절주를 도와주는 웹 사이트 개발 (Developing a Website to Help Avoiding Excessive Drinking)

  • 현대의 성인들은 잦은 회식, 모임 등으로 과도한 음주를 하게 된다. 그러나 잦은 음주의 위험성, 음주로 인해 발생하는 각종 질병들을 잘 알지 못하는 경우가 많다. 본 절주 지원 시스템은 사용자가 절주를 할 수 있도록 관리해주고 음주와 관련된 질병, 사고, 대안정보를 제공한다. 그리고 사용자가 기록한 내용을 토대로 구글 차트를 이용해 도식화해 직관적인 정보를 제공한다. 결과적으로 과도한 음주로 인한 질병과 위험성을 경고해 줌으로써 건강한 몸을 유지할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있다.

Location-Based Spiral Clustering Algorithm for Avoiding Inter-Cluster Collisions in WSNs

  • Wireless sensor networks (WSN) consist of a large amount of sensor nodes distributed in a certain region. Due to the limited battery power of a sensor node, lots of energy-efficient schemes have been studied. Clustering is primarily used for energy efficiency purpose. However, clustering in WSNs faces several unattained issues, such as ensuring connectivity and scheduling inter-cluster transmissions. In this paper, we propose a location-based spiral clustering (LBSC) algorithm for improving connectivity and avoiding inter-cluster collisions. It also provides reliable location aware routing paths from all cluster heads to a sink node during cluster formation. Proposed algorithm can simultaneously make clusters in four spiral directions from the center of sensor field by using the location information and residual energy level of neighbor sensor nodes. Three logical addresses are used for categorizing the clusters into four global groups and scheduling the intra- and inter-cluster transmission time for each cluster. We evaluated the performance with simulations and compared it with other algorithms.

A Comprehensive and Practical Image Enhancement Method

  • Image enhancement is a challenging problem in the field of image processing, especially low-light color images enhancement. This paper proposed a robust and comprehensive enhancement method based several points. First, the idea of bright channel is introduced to estimate the illumination map which is used to attain the enhancing result with Retinex model, and the color constancy is keep as well. Second, in order eliminate the illumination offsets wrongly estimated, morphological closing operation is used to modify the initial estimating illumination. Furthermore, in order to avoid fabricating edges, enlarged noises and over-smoothed visual features appearing in enhancing result, a multi-scale closing operation is used. At last, in order to avoiding the haloes and artifacts presented in enhancing result caused by gradient information lost in previous step, guided filtering is introduced to deal with previous result with guided image is initial bright channel. The proposed method can get good illumination map, and attain very effective enhancing results, including dark area is enhanced with more visual features, color natural and constancy, avoiding artifacts and over-enhanced, and eliminating Incorrect light offsets.

  • 군 전술정보통신체계(TICN)는 기존 음성 위주 아날로그 방식의 통신기반체계(SPIDER)를 디지털 방식의 IP 통신체계로 대체하는 사업이며, 본 논문은 해당 체계 도입 초기에 발생하였던 라우팅 루핑 문제 해결에 대한 연구 논문이다.

집단적 요인과 개인적 요인이 갈등관리유형 선호에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of the Group and Personal Factors on the Preference of the Conflict Handling Styles)

  • This study is to categorize five types of conflict handling styles that employees can take when conflict occurs. The five types are integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising. I found these factors that explain conflicts handling styles divided them into organizational structure, task group functioning and need styles and how certain factors explain different kinds of conflict handling styles without other factors. To measure conflict handling styles, this study used the scale of conflict style devised Rahim. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In addition, in order to prove my hypothesis, I used hierarchical regression analysis method to find the pure explanation that each factors have without multicollinearity. According to the study's result, in a person's type of needs, if the need for achievement is high, they prefer integrating style. In contrast, if the need for achievement is low, they prefer avoiding style. Also, if the need for affiliation is high, the employees prefer compromising style. But if the need for affiliation is low and the need for dominance is high, the employees favor dominating style. However, in task group functioning, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, or the confidence in peers and management is high, the employees prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. As well as if group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, it was found that they prefer compromising style. Also, if the role conflict that is related to organizational structure is serious, employees prefer obliging style, but they have weakenss in explanation. To sum up these results, if the employees have obliging style that shows lack of concerns over themselves and at the same time, have high concerns to others, is affected by task group or organization. And we can infer that the other conflicts handling styles are effected by personal characteristic.

  • In this paper, we present an efficient handover method avoiding ping-pong phenomenon in Wireless LAN systems. In order to provide the seamless VoIP service for terminals with mobility in Wireless LAN systems. Since the variation range of the received signal strength of the moving terminals is large, the handover procedure can be started by an instant drop of the signal strength. Then the handover procedure is repeated, which makes ping-pong phenomenon. Since the quality of service of VoIP can be lowered by ping-pong phenomenon, in this paper, we present the necessary condition to avoid the ping-pong phenomenon. Through LAB test, we show that the proposed handover method can provide an seamless service without the ping-pong phenomenon.

  • An optimized 4-stage 12-bit pipelined CMOS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) architecture is proposed to obtain high linearity and high yield. The ADC based on a multiplying digital-to-analog converter (MDAC) selectively employs a binary-weighted-capacitor (BWC) array in the front-end stage and a unit-capacitor (UC) array in the back-end stages to improve integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) simultaneously whil maintaining high yield. A digital-domain nonlinear error calibration technique is applied in the first stage of the ADC to improve its accuracy to 12-bit level. The largest DNL error in the mid-point code of the ADC is reduced by avoiding a code-error symmetry observed in a conventional digitally calibrated ADC is reduced by avoiding a code-error symmetry observed in a conventional digitally calibrated ADC is simulated to prove the effectiveness of the proposed ADC architecture.

This study focuses on modeling the relative positioning of the interconnect paths rather than absolute positioning within a fixed coordinate system, thereby avoiding simplifications that impose restrictin on the path shapes.

벤처기업 최고경영자의 성격특성과 경영전략간의 관계 (The Relationship between Personality Trait of Venture CEO and Corporate Strategy)

  • 본 연구는 벤처기업 최고경영자의 성격특성이 경영전략에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 성격특성은 크게 성격타입, 통제위치(locus of control), 위험감수성향 등 세 가지로 나누었으며, 이러한 성격특성의 차이에 따라서 공격형 전략을 선택하는가, 방어형 전략을 선택하는가를 측정하였다. 서울·경기지역의 벤처기업협회에 등록되어 있는 벤처기업을 대상으로 설문을 배포하여 유효한 87개 샘플을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 연구결과 A형 성격일수록, 내재론자일수록 그리고 위험감수성이 강할수록 공격적인 진입전략을 선택하고, B형 성격일수록, 외재론자일수록 그리고 위험회피성이 강할수록 방어적인 틈새시장 전략을 선택한다는 결과가 도출되었다. 또한 다중회귀모형을 통하여 독립변수의 상대적 중요도를 검증한 결과, 통제위치와 위험감수성 변수가 성격타입보다는 경영전략의 선택에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

갈등해결전략이 관계학습과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Conflict Resolution Strategies on Relationship Learning and Performance)

  • 갈등에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고, 갈등해결을 통한 관계학습의 관점에서 조직적(interorganizational)으로 접근한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 갈등해결 매커니즘을 통해, 유통경로 구성원들이 어떻게 관계학습을 구축할 수 있는지, 그리고 이것들이 경로관계의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고 있다. 이와 같은 목적으로 국내 유통업체의 협력업체 영업담당자 490명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 갈등해결에 있어 협력행동은 관계학습의 세 가지 과정인 정보공유, 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억 모두를 강화한 반면, 회피행동은 정보공유만 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억은 유통경로의 성과인 효과성과 효율성을 강화시킨 반면, 정보공유는 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다.
