본 사설은 대한원격탐사학회지의 환경공간정보 이해와 활용 특별호 발간의 배경과 목적 그리고 발간 논문의 의의 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 환경정보는 환경과 관련된 정보(문헌, 통계 및 이미지 등)를 포괄적으로 의미한다. 이러한 환경정보가 지역적으로 발생하는 환경의 변화나 이슈로써 공간적인 형태로 발전하여 환경공간정보로 정의된다. 원격탐사자료는 광역 국지적인 환경에 대한 정보를 포함하여 환경공간정보에 대한 직 간접적인 자료로 매우 높은 활용성을 지니고 있으며, 몇 가지 개선을 통하여 환경분야에 국한되지 않고 보다 다양한 활용이 가능할 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 환경공간정보 구축 기반기술의 정밀화 및 과학화하여 활용을 증대할 수 있다. 둘째, 기존의 환경공간정보의 개념과 내용을 확대함으로써 활용분야를 넓힐 수 있다. 셋째, 기존 환경공간정보의 활용을 지속적으로 증가시키는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 환경공간정보의 최근 변화(데이터의 형식의 전환 및 ICT(Information and Communications Technologies)와 접목 등)를 반영한 발전방향을 고찰하였다. 특히, 환경공간정보 구축의 기본이 되는 기반기술이 정밀화 및 과학화를 다양한 논문을 통하여 고찰하였다. 위와 관련된 연구를 통해 국내 환경공간정보의 활용을 다각화시키고 이를 활용한 정책개발 및 환경요소의 효율적인 관리가 가능할 것이다.

Depending on the ways of information visualization, information can be interpretable, easy to understand, and represented concisely and consistently. This study explores the effects of different information visualizations on decision quality in a Web environment by conducting a laboratory experiment. The results demonstrated that the effects of information visualizations on decision quality were significant. The findings suggest that information users in a Web environment can expect to improve their decision quality by enhancing information visualizations. This research extends a body of research examining not only the effects of factors that can be tied to human decision-making, but also the predictions of various information visualization usages in a Web environment.

Recently, number of tablet or Smartphone users increased significantly in domestic and around the world. But violation of personal information such as leakage, misuse and abuse are constantly occurring by using mobile devices which is very useful in our society. Therefore, in this paper it will talk about the problems in the network environment of the mobile environment such as tablet and Smartphone, Mobile Malware, hacking of the public key certificate, which could be potential threat to mobile environment. This thesis will research for people to use their mobile devices more reliable and safer in mobile environment from invasion and leakage of personal information. In order to use Smartphone safely, users have to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth carefully in the public area. This paper will research how to use App safely and characteristic of risk of worm and Malware spreading. Because of security vulnerabilities of the public key certificate, it will suggest new type of security certification. In order to prevent from the information leakage and infect from Malware in mobile environment without knowing, this thesis will analyze the improved way to manage and use the mobile device.

Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology continues to develop and is now being applied to infrastructure facilities. As smart technology based on BIM is applied to the construction industry, the construction of the same data in a common environment is considered to be a very important step in various applications. This study was conducted on methods to establish an open BIM-based airport facility information common data environment. Therefore, this study develops the element technology to establish a common data environment for the integrated management of airport facility information, and aims to standardize data in the common data environment among various technologies and applications. In order to achieve the aim, in this study, the required technologies were derived by examining the common data environment and examining the civil engineering facility field and the case of integrated airport facility management. Through this, standards and development for information standard framework, information requirement level, BIM guidebook, and BIM library were developed in connection with national and higher standards. Through these standards, it is expected that the integrated management of various airport facilities will be efficiently carried out through a standard data platform in the future.

환경영향평가 정보지원시스템은 환경영향평가 관련 정보의 다양화, 최신화 및 질적 향상, 그리고 평가서 및 협의 의견 등의 자료를 데이터베이스화를 통하여 평가서 작성의 기간단축 및 사회적 비용절감과 안정적인 서비스를 제공하여 사용자의 편이를 제공하여 환경평가제도 운영의 효율성을 극대화하기 위하여 추진되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 본 시스템의 지리정보서비스를 소개하고 사용자들의 편의성 향상과 서비스 지원범위 확대 등을 위하여 시스템 사용자의 설문조사를 통한 지리정보서비스의 활용성 개선방안을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 지리정보의 자료 업데이트 관련한 개선방안으로 환경공간정보의 자료수집, 구축, 그리고 활용을 위한 일원화된 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 데이터하우스의 단계별 유통 및 연계방안을 수립하여 제시하였다.

This paper presents a new method that generates a path that has no collision with the obstacles or the characters by using the three motion parameters, and automatically creates natural motions of characters that are confined to the path. Our method consists of three parameters: the joint information parameter, the behavior information parameter, and the environment information parameter. The joint information parameters are extracted from the joint angle data of the character and this information is used when creating a path following motion by finding the relation-function of the parameters on each joint. A user can set the behavior information parameter such as velocity, status, and preference and this information is used for creating different paths, motions, and collision avoidance patterns. A user can create the virtual environment such as road and obstacle, also. The environment is stored as environment information parameters to be used later in generating a path without collision. The path is generated using Hermit-curve and each control point is set at important places.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.

In Korea, the global warming leads to more frequent high temperature region. increasing the need for research into physical damage caused by high temperature. We therefore analyzed the differences of mortality, caused by extreme heat, among gender and age. We also examined the trend of mortality from high temperature-sensitive diseases. Women are more affected by exposure to high temperature than are men; People over 65 years old have higher mortality rate (1.5 times) than under 65. As for high temperature-related diseases, cerebrovascular disease was the number one cause of death, and chronic lower respiratory disease and cardiovascular disease followed.

This paper investigates the three main functions of a typical visual app programming environment for Novice Programming developers, and compares the features. The Scratch is a visual programming environment for education, anyone can create a story easy as possible variously interaction, games, animations and more. App inventor provides precise and professional application development capabilities as compared with scratch. App Inventor in runs independently of the computer platform, and has a feature that must be constantly connected to the server over the internet, while the Inventor app runs. M-Bizmaker is suitable for commercial application development, consists of m-BizBuilder, m-BizEngine, m-BizServer or the like, provides a cross-platform visual programming environment.
