2012년 3월과 8월부터 개정된 개인정보보호법과 정보통신망법이 시행되면서 회사와 공공기관들은 법규가 요구하는 보안장비들을 갖추게 되었다. 암복호화 키가 유출되면 모든 정보를 공격자가 볼 수 있기 때문에 개인정보의 보호를 위해 키를 제3자가 알지 못하게 잘 보호, 관리하는 것은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 현재 보안업계에서는 키관리서버의 중요성이 점차로 대두되고 있다. 키관리서버란 암복호화키를 안전하게 저장, 관리할 수 있는 어플라이언스 형태의 하드웨어 장비이다. 본 논문에서는 해외의 키관리서버 제품들에 대해 알아보고 우리나라의 관련 법규정 입법 및 정책설정의 필요성에 관해 논의해 보겠다.

이 글은 케이블 지역채널에 대한 해설 논평 금지의 문제점을 검토하고 그 대안을 제시했다. 특히 방송법상의 저널리즘 원리에 입각해, 특정 사안에 대한 지역채널의 해설과 논평을 금지한 방송통신위원회 규칙이 방송 저널리즘의 책무와 상충한다고 논했다. 지역채널의 해설 논평 기능을 금지한 현행 규제는 오히려 지역여론이 지역의 기득권 혹은 기존 질서에 순응하는 방향으로 흐르게 하는 부작용을 야기한다. 지자체 정책홍보 프로그램의 의무편성과 맞물려, 지역채널을 지자체 정부의 홍보도구로 전락시킬 위험도 안고 있다. 이에 따라 법제 개정을 통해 지역채널의 해설 논평 기능을 허용하되, 케이블 SO에게 지역 저널리즘 기관으로서의 책무와 조건을 부과하고 이를 충족하도록 촉진 지원하는 보완책을 병행하는 게 바람직하다고 제안했다.

The aim of this study is to analyze Internet homepages of Korean companies. This study especially concentrates on consumer information and communication on a company Internet homepage. The method of this study is to review a company internet homepage. Main findings are as follows. 1) Consumer information is classified into product, living, study, law and regulation related to product, consumer's product evaluation, consumer education, A/S, company info. about branch stores, financial data, webzine and entertainment. 2) Communication type is classified into B2C and C2C, but Korean company concentrates on B2C communication channel.

A transportation problem in Korea is a serious issue that has to be solved urgently in the motor era of 15 million vehicles. Recently ITS has been introduced to improve efficiency of the current roads because an excessive budget and a long term construction are needed to build new roads. Therefore the government enacted the law as of ITS and the in architecture. However, these ITS information services were oriented to mainly vehicles and drivers, not public entities such as bus driver, passengers and so on. Nowadays lots of local autonomous city introduced a public transportation information system (PTIS), and providing useful information for the public. For this PTIS, important design issues are to be focused on detecting and tracking technology of moving bus, and a wireless communication link to transmit the location information. This paper presents design models using several wireless communication methods, and an implementation case using a Wireless packet Data communication Network (WDN) to transmit bus location information at Seoul, Korea.

Electronic Commerce is the new type of business transaction, which sells and advertises the products and services by using the Internet, which is used by more than 500,000,000 people in the worldwide and is spread rapidly to the world. There are no limitations in cyberspace, for example, time, space, and country boundary because every business can be processed in this cyberspace. The use of modern means of communication such as electronic mail and electronic data interchange for the conduct of international trade transactions has been increasing rapidly and is expected to develop further as technical supports such as information highways and the Internet become more widely accessible. However, the communication of legally significant information in the form of paperless messages may be hindered by legal obstacles to the use of such messages, or by uncertainty as to their legal effect or validity. This obstacles pose many difficulties for conducting EC through Internet. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest several issues to be taken into consideration in conducting EC in near future. For this purpose, the article will first take up subjects of what is the present state of EC, what are the legal issues emerging therefrom.

2001년 7월을 기하여 정보통신기반보호법이 발효되고 통신, 전력, 상수도 공항, 철도 정부주요 시설, 제1금융권 등 국가 주요 정보통신 기반시 설에 대해서 정보보호 감리가 의무화된다. 미국의 경우도 유럽의 강화된 정보보호지침에 대응하기 위해 2003년 발효 예정인 세이프 하버법에 대응하기 위한 각 기관, 단체, 기업들의 노력이 가시화되고 있다. 전세계의 정보보호 관련법이 각 자 자국의 이익을 중심으로 제정중인 시점에서 기술 분0티 전문가들이 좀 더 국가의 이익과 공공의 안녕에 부응하는 대응책을 마련하여 국익에 도움이 되는 방향으로 법제도가 운용될 수 있도록 관련법을 숙지해야 할 때이다. 그리고 전체 기술사들이 한마음으로 정치, 경제, 학술 등 각자 맡은 분야에서 분발 할 것을 촉구한다.

The managing strategies of each enterprise has been fundamentally changed due to the emergence of digital economics by using the internet. Therefore it is indispensable for each enterprise to be changed their business strategies. With a view to meeting the change of new economic paradigm, they are efforting to build a infrastructure for information and communication, induce foreign capital, reconsider their conditions of location, draw the law concerned and reinforce education for experts etc. In consideration of these change, the Pusan port & the KwangYang port have to introduce e-Business for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. We - our government, the companies - concerned with port management should recognize and use efficiently our core competence and potentiality of our port management. To achieve it, firstly port industries are to handle not only international logistic system but also communication, finance and sightseeing. Secondly, the developed off-line system have to be harmonizing with the on-line. Therefore, this paper are focused to suggest the theoretic background by analyzing the strategic points of e-port which are divided in 6C - Contents, Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization.

본 연구는 사학법 개정문제를 다룬 언론보도를 통해 뉴스가 중요한 사회적 갈등이슈를 어떻게 형상화하는지, 나아가 각 신문사가 제시하고자 하는 중심 논조와, 중심 논조를 통해 구조화되는 전체 프레임을 레이코프와 존슨의 은유분석을 적용하여 살펴보았다. 각각 보수, 진보, 종교계를 대표하는 $\ulcorner$조선일보$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$한겨레$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$국민일보$\lrcorner$를 연구대상으로 분석한 결과 조선일보와 국민일보는 '자유는 재산이다'와 '전쟁 은유'를 통해 사학법 개정 국면을 전체적인 프레임 속에서 장면화 또는 형상화하고 있었다. 그러나 이 두 신문사의 전체 프레임이 완전히 동일했던 것은 아니었다. 조선일보에 비해서 국민일보는 종교의 자유 또는 신앙의 자유를 강조하였다. 반면에 한겨레는 '앞은 좋은 것이고 뒤는 나쁜 것이다'와 '전쟁 은유'를 통해 조선일보나 국민일보와는 정반대 방향의 전체 프레임을 통해 사학법개정 국면을 장면화하고 있었다.

정보통신기술과 의료기술의 발전으로 국민들의 삶의 질이 향상되면서 인터넷 환경에서의 의료서비스에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 환경에서의 의료정보화는 환자의 개인정보를 침해할 수 있다. 우리나라의 상당수 의료기관은 인터넷 환경에서의 환자개인정보보호에 소극적이다. 의료정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 법령과 표준안 및 체계적인 지침이 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 환경에서의 환자 개인정보 침해유형을 사례를 통해 살펴보고, 법제도적 측면 기술적 측면 관리적 측면에서 인터넷 환경에서의 환자 개인정보를 보호할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.
