이러닝 전문인력 양성 기반 문제점 및 개선방향

  • Nowadays, demand for human resource for the e-learning industry is rapidly increasing along with the expansion of e-learning market capacity. However, there arc numerous difficulties in expansion and industrialization of e-learning due to insufficient supply of human resources to meet the demand. Therefore, the goal of this study is to present various policy measures that can supplement the supply of e-learn ing manpower. Overall contents of this study focus on presenting the long-term directions for fostering of human resources for e-learning industry. Among these, role of government policies for fostering of human resources for e-learning industry is being particularly emphasized because e-learning industry is still at its infant stage.

  • The drastic structural changes in telecommunications industry are imposing new strains on operators, regulators and customers. Many researchers have offered diverse frameworks for the changes from the perspectives of sociology, technology, and/or economics. However, there have been few attempts to document the competitive phenomena from management perspectives because of the technological complexities and dynamism in the fundamental transition of competition. In this study, we examine competitive environment in telecommunications industry, and identified five structural elements; telecom operator, competitors, regulation, suppliers, and customer demand. The suggested framework is used to provide a basis for explaining the changes in the characteristics of individual elements and the interactions among them. The dynamic industry-specific changes will be explained through an evolutionary model. We specify the characteristics of progressive stages and the determinants of the evolution. Changes are reviewed in terms of five criteria; regulations and competitions, value chain, technology, customers demand, and internal operations. The result of this study will be useful in analyzing and predicting industry structure and major participants' strategic behaviors and decision patterns. This study can alse be extended to other industries facing dynamic structural changes.

  • A series of system dynamics model was developed for forecasting demand and supply of human resource in the electricity industry. To forecast demand of human resource in the electric power industry, BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) methodology was used. To forecast supply of human resource in the electric power industry, forecasting on the population of our country and the number of students in the department of electrical engineering were performed. After performing computer simulation with developed system dynamics model, it is discovered that the shortage of human resource in the electric power industry will be 3,000 persons per year from 2006 to 2015, and more than a double of current budget is required to overcome this shortage of human resource.

  • Korea furniture industry is the difficulty of producing manpower supply and demand together with rising raw material and are facing severe difficulties as a diversification of consumer needs. It located so close through the International Furniture Fair in China and to identify the status of the domestic furniture industry. It also overlooks want to move forward in the direction. China International Furniture Fair was the head of the leading exchanges for furniture production worldwide. Market demand as households, yet the center is fully equipped with the chance to cooperate with the furniture production. The Shanghai International Furniture Fair was responsible for, such as providing ideas and partners for product development and production paths excavation of korea furniture manufacturers itgetda which can have a significant driving force in overcoming the recession and evaluated through this.

  • During the 2009 global economic downturn, the dairy industry was also affected. Global milk production had gradually decreased, and the dairy industry was failing. However, in 2010, China's sudden consumption increase of dairy products, the price of dairy products recovered due to the great demand in China. The Asian continent as a whole played a significant role in maintaining the health of the global dairy industry, by preventing its total collapse. Currently, the price of all dairy products, except that of whole milk powder, has increased. The International Dairy Federation (IDF) expects that milk production will grow by 2% annually over the next 10 years, owing to Asia's high demand for all kinds of dairy products.

  • 경제가 성장함에 따라 문화산업에 대한 수요는 빠르게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 문화상품이 공공재적 특성을 가지고 있어 정부가 공급한다는 점에서, 얼마나 수요자의 욕구를 충족시킬지가 의문이다. 따라서 본 논문은 충북에서의 문화수요의 결정요인 분석을 통하여 향후 지방정부가 문화산업을 공급하는데 있어서 준거를 제시하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 수요자의 문화산업의 포괄적 만족도 결정요인, 문화산업 유형의 결정요인에서 참여형과 관람형 문화산업 중 어떤 유형을 결정할 것인가, 여가수요에서 재화집약적 여가수요 및 시간집약적 여가수요의 결정요인을 계량경제학적 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 분석결과를 활용하여 향후 지방정부가 최적의 문화상품을 공급하기 위하여 수요자의 필요를 최대한 반영할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였다.

제조업체 근로자의 직무요구와 상사-부하 교환관계 및 직무 스트레스 회복경험이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Demand, Leader Member Exchange, and Recovery Experience from Job Stress on Job Embeddedness of Workers in the Manufacturing Industry)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate factors affecting the job embeddedness of workers in the manufacturing industry. Methods: The survey was conducted on 261 workers of the manufacturing industry in P city and Y city with the help of a structured self-report questionnaire, administered between June 10 and June 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, ANOVA, a $Scheff{\acute{e}}s$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant differences in job embeddedness according to educational level, marital status, jobs and types of employment, satisfaction with salary, stress level, and the perceived health status of the subjects. There were significant positive correlations between role clarity of job demands (r=.45), leader member exchange (r=.48), recovery experience from job stress (r=.27), and job embeddedness. From the multiple regression analysis, the most significant factors affecting job embeddedness were found to be leader member exchange (${\beta}=.43$), recovery experience from job stress (${\beta}=.22$), and job demand (${\beta}=.15$). These variables explained 35.0% of the total variance in job embeddedness. Conclusion: In order to increase job embeddedness of workers in the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to prepare measures to increase job demand, leader member exchange, and recovery experience from job stress.

패션 산업의 SCM 활동수준과 물류성과에 관한 연구 - 어패럴업체의 공급 사슬을 중심으로- (A Study on the Activities and Logistics Performance of SCM in Fashion Industry - Focused on the Supply Chain of Apparel Companies -)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of SCM activities and the logistics performance by SCM of the three company types in fashion industry· fabric suppliers, apparel manufacturers, and retailers. The level of SCM activities was estimated through the examination of seven factors: commitment and leadership of a top management, flexibility of management, understanding of demand characteristics, integrated management organization, information system, cooperative partnership and communication and exchange of opinion. The logistics performance was measured by improvement in customer service(on time delivery ratio of products, returning rate, treat ratio for A/S, order fill rate, substitute providing capability for being out of stock) and delivery cost reduction. Through questionnaire survey, a total of 214 data for 108 companies of three company types were collected: 46 for 40 fabric suppliers, 123 for 64 apparel manufacturers and 45 for 4 retailers. The analysis of SCM activity levels showed that fabric suppliers had higher degrees in the factor of understanding of demand characteristics, and apparel manufacturers had higher degrees in the factor of information systems. For retailers, the factor of communication and exchange of opinion represented higher degrees. The study on relationship between the SCM activity levels and logistics performance showed that the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics greatly improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock in fabric suppliers, and information system improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock, on time delivery ratio of products and order fill rate in apparel manufacturers. In retailers, the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics decreased returning rate highly and improved on time delivery ratio of products. The study results showed that SCM activities in fashion industry brought more improvement in customer service levels rather than in delivery cost reduction.

  • 본 논문에서는 온디맨드 비디오 스트리밍 플랫폼에 대한 콘텐츠 쿼터제 적용의 실효성 확보 방안에 관하여 분석하였다. 특히 넷플릭스(Netflix)의 EU시장 진출에 대한 공동체의 대응을 중심으로 단일시장 내 저작권 보호 및 문화산업 보호에 관한 OTT 규제의 효과성을 분석하였다. 온디맨드 비디오 스트리밍 서비스와 넷플릭스의 성장 그리고 넷플릭스의 EU 시장 진출에 대해 고찰하고 있다. 다음으로 EU 내 온디맨드 비디오 스트리밍 서비스 현황을 분석한다. 온디맨드 비디오 스트리밍 서비스 시장 대응에 관한 EU의 정책은 디지털 단일 시장 내 '이동성(portability)' 그리고 저작권 보호를 위한 콘텐츠 쿼터제 등으로 구성되며, OTT 규제의 세부지침의 고찰을 통해 시장보호 그리고 온라인 스트리밍 서비스업의 경쟁력 제고 방안 측면을 분석하였다. EU는 유럽 방송사업자에게만 적용되어 온 콘텐츠 쿼터제를 OTT 사업에 적용, 규제함으로써 역내 문화산업 보호 및 저작권 보호 강화를 도모하고 있다.
