국내병원 간호사의 인수인계 실무표준, 표준지침 및 표준화된 항목 개발에 대한 연구 (Development of Nursing Handoff Practice Guideline and Standards for Korean Hospital)

  • Purpose: Addressing current status of nursing handoff provides information as to where to change practice for improvement in patient care. The aim of this study was to develop nursing a handoff practice guideline and standardsfor Korean hospitals. Methods: A questionnaire was used to collect data in a cross-sectional survey with 207 head nurses and 697 nurses working in general hospitals. Results: The practice guideline consisted of 2 items on purpose of handoff, 5 items on policy, 3 on environment, 5 on process, 7 on content, 3 on evaluation, and 1 on the function of education, for a total 26 of items. Standard instruction was developed related to Patients, Assessment, Situation, Safety concerns, Background, Actions, and Recommendations. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the guideline can be applied in real nursing practice to improve the effectiveness of handoff procedures. It can be used to guide nurses to follow the standardized content, which presents patient details clearly. The guideline provides consistency and structure for the information that is handed over.

친환경 공급사슬관리의 영향요인, 실행수준, 그리고 기업성과간의 구조적 인과관계 (An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors, Practice Level, and Performance of Green Supply Chain Management)

  • In this paper, we arrange the concept of 'Green' in SCM after literature study of Green SCM and investigate causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level and environmental performance focused on Korean firms empirically and conduct path analysis for hypothesis test using partial least squares regression with bootstrap. Firstly, we divide influencing factors of Green SCM into environmental and organizational factors through the previous studies of innovation diffusion theory and environmental management theory, and then we selected 'uncertainty', 'competitiveness' as the environmental factors and 'top management support', 'perceived benefit', 'training' as the organizational factors. Secondly, we classify practice level of Green SCM into 'internal environmental management', 'green purchasing', 'eco-design'. Finally, we selected 'financial performance', 'environmental performance' as the organizational performance. We conducted a survey on the middle manager of manufacturing companies implementing SCM and an empirical analysis. The results of analysis show that there exist causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level, and environmental performance of Green SCM. We expect that the result of this study will suggest useful information to managers who are responsible for SCM to design and execute Green SCM in strategic perspectives.

A Study on the Student Perception Survey to Improve the Quality of Field Practice

  • The purpose of this study was to propose ways to improve the library field practice of Department of Library and Information Science to improve the field environment and educational content, enhance students' field practice, increase efficiency, and increase students' satisfaction. To this end, a survey and interview survey were conducted on students who were going to do field training, and the results are as follows. First, students were well aware of what preparations should be made at school before going to field training. Second, students showed high awareness of their rights guarantees and requests for action in the event of problems at field training institutions. Third, students showed a high demand that field training should guarantee the minimum hourly wage. What is an issue in this regard is that policies that can satisfy both the burden of universities for continuous student guidance and evaluation, the burden of training institutions to conduct education while paying practical expenses, and the rights of students to be protected. This study was aimed at students, but it seems that realistic field practice policies should be presented from various angles as research on government ministries or university authorities is added.

작업치료과 학생들의 임상 실습 만족도 조사 (A Survey for Satisfaction Degree on Clinical Practice for Student in the Occupational Therapy Department)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice for in the occupational therapy department and to provide the basic materials for improvement the curriculum of clinical practice. Method : This research period was from May 10. 2012 to May 31. 2012. And the subject of was were belonging to occupational therapy department who finished clinical practice. Results : The research result is as following. As for the satisfaction of the clinical practice, the average point was 3.16 for 5, which was regular satisfaction. The satisfaction of clinical practice content point was 3.47 for 5. In detail, the item of 'clinical practice made us a new experience in relation to curriculum at college' scored 4.01, the highest. By contrast, the internal conflict during the clinical practice scored 2.63. In detail, the answer "I didn't feel sorry for failing this training" scored 2.4, which scored lowest. Conclusions : As the result of this research, students have feel the clinical training is the significant process for being a occupational therapist, and they also have satisfy what they experienced. And we can also tell that some of them have trouble because of the gap between the theory and clinical practice. To improve these problems, students should have confidences by preparing their clinical practice and external voluntary. Furthermore, for better clinical practice, we hope that the study on preparations for clinical practice will continue.

응급구조학생들의 실습대상지별 현장실습만족도 비교 (Comparison study of satisfaction levels on Field Practice of EMT college students by 5 Practice Fields)

  • It was enacted 'Emergency Medical Act' in January, 1994 and while it was established the emergency medical department in college providing the agenda and curriculum about EMT but not detailed and the regulation relative to the application of a low on the emergency medical act in 1995. The purpose of this study was to provide basic development of information for the development of field practice discipline and to Improve for the appropriateness and the effectiveness of the field practice though comparison study of satisfaction levels on field practice of E.M.T college students by 5 practice fields. The subjects were EMT college students who had practiced from June first to July 11, 1998, at the fire department and 4 departments (emergency dept., delivery dept., operating dept., and intensive care unit.) in the hospital. The data were collected by Questionnaire from september 7 to 10, 1998. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, T-test, F-test using SAS program, The result were as follow; 1. Mean satisfaction level of 5 departments was to be low as 2.863 of a total score 5,0. 2. Comparing with other departments, emergency dept. and fire dept. were 3.198, 3.109 respectively revealed to be high (mean=2,863), 3. In field content and environment, emergency dept. is the most satisfactory place(3.480, 3,686) respectively, in practice teaching, fire dept was the most satisfactory place(3,567). 4, Satisfaction level according to the 4 variables (religion vs fire dept. practice, motivation vs intensive care unit practice, place of emergency dept. field vs emergency dept. practice, practice problem vs emergency dept. practice) revealed significant differences. There were a lot of problems that we have to improve and correct the field practice curriculum. Though this study, we could guess what the practical matters were.

초등학생의 정보통신윤리 실천력 강화를 위한 지(知)·정(情)·의(意) 통합 교수·학습 모형 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Teaching-learning Model Integrating Cognitive, Affective and Conative Dimensions for the Reinforcement of Practice of Elementary School's Information Technology Ethics)

  • 본 연구에서는 "알지만 행하지 않는다."는 정보통신윤리교육의 근본적인 문제점을 해결하고 실천력을 강화시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색해 보았다. 인지 중심의 편향된 교육이 실천으로 자연스럽게 이어지지 못한다는 점을 생각하여 인지 정의 행동이 통합된 교육 방법을 제시하였다. 먼저 선행 연구들을 분석하여 실천력을 강화시킬 수 있는 전략들을 조사 분석하고 실천력 강화를 위한 지(知) 정(情) 의(意) 통합 교수 학습 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 지(知) 정(情) 의(意) 통합 교수 학습 모형을 초등학교 현장에 적용하여 학업성취도와 실천력 측면에서 효과성을 검증하였다. 이 때, 실천력은 사전, 사후 관찰 결과를 정량화하여 나타내었는데, 연구의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 교사의 참여 관찰, 수업 녹화 후 비디오 자료 분석, 홈페이지와 학습지 등 다양한 학습 결과물 분석, 면담 등의 방법을 이용하였다.

실무자의 근거출판 활성화를 통한 근거중심 문헌정보실무의 국내 적용 방안 (The Study on the Applying Methods for EBLIP in Korean Librarianship)

  • EBLIP는 '근거'를 중심으로 실무에서 문제해결 및 의사결정을 정확히 수행하고자 하는 실천 운동이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실천 운동의 국내 적용을 실무자들의 근거 출판 활성화를 통해 수행하고자 하였다. 국내 5종의 학술지에 수록된 논문의 내용분석을 통해 국내 실무자들의 근거 생산 현황을 파악하고 실무자들의 표적집단면담으로 근거 생산 장애 요인과 사서들의 인식을 조사하였다. 근거생산에 실무자가 저자로 포함된 경우는 26%를 차지하나, 실무자 단독으로 출판을 한 경우는 9.2%이며 단독 저자인 실무자들의 소속 기관은 대학도서관이 36.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 표적집단면담을 통해서 나타난 실무자의 출판 장애요인은 조직적인 차원에서 가장 많이 나타났으며 근거출판 활성화를 위해서 조직의 적극적인 지원을 요구하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 실무자들의 근거 생산 활성화 방안을 조직차원, 연구결과 소통의 차원, 교육차원에서 제안하였다. 조직차원에서는 업무 중 연구 활동의 보장, 연구결과에 대한 보상, 연구 소통의 차원에서는 실무자들이 연구 결과를 용이하게 접하고 활용할 수 있는 새로운 성격의 저널 창간과 구조적 초록과 같은 방안을 제안하였다. 끝으로 실무현장에서 연구방법론 교육의 강화와 통합 연구의 한 방안인 체계적 고찰에 대한 교육을 강조하였다.

일부지역 뇌혈관질환 환자의 건강습관 실천 관련요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Related to the Health Habit Practice in Stroke Patients of Some Area)

  • 본 연구는 일부지역 뇌혈관질환 환자들의 건강습관 실천과 관련된 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 2010년 5월 3일부터 6월 3일까지 서울에 소재한 종합병원에 내원한 뇌혈관질환 환자 142명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 뇌혈관질환 환자는 건강정보는 불예측성과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였고 (r=-0.264, p<0.01), 불예측성과 스트레스는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=0.582, p<0.01). 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과, 뇌혈관질환 환자의 건강습관 실천의 영향요인은 연령($R^2$=0.62, p=0.000), 불예측성($R^2$=0.096, p=0.006), 건강정보($R^2$=0.055, p=0.005), 성별($R^2$=0.068, p=0.003), 약물 복용여부($R^2$=0.041, p=0.017)인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뇌혈관질환 환자들의 건강습관 실천을 증진시키기 위해서는 건강정보를 높이고 불확실성을 낮춰 줄 수 있는 의학 중재가 필요하다.

대학생의 다이어트 실행 특성 분석 및 실행 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Analyses on the dieters' characteristics and the factors determining diet practice in college)

  • The study aims to examine college students' practice characteristics related to diet and to identify factors determining their diet practice. The subjects were college students (N=387) in Youngnam region; a questionnaire survey was conducted in May, 2007. The data were analyzed by SPSS Windows. The results are as follows: first, the ratio of female students going on a diet is higher than that of male students. Second, according to the BMI, female students more regard themselves as being overweight than male students do, although they are underweight or normal weight. Third, in the interest in diet, almost half the students think of themselves as being "somewhat" or "much" concerned about diet. Fourth, the binary logistic regression analysis shows that the significant factors affecting female students' diet practice are the variables of "grade", "interest in diet", "body image evaluation in the individuals", "information/education requirement on dietary guidelines", and "necessity to go on a diet". On the other hand, the significant variables affecting male students' diet practice are the variables of "to take diet- or health-related courses", "interest in diet", "diet knowledge", and "diet practice".

Development and Effectiveness of a Smartphone Application for Clinical Practice Orientation

  • This paper presents a smartphone application for the clinical practice education conducted in hospitals, with an aim to evaluate its effectiveness. A nonequivalent control group posttest design was used, which included a total of 100 nursing of school students who conducted their clinical practice. They were divided into one control and one experimental group (50 students each). The control group was directly trained in the clinical practice orientation, and the experimental group was a group who self-learned the clinical practice orientation using a smartphone application. Research data were collected between March 5 and April 27, 2019. They were analyzed with descriptive statistics and independent t-test, using the SPSS Statistics Version 24. The smartphone application customized for the clinical practice education was implemented through the following four phases: analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The developed application was registered in Google Play (for Android apps) and Apple Store, and related information was provided, making it available for download. The study showed that the satisfaction with and self-confidence in learning differed significantly between the groups. However, technology acceptance and knowledge acquired through practice showed no statistically significant difference. The research results serve as basic data for applying smartphone applications as an educational method that can replace traditional modes of education, serving as a significant indicator of the education delivery method diversification.
