무선 인터넷 환경이 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경과 비슷한 수준으로 정보 서비스가 가능해지면서, 언제 어디서나 필요한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있는 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 정보 서비스 소요가 급증하고 있다. 이러한 정보 서비스의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 유선 인터넷 정보 제공자들은 무선 인터넷을 통한 정보 서비스를 제공하려고 하고 있다. 그러나 무선 인터넷을 이용한 정보 서비스가 상대적으로 고가의 비용을 지불해야 하기 때문에 많은 사용자를 확보하고 유지하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 무선 인터넷 환경에서 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 고객이 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 기원하기 위한 방법이 마련되어야 하며, 이를 위한 전략적 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 필요성에 따라 무선 인터넷 가입자를 대상으로 고객의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 정보 서비스를 지원하는 모바일 응용 시스템, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM)를 개발하였다. 개발된 MoSA-CRM 시스템은 고객에게 특화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 이를 통해 보다 체계적이고 신속한 정보 제공을 가능하도록 하였다.

Recently, research is being conducted on the rapid service provision and reliability of the instance-based rather than the existing IP-based structure. Research is mainly conducted through Block cloud, a platform that combines service-centric networking (SCN) and blockchain. In addition, the Internet of Things network has been proposed as a fog computing environment in the structure of the existing cloud computing. Fog computing is an environment suitable for real-time information processing. In this paper, we propose a new Internet network structure based on fog computing that requires real-time for rapid processing of IoT services. The proposed system applies IoTA, the third-generation blockchain based on DAG, to the block cloud. In addition, we want to propose a basic model of the object block chain and check the application services of electric vehicles.

These days, the extension and complication of construction project has attached greater significance to IT system for effective project management. Construction companies inside the country have established IT system, but the fact is that they are not up to the expectations of investment provision, and the absense of objective and strategy about project management information system makes its efficiency doubtful. The research, from the point view of construction company, makes an estimate of indefinite future, and presents the process of making out IT system roadmap as a long-term strategy in building IT system.

최근 4차 산업혁명에 따라 많은 어플리케이션 및 프로그램들이 개발되고 있다. 다양한 기능의 어플리케이션 중 의료정보에 관한 어플리케이션은 많지가 않다. 우리는 공공데이터포털에 올라온 전국의 의료기관 정보를 활용하여 사용자가 보다 편리하고 쉽게 의료기관을 이용할 수 있도록 도와주는 어플리케이션을 만들었다.

본 연구에서는 Google Dialogflow 자연어 처리 엔진(NLP 엔진), 정보수집(크롤링), iOS 챗봇 애플리케이션을 통해 정부 및 지자체 혜택 및 정보 추천 서비스를 제공하는 챗봇 구현을 제안한다. 해당 챗봇은 디지털 기기 사용이 능숙하지 않은 중, 장년층 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 접근성을 높이고, 정부 및 지자체에서 제공하는 다양한 혜택 및 정보의 불균형과 격차의 해소를 목적으로, 사용자가 선택한 지역에 따른 혜택·복지·소식 정보를 제공 및 추천한다. 이 과정을 통해 사용자는 자신이 원하는 분야의 정부 및 지자체의 적절한 복지 정보를 추천 받을 수 있다.

지하수라는 수자원의 관리를 위해, 관련 데이터를 제공하여 정책 수립에 유용한 정보가 될 수 있도록 지하수 정보 제공 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한다. 기초 데이터로는 지역별, 용도별, 연도별 지하수 이용 정보를 사용하였고, 또한 지하수 이용의 허가 신고현황과 전국 지하수 관련 업체 분포에 관한 자료를 활용했다. 이를 통해 허가 정보와 관련 업체의 수, 부담금의 액수, 연도별 경향성을 지하수 이용량과 연관지어 둘 사이의 관계를 알아보았다. 결과적으로 지하수 이용 부담금이나 관련 업체의 분포가 합리적이지 못하게 이루어지고 있음을 파악했다. 따라서 이 연구에서 구축한 데이터베이스 시스템이 정책적 보완에 기여할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

In comparison to the services provided by the typical information systems, the historical records from the period before the modern times require additional information services to reflect the format and content oriented peculiarities of the data. The additional services also need to be considered in light of the users' information needs. For this study, a series of literature reviews was conducted to present the specific analysis criteria for the historical information services. Based on these criteria, the domestic and foreign historical information service provision and use status was investigated. In addition, users' information needs were identified and user-based historical information service improvement suggestions were generated.

Collection and provision of information for local community by public libraries is a very important task as an infrastructure facility of local community. Therefore, in order to suggest a plan to invigorate community information service of public libraries, this study conducted a survey on users' recognition on and demand for community information service of public libraries which libraries and user perceive. Based on this survey, this study suggested a plan for invigoration of community information service of public libraries through diversification of point of contact for use of community information, development of community information contents reflecting user demand, organization of consultative councils for community information service centering on public libraries, improvement of recognition and vitalization of use of public libraries.

Number of information users of industry, school and research institute with arrival of knowledge information society are in trend that increase gradually the 21th century. Internet apparel businesses are required to provide various kinds of consumer information which includes both product information and customer service information. "New Age Elderly" who become an aged man in 21th century are familiar with internet and other high technological tools from their life time experience with technological development and ready to enjoy the convenience the technology offers. As a preliminary step to develop internet consumer information model for elderly consumers, this study examines the US and Korea apparel e-tailing sites targeting elderly consumers. Ten Korean sites and nine US sites were selected and compared for their provision of consumer information in terms of contents, ease to access, and the completeness of the information. Results of data analysis indicate that elderly market in Korea is not yet clearly defined compared to the US. In Korea, elderly consumer market is considered as a part of middle-aged market, and there was no unique target marketing efforts observed. Korean sites are better than the US's sites in terms of shopping information, while the US sites offer detailed information about the company, and customer service information. In both countries, fashion related information is lacking and failing to satisfy fashion conscious elderly consumers. Managerial implications were discussed.
