개방형 협업 플랫폼 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 음악산업을 중심으로 (A Study On Factors Influencing on Participation Intention of Open Collaboration Platform : Focused on Music Industry)

  • Added value of music industry in Korea is not distributed and calculated properly, and this obstacle brings various problems in a creative environment. Meanwhile, a new business model such as Open Collaboration, Crowdsourcing and platform that makes decisions and innovation from external resources has been appeared in commercial area. This new model like a composer delivers to consumers directly through Youtube.com, and multi collaboration is applied to the music industry, and it enables a new type of mechanism for creation, distribution, division, and calculation of music. However there are not enough empirical study of the music market because existing relative researches has been centered around fundamental concepts and application methodologies. This research defines Open Collaboration Platform in the music industry, and studies affecting factors of Participation Intention for example Justice, Information System Quality and Perceived Value. For a survey we apply PLS(Partial Least Square) to analyse Equity, Information System Quality and structural equation between Perceived Value and Participation Intention. Analysis results show Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice affects Platform Trust, and Service Quality, Economical Value and Emotional Value affects Platform Usefulness. Also Platform Trust and Platform Usefulness affects Platform Participation Intention. We discussed academic and practical implication based on research results.

Product Characteristics and Customer Purchase Intention in Live-Streaming Commerce

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between product characteristics and customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. Research design, data and methodology: Six independent factors namely, scarcity, customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and informativeness were identified to analyze their effects on customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. The perceived value was accepted as a mediator between independent and dependent variables. Data were gathered from 643 respondents who experienced purchases in live-streaming commerce in China. Results: The results show that product characteristics strongly affect customer purchase intention, and perceived value plays an important mediating role in live-streaming commerce. Therefore, when developing a sales strategy in live-streaming commerce, product characteristics. Such as customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and information must be considered. Conclusions: The majority of live-streaming commerce research has focused on platform interactions and consumers. This study is meaningful in that it dealt with product characteristics and confirmed the mediating roles of perceived value in live-streaming commerce. The findings of this study have significant implications and offer valuable insights and practical guidance for both the academic community and practitioners engaged in the field of live-streaming commerce.

홈네트워크의 특성이 아파트의 가치인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Characteristics of Homenetwork Affecting the Perceived Value of Apartment)

  • Korean homenetwork industry is now faced with problems like low profitability and unclear commercialilzation. In particular, low awareness of homenetwork usefulness is one of the main reasons why homenetwork industry is not developed. Therefore, this study tried to find what kinds of characteristics of homenetwork affected the value of apartment and how. we conducted a survey of residents of apartment with homenetwork installed in it. Surveyed data was analyzed based on the model of extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) including perceived enjoyment and perceived trust as new factors. The research result showed that all factors involved in suggested model had positive effects on the behavioral intention of using homenetwork and the value of apartment. Most importantly, homenetwork user's behavioral intention increased perceived housing value of the apartment. The research result can be used in explaining the advantage of homenetwork to the residence of apartment as well as in designing the homenwtwork install of apartment.

The Effects of Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral Intention on Perceived Values in Traditional Marketplaces

  • Purpose: Traditional markets have served as important locations for social-cultural and economic activities. It is a hub of economic transactions and where people gather and exchange information and goods, while also serving as the center of social activities, including commercial exchanges. Accordingly, this study aimed to contribute to the studies on the perceived value in traditional markets for customers in different aspects. Research design, data, and methodology: To analyze the proposed model, data was collected from 456 respondents and analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The data was analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM) using path analysis. Results: According to the results of the analysis, the perceived value comprises utilitarian value, emotional value, economic value, and social value, all of which had a positive impact on attitude. Emotional value and social value had a positive impact on subjective norms, while utilitarian value and economic value did not have an impact on subjective norms. Also, attitudes and subjective norms were found to have a positive impact on behavioral intention. Conclusions: Through this study, the value that the traditional markets need to provide to consumers have been identified. Traditional markets should develop into places that can provide value for their consumers.

구매자의 관여도 수준에 따라 가격할인이 지각가치, 구매의향, 탐색의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Price Discount on Perceived Value, Willingness to Buy, and Search Intentions according to the Level of Consumers' Involvement)

  • 본 연구는 가격할인이 관여도의 수준에 따라 가치지각 간에 미치는 영향의 경로가 서로 상이하다는 가정 하에 관여도에 따른 지각가치와 구매의향 및 탐색의도 간의 관계를 실험적으로 검증하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고관여의 경우는 지각거래가치가 지각획득가치에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 고관여 구매자의 지각획득가치는 구매의향에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 지각획득가치가 탐색의도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 저관여의 경우에도 고관여와 같이 구매자의 지각거래가치는 구매의향에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지각획득가치가 탐색의도에 대하여 부(-)의 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 이는 가격할인에 따른 거래가치 향상에도 불구하고 지각품질 수준이 하향되면서 품질에 대한 의심이 생겨 추가정보 탐색의 필요성이 생김에 따른 것으로 풀이된다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비자는 관여도에 따라 획득가치 또는 거래가치에 대하여 중요하게 인지하지만 소비자가 어떤 지각가치에 더욱 의존하여 구매행동을 결정짓는가에 따라 이에 부합하는 가치 향상전략을 수립해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

공연예술서비스가 고객만족과 재구매 활성화 의도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study of the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention Activation in the Performing Arts)

  • Purpose - This study was conducted to evaluate service quality, perceived value, and satisfaction in the performing arts in order to establish a system of relationships that predicts repurchase intention, which increasingly needs to be studied as the domestic performing arts market grows. Research design, data, and methodology - Another purpose of this study is to identify 'work-related factors' and 'performing-arts-related factors' in the performing arts industry, and to observe the influence of the core SQ factors expected to influence audiences' purchase intentions through perceived value and customer satisfaction. The empirical study to test the hypothesis was based on a review of the literature and employed the survey method; data were collected from a total of 500 audience members. Results - The major results of the analysis are as follows. First, in terms of quality factors affecting perceived value, literary quality, level, professionalism, and musical quality were shown to have a significant influence as key factors from the performing arts perspective, while reliability, convenience, and related costs were indicated to exert a significant influence as additional factors related to work. Secondly, the quality factors with a significant influence on customer satisfaction were literary quality, professionalism, and musical quality, which were shown to have a significant influence from the performing arts perspective, while only reliability was indicated to exert a significant influence on work-related factors. Third, perceived value was shown to have a strong positive (+) influence on customer satisfaction, with both perceived value and customer satisfaction exerting a significant influence on the revisit intention. Finally, according to the results a difference analysis with demographic variables, viewing variables as moderating variables, differences according to gender were indicated in the influence of literary value and lel on perceived value, and in the influence of convenience and professionalism on customer satisfaction as well. Also, in terms of the influence of perceived value on customer satisfaction, males were found to be more influenced than females. Conclusions - Based on the above results, the suggested implications of the present study are as follows. First, through the consideration of not only the crucial work perspective in performing arts services, which has been inadequate in the past, but the additional performance-related level, the previously unevenly distributed viewpoints were expanded for application. Second, in verifying the relationship between expanded quality factors and the factors that determine consumer behavior while simultaneously considering key factors and additional related factors, work-related service quality factors were shown to exert a stronger influence on perceived value and customer satisfaction than performance-related factors. Third, for service factors related to performance, the reliability factor exerts an influence on perceived value and customer satisfaction, requiring that a performance planner secure and manage diverse channels to immediately support customer requests in providing performance theater services.

The Effect of Quality Factors of Overseas Direct Purchase on Perceived Value and Purchase Intention: The Moderating Effect of Price Sensitivity

  • 본 연구에서는 해외직구의 품질 요인(정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질)과 지각된 가치, 구매 의도와의 영향 및 가격 민감도의 조절 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 구성하였다. 해외직구 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 178개의 설문지를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0에 의해 분석되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 해외직구의 품질 요인은 지각된 가치에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 해외직구의 품질 요인은 구매 의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해외직구 품질 요인과 지각된 가치, 구매 의도와의 관계에서 가격 민감도의 조절 효과를 검정한 결과, 그룹 간의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

내시경검사 대상자의 정보인지, 불안, 불편 및 정보의 가치 (Awareness of Information, Anxiety, Distress, and Perceived Value of Information in Patients undergoing Endoscopic Examination)

  • Purpose: A descriptive study was conducted to identify awareness of information, emotional distress, behavioral distress, and perceived value of information in clients who were scheduled for endoscopic examinations, and to determine correlations between the variables. Method: Participants were 87 clients who were scheduled for endoscopic examinations; gastroscopy, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy. The questionnaires were collected from September to December, 2002 by a trained nurse. Self reports, interviews, and observations were used. Data were analyzed with frequencies, percentages, means, Pearson correlation coefficients, ANOVA, and Scheffe post test using the SPSS/PC 9.0. Result: The score for awareness of information was 17.46, state anxiety was 47.26, emotional distress during exam was 2.90, behavioral distress was 11.18, and perceived value of information was 4.21, Clients aged above 60 showed significantly lower awareness of information than other groups. Clients undergoing broncoscopy reported significantly higher emotional distress during the ekam than subjects for colonoscopy. Clients undergoing gastroscopy showed significantly higher behavioral distress than any of the others. There were no relationships between awareness of information and anxiety, but, a significant positive relationship was found between anxiety and emotional distress during exam, between emotional distress and behavioral distress, and between awareness of information and perceived value of information. Conclusion: Awareness of information by the clients through provision of an educational booklet was low, and clients showed moderate level of state anxiety. Research studies are needed to compare providing information with other interventions for comfortable progress of endoscopic examinations. Especially specific strategies should be established for elderly clients to facilitate awareness of information.

전자상거래 연구에서 인지된 가치, 위험 및 행위의도 간의 관계에 대한 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of Relationship between Perceived Value, Risk and Behavioral Intention on E-Commerce)

  • 최근 정보통신기술과 지식정보화 사회의 융합은 정치, 경제, 문화 및 다양한 분야에 영향을 미치고 있다. 메타분석은 여러 실증연구의 정량적인 결과를 통합과 분석을 통해 전체 결과를 조망할 기회를 제공하는 통계적 통합 방법이다. 또한 메타분석은 효과크기라는 개념을 이용하여 변수들 간 상관관계의 방향과 크기를 알 수 있게 해준다. 전자상거래에서 고객의 행동을 결정하는 행위의도는 중요한 종속변수이다. 행위의도를 결정하는 선행변수에는 인지된 가치와 인지된 위험이 대표적으로 사용된다. 전자상거래 연구에서 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험과 행위의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구들을 문헌연구 및 메타분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 2000년부터 2016년까지 우리나라 학술지에 게재된 전자상거래 연구 중에서 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험 및 행위의도의 인과관계가 설정된 총 33편의 연구논문을 대상으로 하였다. 메타분석의 결과 인지된 가치와 행위의도 간 경로의 효과크기는 (r = .526)인 것으로 나타나 선행변수인 인지된 가치는 종속변수 행위의도를 약 28% 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지된 위험과 행위의도 간 경로의 효과크기는 (r = -.220)인 것으로 나타나 선행변수인 인지된 위험은 종속변수 행위의도를 약 5% 부정적 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 선행연구와 비교분석을 통해 차이점을 논의하였다.

식품 관련 앱(APP) 서비스 품질 속성이 서비스 이용자의 지각된 가치와 구매 후 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Application Service Quality Attributes on Perceived Value and Post-Purchase Behavior Intentions)

  • In modern society, the online to offline (O2O) market has become an emerging market. Based on social and cultural phenomena, the importance of "FOODTECH" linked with mobile applications is growing in the food and restaurant industry. This study examined subjective food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions. According to this study, of foodtech service quality attributes, only information, mobility, and reliability had positive (+) relationships with perceived value. However, foodtech service quality attributes did not have a direct impact on behavior intentions. Perceived values had a positive (+) relationship with behavior intentions and showed full mediation effects between foodtech service quality attributes and behavior intentions. Based on these results, future research on the relationship among food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions is needed.
