4차 산업혁명에 대한 다양한 신기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 신기술 분야중에 정보보안 분야에서는 블록체인에 대한 관심이 상당히 높다. 이러한 블록체인에 대한 연구는 대학원 중심으로 많은 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있으며, 대학에서 학부생 중심으로 전용 블록체인 교육과정을 운영하는 것은 여러 가지 상황이 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 블록체인 관련 산업의 활성화를 위하여 다양한 신규 블록체인 생태계가 생겨나고 그만큼 많은 관심과 노력으로 많은 발전을 이루고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 4차 산업혁명에서 중요한 블록체인에 대한 대학의 교육과정 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 블록체인 교육모델에 대한 것은 인력양성 과정을 통하여 산업체 중심의 교육과정을 운영했던 내용을 중심으로 관련 블록체인 교육 모델을 제안하여 다양한 블록체인의 교육이 활성화되어 블록체인 산업 발전을 이루고자 한다.

소프트웨어 개발에 있어 코드와 분석 및 설계 정보에 대한 재사용이 가능한 객체지향 프레임워크는 개발자들의 생산성을 직접적으로 향상시킬 수 있다. 객체지향 프레임워크는 프로그래머가 사용하거나 확장 수정이 가능한 어느 특정 분야의 클래스들과 그들 간의 연결성들의 집합이다. 이는 어느 특정 분야에 전문적인 설계안과 프레임워크에서 재사용 될 코드를 담고 있는 메타 해결안인 것이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 인터넷을 기반으로 한 원격 교육 시스템에서 기본적으로 사용하는 게시판, 채팅, 화이트보드, ftp 어플리케이션에 대한 공통으로 제공하는 서비스를 추출하여 이를 프레임워크로 구축하였다. 이러한 서비스는 이종의 어플리케이션에서도 대부분 사용되므로 부품화 하여 이용될 수 있다.

In spite of the fact that the food group(Food, Drinks and Health foods & Agricultural and Marine products) occupies little position in total sales of Internet shopping mall, the food group's sales in cyber shopping mall in 2006 have increased 678.1% over 5 years. In addition to the fact that the food consumption pattern has changed from quality-oriented to convenience, health and safety-oriented, the need to decrease the opportunity cost created by housework is rising in the context of increase of women's work participation rate. The wind of change like these will become the foundation on which cyber food industry will be developed. The factors having an effect on consumer purchasing intentions when one buy foods through internet shopping malls are researched in this thesis. For the investigation, women of 697 were surveyed by a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS for WINDOW(Version 12.0). The result is as follows: Factors having an effect on food purchasing intentions are Convenience(Timesaving, Troublesomeness), Customer service(Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, Tangibility), Perceived Customer Risk(Economic, Social, Performance risk) and Shopping experience(Easy to find out, Easy process for payment) in order.

Biotechnology is often described as the 'exploitation of biological processes for industrial purposes'. The last twenty years have seen phenomenal growth in this industry. The 21 century promises to see further advances in the field. However, since the cost of research is high, and the potential returns are linked to exclusivity, intellectual property protection is critical to this burgeoning industry. Without protection such investments in R&D would not be made and, the benefit that BT-related development are expected to bring, would not occur. BT industry are eager for high technology, and the technology must be transferred to a corporation from a research organization. In order to be successful, it is important that scientist must be directed toward R&D outcome beyond performance assessment. The process to gain a outcome involves multiple steps to turn the idea into the profit, and intellectual property issues are considered into the critical factors to affect the quality of R&D. The management of Intellectual property is very important in R&D. However, According to the survey conducted by KIIP (Korea Institute of Intellectual Property) and KOSEF (Korea Science and Engineering Foundation) in 2006, it is estimated the ability to treat Intellectual property is not sufficient because 82.5% of the respondents have not received an education. Governmental Support is needed to prompt systematically the ability of intellectual property management through education and consulting.

연탄 제조업은 가정용 연료의 주요 공급원으로서 중량물의 저부가가치 제품을 생산하는 특성으로 인해 운송비의 비중이 높을 뿐 아니라, 대중 연료로서 연탄의 공공재적 성격이 부각됨에 따라 정부의 강력한 통제를 받아왔다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 연탄 제조업의 주요 입지 요인 및 입지 유형을 규명하고, 서울특별시 연탄 제조업을 대상으로 입지 특성을 고찰하며, 정부 정책이 연탄 제조업의 공간적 특성에 미친 영향을 살펴보았다. 사례지역의 연탄 제조업은 시장 지향 및 적환지 지향 입지를 보이면서 동시에 다양한 공간 정책으로 인해 공간적 변화를 겪었다. 공간 정책 가운데 유도된 공간 정책은 연탄 제조업의 신규 입지 및 설비 확대에 중요한 요인으로 작용했으나, 명시적 공간 정책은 산업 특성에서 기인하는 입지 특성을 일부 수정 촉진하는데 그쳤을 뿐 근본적인 입지 변화를 가져오지는 못했다는 점에서 영향력이 제한적이다.

As the education of maritime college has a characteristics of seafaring professional institutions, the potential benefit following from the employment of seafarers would put substantial impact on it. The socio-economic position of seafaring occupations has been deteriorated considerably with changes of ship's auto-mation, specialisation and low cost operation management of shipping companies through severe internatio-nal competitions. The quality and number of applicants for the maritime college has declined and most students have no hopes for the study of seafaring subjects which followed bewildering in their college days. However, the demands for seafarers are fairly large from the viewpoint of national maritime industry. The maritime institutions should not only meet these demands but also revitalise students by reforming the educational contents. The contents should be influenced by the social approach to educational needs in particular maritime shore-oriented subjects. The maritime education is no more restricted to the sea, it covers the land based world of the maritime industry as well. The new contents will lead the maritime educated students to the shore-based occupa-tions after finishing their seafaring if they want to. This may not only make ways to the maritime educa-tion fruitable, but also the students have a zeal and hope for the subjects taught.

본 논문은 지방에 소재하고 있는 지역 공과대학의 공학소양교육에 대해 연구한 것이다. 기업의 대학교육에 대한 평가, 대학 및 이공계 지원 학생수의 감소, 고등학교 교과과정의 변화 등 공학교육 전반에 대한 환경 변화에 대응하여, 기초과학, 전산 및 교양 등 공학소양교육에 대한 개선 방안을 모색하기 위해, 현재 진행되고 있는 홍익대학교 과학기술대학의 공학소양교육에 대해 분석해 본 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 대학의 교수, 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과와 기업의 공학교육에 대한 요구사항을 분석하여 공학소양교육 개선에 대한 기본 방향을 설정하였다. 즉, 수요자 중심 교육, 산업현장 적응력 제고, 문제 해결 능력 강화 및 공학 설계 능력 배양을 개선된 공학소양교육의 기본 방향으로 정립하였다.

21세기의 정보화 물결은 산업사회를 지식 정보화 사회로 변모시키면서 새로운 가치관과 삶을 요구하고 있다. 또한 급변하는 정보화사회에서 컴퓨터는 중요한 수단으로 작용하고 있으며, 이러한 시대적 흐름에 능동적으로 적응하고 국가 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서 컴퓨터 교육은 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 IT 기반 지식정보화사회가 요구하는 산업기술인 양성을 위하여 실업계 고등학교의 컴퓨터 교육 실태를 파악하고, 학생들의 직업선호도 조사를 통하여 더욱 효율적인 컴퓨터 교육의 개선 방향을 제시하여 진로교육에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 현재의 학교 교육과정에서 컴퓨터 관련 교육에 대한 만족도는 대체적으로 높게 나타났으며, 흥미와 관심도 아주 많다고 응답하였다. 또한 컴퓨터 관련 직업선호도 조사결과로는 정보화사회에 발맞추어 새롭게 부각되는 정보통신기술(ICT)분야와 멀티미디어분야를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

컴퓨터 및 정보통신 기술의 발달은 의류산업 현장 시스템에 많은 변화를 가져왔으며 교육현장에서도 양질의 의상디자인 전문 인력을 양성하기 위하여 컴퓨터를 활용한 다양한 교과가 개설되어있는 실정이다. 그러나 학습자의 ICT소양의 부족으로 인하여 교육내용 중 상당부분을 ICT교육에 할애해야 한다. 이는 초 중등 교육과정 및 대학의 교양교육과정에서 ICT교육이 제대로 이루어 지지 않았기 때문이다. 본 연구는 급변하는 산업 환경과 그에 따른 교육환경에서 의상디자인 전문 교육과정을 이수하기 위하여 학습자가 갖추어야 할 ICT소양능력을 규정하고, 그러한 ICT소양능력이 갖추어졌다는 전제하에 정보화 사회에 적합한 ICT를 활용한 의상디자인 교육과정을 설계하였다.

최근 대학 교육이 현장과 괴리되어 기업에서는 인력부족 현상이 나타나고, 대학 졸업생의 취업율은 해마다 감소하고 있다. 이를 해소하기 위해 대학에서는 이론 중심의 강의를 지양하고 현장 실무 능력을 강화하기 위한 교육과정의 혁신적인 변화가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 교육과정 개선을 위하여 부산ㆍ경남 소재 42개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 IT관련학과를 중심으로 기업에서 요구하는 전문직업인력 유형을 조사한 결과, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 분야에 대한 수요가 가장 많았다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업의 요구를 충족시키는 전문 직업 인력 양성을 위한 새로운 교육과정 개선방안을 제안하였다.
