국내 교량의 사용 수명은 대부분 30년 미만으로 향후 유지보수에 투입되어야하는 예산이 증대될 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 교량에 투입할 수 있는 예산은 한정되어 있기 때문에 효과적인 예산 투입을 통한 교량의 요구 성능 달성을 목표로 수행되고 있는 자산관리에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 교량의 효과적인 자산관리를 수행하기 위해서는 건설사업 수행 전 단계에서 발생하는 정보들을 효과적으로 활용해야한다. 따라서 효과적인 정보관리를 통해 자산관리를 지원할 수 있는 시스템과 DB의 구축이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 건설사업의 정보관리에 활용되고 있는 BIM을 활용하여 교량의 유지관리에 적용할 수 있는 BIM기반 교량 자산관리모델 개발을 목표로 설정하였으며, 선행연구조사를 통한 BIM 기능 및 자산관리 세부구성항목 도출을 수행하고 상호간의 연계성을 고찰하였다. 이를 기반으로 구축된 자산관리 모델은 유지보수 대안별 소요예산과 정체시간을 산정하는 모델로 구성하였다. 또한 구축된 BIM기반 교량 자산관리 모델의 타당성 및 적용성 검증을 위해 사례연구를 수행한 결과, 본 연구에서 제안된 BIM기반 교량 자산관리모델은 현행 교량 유지관리 업무절차에 적용이 가능한 모델로써 한정된 예산 내에서 효율적인 교량 유지관리 업무를 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

As the IT industry developed, the information held by the company soon became a corporate asset. As this information has value as an asset, the number and scale of various cyber attacks which targeting enterprises and institutions is increasing day by day. Therefore, research are being carried out to protect the assets from cyber attacks by using the attack graph to identify the possibility and risk of various attacks in advance and prepare countermeasures against the attacks. In the attack graph, security metric is used as a measure for determining the importance of each asset or the risk of an attack. This is a key element of the attack graph used as a criterion for determining which assets should be protected first or which attack path should be removed first. In this survey, we research trends of various security metrics used in attack graphs and classify the research according to application viewpoints, use of CVSS(Common Vulnerability Scoring System), and detail metrics. Furthermore, we discussed how to graft the latest security technologies, such as MTD(Moving Target Defense) or SDN(Software Defined Network), onto the attack graphs.

The asset management of railway facilities is a total framework for finally supporting a safe and comfortable train service, which includes functions of supporting evaluation of condition and performance of infrastructures, making the decision method of repair or rehabilitation of deteriorated facilities, and lengthening the life cycle of structure through the decision of adequate cost and time of repair or reinforcement. In the range of the asset management, organization, human, the target, and information & data of company are included. Therefore, in this paper, appling the method of asset management analysis to the railway structures, the process of the risk assesment using BRE(Business Risk Exposure) and the basis of consisting optimized renewal decision-making are expressed.

Today, the power utilities is setting on the slow load growth and the aging of power equipment, then could spend the efforts on the stability of system performance. The asset management is separated by three parts of essential elements : management, engineering and information. The corporate of these parts should be practiced that seek to balance. Asset management is great way to fulfill the economic investment and the stability of system performance. This paper presents the application of effective asset management considering the economic evaluation for reasonable investment, technical evaluation for accurate control management and reliability evaluation for stability of operation.

The earlier studies have verified that brand values have significant impact on financial values such as stock return and stock price to justify marketing costs for brand building. Except for Mizik and Jacobson (2008), however, little research has addressed what kinds of brand components composing brand values have a significant relationship with financial values. As a follow-up research of Mizik and Jacobson (2008), this research focuses on what kinds of relationships exist between the unanticipated change of each brand asset component and stock return, one of the financial values. The authors selected six brand asset components from the Korea-Brand Power Index(K-BPI) data in which 'Top of Mind,' 'Unaided Awareness,' and 'Aided Awareness' are brand awareness measures and 'Image,' 'Purchase Intention,' and 'Preference' are brand loyalty measures. Out of those six brand components, they found that unanticipated changes of 'Top of Mind,' 'Unaided Awareness,' 'Image,' and 'Preference' have significantly positive effect on unexpected stock return change. Therefore, they conclude that these four brand asset components provide incremental information in explaining unanticipated stock return.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether suppliers are able to benefit by means of constructing a relationship-specific intangible asset and participating in collaboration with purchasers to actively maintain value created while mutually using inter-organizational information systems. To achieve the purpose of this study. 82 questionnaires have been analyzed from suppliers which are using electronic transactions through inter-organizational information systems. As a result, business process specificity and domain knowledge specificity, which are relationship-specific intangible assets, affect operational collaboration and strategic collaboration, which are classified by level of decision-making. Although both types of collaboration are needed to achieve both strategic and operational benefits, we find each collaboration to be uniquely promoted by a specific types of relationship-specific intangible asset. Operational collaboration is found to be an antecedent to operational benefit and strategic collaboration is found to be an antecedent to strategic benefits. No crossover between collaboration and supplier's benefits is found. Consequently, the result of this study shows collaboration is needed for domestic suppliers, which have relatively low levels of collaboration, to keep maintain relationship-specific intangible assets and to prevent the relationship termination cost when transactions have been stopped between supplier and purchaser. Also the results imply the supplier can have advantages by participating in collaboration.

본 논문에서는 유니티 엔진을 활용하여 도로교통 시뮬레이터 에셋을 제안한다. 제안하는 에셋은 유니티 좌표계 내에서 오브젝트를 이용하여 가상의 도로를 설계함으로서 도로교통 시뮬레이터의 진입장벽과 단순 작업비용을 낮추고, 가상의 도로에서 다양한 속성을 가진 차량과 신호등을 생성하고 시뮬레이션 함으로서 차량과 교통신호, 도로설계 등이 교통에 미치는 영향을 시각화하여 관찰 할 수 있다. 제안한 에셋을 이용하여 도로를 보다 용이하게 설계하여 도로교통 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있으며, 간단한 시나리오를 제작하여, 도로정체의 원인을 설명 할 수 있다. 사용자가 도로설계 시의 작업량을 더 줄일 수 있도록 도로생성 부분에서 보다 다양한 기능 지원과 시뮬레이터의 타당성 검토를 위한 추가적인 시나리오 테스트 등이 향후 과제이다.

The objective of this paper is to review the mechanics of how global e-trade practices can affect a firm's performance. It is well known that the introduction of global e-trade systems can save transaction costs at the macro level. However this study is extended at micro level by determining whether global trade transaction costs influence positively or negatively in exporting firms performances at firm level. A theoretical framework is suggested for determining the usage and performance of global e-trade with the global e-trade barriers. An empirical analysis of South Korean exporting firms has been undertaken. This paper concludes that the global e-trade has yet to overcome the barriers resulting from the transaction costs and asset specificity. In this regard, appropriate action like intensive education and training program should be implemented in order to make South Korea's global e-trade more matured.

게임 개발엔진인 Unity3D를 활용한 3인칭 슈팅 게임으로 쉬는 시간 등의 자투리 시간에 즐길 수 있는 짧은 플레이타임을 가지고 복잡한 3D 슈팅 게임과 달리 쉽고 간단한 조작법을 가진 게임이다. 적 객체를 공격하거나 회피하며 각 스테이지당 5분을 생존하면 클리어되며 스코어에 기반한 재화를 지급하는 방식으로 진행된다. 게임 내 그래픽은 Unity Asset Store를 통해 그래픽 Asset을 구매하여 게임 내 사용되는 비행선, 물 효과, 탄환에 활용하였으며 일부 비행선은 기존 Asset을 재조립하여 만들었다.

SCORM의 Content Repository는 Asset이나 컨텐츠의 Metadata를 가지고 컨텐츠나 Asset을 검색할 수 있도록 한다. 이런 Metadata 기반 검색은 아주 많은 컨텐츠를 대상으로 검색을 할 경우, 검색을 통한 컨텐츠 결과가 너무 많을 경우 결과 내에서 재검색을 하는데 많은 시간을 들일 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 검색 효율을 높이기 위한 방법으로 SCORM 기반 LMS에 협력 필터링 방법을 적용한 시스템을 제안하였다.
