하여 사용자가 네트워크를 통해 원격지의 서버에 접속하여 컴퓨터론 사용하는 요구가 증가되었다. 이에 따라 중앙집중형 컴퓨팅을 통한 응용프로그램 제공 서비스도 활성화되었다. 중앙집중형 컴퓨팅 시스템은 중앙의 대용량컴퓨터 시스템에 설치된 응용프로그램을 공유 프로토콜을 통하여 원격 사용자에게 제공하는 응용프로그램 공유 서비스(ASP： Application Service Provision) 시스템 모델이다. 중앙집중형 컴퓨팅 시스템을 통한 응용프로그램 공유 서비스는 기밀성, 가용성 무결성 등의 보안 사항이 반드시 유지되어야 한다. 기존 원격 컴퓨팅인 Telnet, FTP 접속은 단순히 파일 및 데이터의 접근 권한을 제어함으로 보안이 유지된다. 그러나 윈도우 기반 시스템의 경우 다수의 사용자가 통일한 권한을 통해 통일한 응용프로그램을 제공받기 때문에 사용자들 사이에 기밀성 및 무결성을 저해 할 수 있다. 또한 다수의 사용자가 하나의 응용프로그램에 파일열기, 복사, 서식 수정 등의 여러 기능 명령어를 전송하기 때문에 파일 및 데이터 접근 제어만을 통해서는 시스템의 기밀성 유지한 수 없다. 또한 기밀성의 문제는 곧 가용성 및 무결성의 문제로 이어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우 기반 중앙집중형 컴퓨팅 시스템의 응용프로그램 공유 서비스를 지원함에 있어 사용자가 실행하는 Win32 API 메시지 명령어 접근제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 기반의 서버에서 사용자가 서버에 접속하여 발생하는 모든 메시지(마우스, 키보드, I/O, etc....)들을 감시한다. 감시된 메시지 기반의 명령어는 미리 설정된 사용자별 보안 정책에 기반 하여 해당 응용프로그램에게 전달 여부가 결정된다. 이러한 메시지 기반 상세 보안을 통해 기밀성 침해의 우려가 있는 메시지 명령어를 차단하고, 기능 명령어 차단에 의한 자원의 기밀성을 해결하였다.

In this paper, we propose the fast wakeup and connection mechanisms for various energy saving schemes in order to improve QoS. First, we offer the interconnection of heterogeneous access networks via the Media Independent Information Server/Service (MIIS). Then, we propose the fast wakeup and connection mechanism for multi-interface communication systems. The proposed novel mechanism focuses on the fast provision of incoming service destined to the interface currently in energy saving mode by using MIIS-assisted interconnection. We further evaluate the performance of proposed mechanism through the numerical and experimental analysis.

What is an ideal authentication method for smartphone banking services? And what are the critical elements to be considered when designing it? To provide valuable insight for these questions, this study investigates various authentication requirements to be considered in smartphone banking service with the aspect of security, convenience and cost. By applying Analytic Network Process (ANP), this study first analyzes priorities among the requirements and then draws an ideal authentication method for smartphone banking service. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis has been conducted by varying the relative importance of several requirements. The results from the judgment of 72 experts revealed that, although Korean government has obliged the use of Public Key certificate, OPT and biometric alternatives may prove to be more appropriate for the smartphone banking service. These results will contribute to the provision of more secured and convenient smartphone banking services.

바쁜 사회, 고령 사회화 진행에 따라 건강관리가 매우 중요한 관심사로 떠오르고 있으며, 질병예방을 위한 정보 제공 등이 개인의 건강관리에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 이 애플리케이션을 통하여 의사의 진단과 같은 자가진단을 하여 사전에 미리 자신의 상태를 체크하고 그에 따른 사전예방을 할 수 있도록 정보를 제공하는 기능을 개발하는 것이 목적이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the research methods, contents, and effects of providing information to alleviate patients' anxiety during outpatient surgery. Methods: The PICOTS-SD (Participants, Interventions, Comparisons, Outcomes, Time, Setting, Study design) was used and 11 randomized controlled trials studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. For assessing the quality of the studies, the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool was used. Results: In the 11 selected studies, intervention methods included verbal, written paper, video, and websites, and the outcome variable was anxiety. Regarding the effectiveness of providing information on anxiety, the result of the present study was ambivalent. Conclusion: This study showed the current trends in providing information as an intervention. However, randomized controlled trials are further needed in Korea, to verify the effects of such an intervention on patients' anxiety.

In the 21st century, information collection and information provision based on digital informatization and intelligent automation are emerging as one of the social problems in the society for the elderly and the vulnerable groups in the welfare society including the disabled, and various methods are being studied to find realistic alternatives. Among these factors, the problem of the elderly living alone is emerging as the most serious, and as a realistic approach to solve some problems by applying information devices, it is a monitoring system using the Internet of Things(IoT). The need for an optimized system is emerging. In this study, the state of the elderly and the elderly living alone can be measured remotely by applying IoT technology. We present the research cases of a Breathing Sensor-based Smart Monitoring System that is used as a smart information system and used as a monitoring system for the elderly and infirm when it is identified as deceased through state detection

본 논문에서는 한식 이미지 분류 및 한식 관련 정보 제공을 위한 앱 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 앱 애플리케이션은 Flask 서버, 데이터베이스(Mysql), 파이썬 딥 러닝 모듈들로 구성되며, VGG16 모델을 활용해 한식 150종의 이미지를 분류한다. 인터넷 환경만 있다면 사진 한 장으로 언제 어디서든 한식에 대한 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있다.
