Remanufacturing is an industrial manufacturing process. The merits of remanufacturing are to reuse old products to perform like a new product and to save energy, natural resources, landfill space and to reduce air pollution by less re-smelting. This paper proposes a systemic approach for activating the domestic remanufacturing industry. The approach is based on inside and outside regulations to apply remanufacturing companies. And, we analyzed the state and problems of remanufacturing industry for automobile parts. Also 5 essential tactics and 20 detail strategies are suggested. On the basis of the approach, the domestic remanufacturing industry will carry out the cooperation for their competitions.

경쟁과 협력을 인식하는 것은 일하는 공간에서 상호작용 디자인을 하는 데에 필요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 타인과의 상호작용에서 유발되는 경쟁과 협력의 사회 감성을 심장의 생리 반응 패턴으로 객관적이고 정량적으로 인식하는 방법을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 피험자 60명은 패턴 게임으로 구성된 과제로 경쟁-협력 실험에 참여하였고 심전도를 측정하였다. 심전도로부터 시간 영역 지표인 RRI와 SDNN, pNN50, rMSSD를 추출하였고, 주파수 영역 지표인 VLF와 LF, HF, VLF/HF, LF/HF, lnVLF, lnLF, lnHF, lnVLF/lnHF를 추출하였다. 독립 표본 t검정으로 사회 감성에 따라 추출한 지표들의 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 통계적으로 유의한 지표들로 단계적 판별 분석을 진행하여 선정된 SDNN, VLF, lnVLF/lnHF 지표로 경쟁-협력 규칙을 정의하고 검증하였다. 검증 결과 85%의 인식 정확도를 보였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 감성 인식 방법은 다양한 분야에 접목되어 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 제공에 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

Background: This study aimed to identify the role of dental hygienists in exchanges between North and South Korea to lower gaps in the level of dental healthcare between the two countries by conducting a Delphi survey with specialists and identifying alternative policies regarding the utilization of dental hygienists in such exchanges. Methods: Two Delphi surveys were conducted with the participation of nine specialists, and descriptive statistical analyses including mean and standard deviation were performed on the collected data. Results: Among methods of exchange and cooperation regarding oral healthcare under the current North Korean medical system, the issue considered most urgent was the "establishment of oral healthcare infrastructure." The most important short-term strategy was identified as the "selection and formation of partnerships in the field of inter-Korean oral health exchange and cooperation." The mid-term strategy was identified as the "establishment of cooperation in the dental industry, centered on educational cooperation projects." The long-term strategy included "joint R&D projects, oral health surveys, and business development." In order to determine how best to use dental hygienists during inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation, the respondents placed urgency on the "establishment of joint cooperation projects for oral health promotion and early examination and the treatment of dental diseases and planning of community research projects" and "the role of oral health education and media development for residents." Conclusion: Cooperation is necessary regarding the preparation of oral healthcare exchanges that aim to encourage unity between North and South Korea and reduce the gaps between the North and South regarding oral health conditions. Therefore, continuous and reasonable discussions and research are needed regarding the utilization of dental hygienists in such exchanges.

해외 관광 상품의 개발과 촉진은 민간 외교부문과 국가이미지 제고뿐만 아니라 경제적인 측면에서도 중요한 변수이다. 또한 해외 관광 상품은 국내 관광산업의 활성화와 외국인의 국내 방문에도 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 여행 산업의 개발과 촉진은 특정국가의 경쟁력과 발전 기회를 제공하며, 다른 산업의 투자유치에도 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 해외 관광 상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 향후 관광산업의 경쟁력 강화요인을 검증 하였다. 연구분석 결과에서는 서비스품질의 유형성, 확신성, 공감성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 신뢰성과 반응성은 고객만족에 별 다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 관광산업의 특성을 분석하거나, 해외 관광 상품의 주요 성공요인이 될 수 있는 변수를 개발하는데 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 중국 서비스산업 FDI유입의 경제성장효과에 대해 분석하기 위하여 1990년-2012년 중국 서비스산업 업종별 패널 자료를 이용하여, 고정효과모형에 의해 GLS기법(Generalized Least Squares)을 활용하여 서비스산업 업종별 FDI 유입 요인과 함께 고정자산투입, 인적자본투입, 노동력 투입 등 변수의 경제성장효과에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 분석한 결과, 전체 변수가 경제성장에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있으며 FDI 유입이 중국 경제성장에 가장 큰 기여를 한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중국은 서비스산업의 FDI 유치를 위해 호혜적인 투자환경제공 및 각종 지원정책개발, 서비스산업 노동투입과 자본투입의 확대, 교육을 통한 인적자본의 육성 등 정책적인 노력을 기울여야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

반도체 산업에 대한 국가직무능력표준에 관련한 개발연구는 부분적으로 수행되었으나 국가직무능력표준을 활용한 산업현장의 훈련수요에 대한 조사와 분석은 이뤄지지 못한 실정이다. 또한 기존의 직업훈련 수요연구는 과부족인원 중심으로 수행되어 직무능력요소에 대한 질적 불일치의 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 반도체 산업을 대상으로 훈련수요 조사를 실시하고 직종별 직무기술요소의 상대적 중요도와 격차를 이용한 시급성 분석을 통해서 해당직종이 갖는 직무능력요소에 대한 정성적 분석결과를 제시하고자 한다. 연구 수행방법으로는 문헌연구와 더불어 반도체 산업에 특화된 직무능력요소의 수요조사를 수행하고, 직종과 직무, 그리고 각 직무능력요소의 정성적 수요를 분석하여 6개의 직종과 28개 직무별 직무능력요소에 대해서 인력수준별로 분석하였다. 또한 기업의 직무기술의 확보 방법과 인력의 충원방법을 분석하고 지역의 대표적 교육과정과 연계를 예시함으로써 직업훈련 프로그램의 적정한 공급 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 보령머드 활성화를 위한 사전연구로서, 보령의 바다진흙 소재를 활용하여 산업간 연계협력(바다 진흙+제조업+서비스업)으로 결합된 공동브랜드와 복합테마거리 조성을 통해서 산업간 융복합화를 실현하여 보령머드를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데, 연구의 주목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과, 충청남도의 화장품, 미용기기 용품 등의 연구개발 및 제조업과 뷰티서비스업, 의료 미용업들을 융복합화하여 보령의 장점인 고품질 천연자원(보령머드)를 활용해서, 보령머드축제를 연계시켜 산업간 공동브랜드를 개발하고, 보령머드 복합테마거리를 조성한다면 관련 기업의 성장은 물론, 지역의 고용창출효과가 커서 보령머드의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 보인다.

South and North Korean fisheries cooperation has not been attained since 1950's political situation, and the major fishery resources of Korean peninsula also has not been cooperatively managed by South and North Korea. Furthermore, the species inhabiting the Korean peninsula region with commercial value are usually maintaining the single ecosystem which requires for cooperative management of fishery resources for continuous fishery. Therefore, in order for South and Korean fishery industry to develop the political situation to a rational direction, present condition of North's fishery industry must be accurately understood and acknowledge in its point of issues, also as level to prepare for future unification, reform and reaction of long-termed and well organized South and North's fisheries program must be arranged.

Purpose - The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of the European Union's (EU) focus on innovation and consumption, after the EU Eastern enlargement, on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy, with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This study compares the intersection of the pivotal areas in the markets in the "post-new normal" era to identify outlets to commercialize development and innovation in this region. The EU would like to realize potential trade and investment opportunities with the Central European Economic Community (CEEC) from this enlargement. Results - The study analysis suggests a positive impact for innovation and consumption from the EU Eastern enlargement on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry or motorcar e-strategy. Conclusions - Due to the evolving close interdependencies some hubs have emerged between regional, small markets and the central, larger ones such as Germany and France.

본 연구는 지역전략산업인 광산업을 중심으로 생산성 변화를 추정하고 이러한 변화를 기술변화 요인과 효율성변화 요인으로 분해함으로써 광산업의 생산효율성 향상 방안을 모색한다. 특히 기존의 연구들과 달리 투입최소화와 산출최대화를 동시에 고려하고 아울러 투입요소와 산출물의 잔여를 모두 반영할 수 있는 비방사적 비지향적 맘퀴스트 생산성지수를 분석에 활용한다. 실증분석 결과, 광산업의 생산성은 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 생산성 증가는 주로 기술적 효율성 증가에 기인한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 정부지원사업 수혜 여부와 지리적 입지에 따라 생산성 변화에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 정부의 지역전략산업 육성정책이 광산업의 생산효율성 향상에 기여하고 있음을 시사하는 것으로 향후 광산업의 경쟁력 제고에 도움이 되는 실질적인 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
