고부하에서의 보일러 플랜트 부하변동 묘사를 위한 프로세스 모델 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Process Model for Description of Load Change of Boiler Plant in High Load)

  • 단일 드럼형 보일러를 갖는 발전 플랜트의 동특성 해석을 위한 프로세스 모델이 모듈 개념을 기반으로 묘사된다. 현재의 프로세스 모델은 플랜트 전체 구성 요소 및 고부하에서의 부하 변동을 포함하며 lumped parameter에 의해 물리적으로 접근된다. 플랜트 성분을 의미하는 모듈은 필수적으로 성분 특성을 잘 묘사하며 사용자에 의해 결정된 배열에 대해 압력점 방식에 의해 상호 연결된다. 프로세스 모델의 발전 플랜트 시스템에 대한 적용성 여부를 조사하기 위해 100MW발전 플랜트의 실제 운전 LOG-IC을 갖는 제어 시스템에 연결하여 3MW/min 부하 변동율로 75MW에서 95MW, 95MW에서 75MW조건에 대해 조사된다.

방사선 가교 기술을 이용한 유효성분 방출력이 우수한 하이드로겔 제조 및 특성 분석 (Characterization and Preparation of the Hydrogel has Excellent Release Effect of the Active Ingredients Using a Radiation Cross-linking Technology)

  • Typical radiation cross-linked hydrogels has the characteristic that high water content, but low emission efficiency of active ingredients. Therefore, the hydrogel was prepared by the addition to collagen, which is closely related to the formation of skin wrinkles in biocompatibility and highly water-soluble carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt (CMC) in order to preparation of hydrogels has excellent emission efficiency of active ingredients. Hydrogels were prepared by dissolving CMC and collagen each of 0.5%, 10% concentration in deionized water. Then, prepared hydrogels are performed by gamma-radiation at 1, 3, 5 kGy irradiation dose. The results showed that the gel fraction of after irradiated 3 kGy hydrogel was higher than before irradiated gelation as long as the 55.3%. The swelling rate of irradiated 3 kGy hydrogel was lower than the non-irradiated sample. The compressive strength of 3 kGy irradiated hydrogel was the highest. The visco-elastic did not show any significant differences, even after irradiation. The CMC hydrogel in this study suggested a potential use as a material for the mask pack for improved emission efficiency of the active ingredient and anti-wrinkles.

전자선 조사 방법을 통한 생분해성고분자의 표면개질 특성 평가 (Surface Modification of Poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) Nanofibers by Electron-beam Irradiation)

  • Electrospun nanofibers prepared with synthetic biodegradable polymer have some limitations in regulating adhesion, proliferation, and spreading of cells because of their surface hydrophobicity and absence of cell-interaction. In this study, we functionalized the electrospun poly(L-lactide-co-${\varepsilon}$-caprolactone) (PLCL) nanofibers with acrylic acid (AAc) to modulate their surface hydrophilicity using electron-beam irradiation method and then measured grafting ratio of AAc, water contact angle, and ATR-FTIR of AAc-grafted nanofibers. A grafting ratio of AAc on the nanofibers was increased as irradiation dose and AAc concentration were increased. AAc-grafted nanofibers also have higher wettability than non-modified nanofibers. In conclusion, those surface-modified nanofibers may be an essential candidate to regulate cell attachment in tissue engineering applications.

  • We observe the proton signals produced by laser interaction with thin-foil targets of polyimide and of copper. We change the thickness of the polyimide target to $7.5{\mu}m$, $12.5{\mu}m$, and $50{\mu}m$. High-energy protons with the maximum energy of ${\sim}2.3\;MeV$ from $7.5{\mu}m$ thick polyimide are observed. This proton beam with the maximum energy of multi-MeV has various applications such as a proton shadowgraphy.

  • The kenaf is quickly developing as a renewable resource. Kenaf can be grown under a wide range of weather conditions. Modification of kenaf fiber by graft polymerization provides a significant route to alter the chemical properties, including surface hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity. In this study, kenaf fiber surfaces were grafted with acrylic acid as a hydrophilic group using electron beam irradiation. The grafting rate increased with an increase in grafting time. The FT-IR results confirmed that acrylic acid was successfully grafted onto the kenaf fibers. The wettability of the kenaf fiber was increased, accompanied by acylic acid grafting on the fiber surface. According to the permeability test result, it was found that acrylic acid grafted kenaf fiber reinforced cement composite was more reduced than non-grafted kenaf fiber reinforced cement composite.

케나프로부터 리그닌 추출에 대한 전자선의 영향 (The Effect of Electron Beam Irradiation on the Extraction of Lignin from Kenaf)

  • Kenaf (Hibiscuc cannabinus L.) is a renewable resource for industry and kenaf lignin is syringyl-guaiacyl lignin. The electron beam irradiated on kenaf core various doses range from 200 to 1,000 kGy to improve delignification. The yield of lignin, which is 2.53 g from 10 g of electron beam irradiated kenaf core. A comparison extracted lignin between from native kenaf core and electron beam irradiated kenaf core was then studied through chemical structure and bonding property by a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Thermal stability of the extracted-purified lignin was performed via differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). These results were explained that electron beam irradiation increased performance of extracting efficiency.

산업단지 에너지사용계획을 위한 표준데이터 산정 연구 (A Study on the Calculation of Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex)

  • The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. This study calculated the Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex by the 9th Korean Standard Industrial Classification Divisions so that the energy demand reflecting the industrial technology change and characteristics of Manufacturing Divisions would predict. To achieve this aim, analysis on thousands of data in Energy Consumption Report Forms reported from industries which annual consumption of energy exceeds 2,000toe from 2009 to 2010 was carried out. The results showed that calculated overall mean fuel basic unit decrease, electricity basic unit increase and energy basic unit increase compared to that of the Notification No. 2002-130 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, therefore it means that heat source of energy facilities transferred from fuel to electricity. Also resultingly suggests that the related notification, code etc. are amended as soon as possible.

아크릴산이 그라프트된 나노섬유에서의 폴리도파민 코팅 (Polydopamine Coating Behaviors on the Acrylic Acid Grafted-Nanofibers)

  • The surface property of the materials used in tissue engineering application has been essential to regulate cellular behaviors by directing their adhesion on the materials. To modulate surface property of the synthetic biodegradable materials, a variety of surface modification techniques have used to introduced surface functional groups or bioactive molecules, recently polydopamine coating method have been introduce as a facile modification method which can be coated on various materials such as polymers, metals, and ceramics regardless of their surface property. However, there are no reports about the degree of polydopamine coating on the materials with different hydrophilicity. In the present study, we prepared acrylic acid grafted nanofibrous meshes using electron-beam irradiation, and then coated meshes with polydopamine. Polydopamine successfully coated on the all meshes, both properties of acrylic acid and polydopamine were detected on the meshes. In addition, the degree of polydopamine deposition on the materials has been altered according to surface hydrophilicity, which was approximately 8-times greater than those on the non-modified materials. In conclusion, dual effect from the acrylic acid grafting and polydopamine may give a chance as a alternative tool in tissue engineering application.

국내 정유산업의 공급지장효과 분석 (The Supply Shortage Effects of Oil Refinery Industry in Korea)

  • 국가 기간산업 중 하나인 정유산업은 산출물인 석유제품을 각 산업부문에 중간재로 공급하고 있으므로 석유제품의 공급지장이 국민경제에 미치는 영향은 큰 편이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정유산업 산출물 1원 어치의 공급지장이 타 산업에 미치는 부정적 생산차질 효과를 의미하는 공급지장효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 산업간 중간재의 흐름을 하나의 표로 나타낸 산업연관표를 활용한 산업연관분석을 적용하고자 한다. 보다 구체적으로는 공급유도형 모형을 활용하되 1990년부터 2012년까지를 분석대상 기간으로 한다. 아울러 조선산업, 반도체산업, 철강산업과 같은 타 국가 기간산업과의 비교분석도 수행한다. 분석결과 2012년 기준 정유산업의 공급지장효과는 0.9025원으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로 살펴보면 화학제품산업 및 운송서비스산업에 미치는 공급지장효과가 각각 0.2113원 및 0.1140원으로 비교적 큰 편이었다. 정유산업의 공급지장효과는 철강산업에 대한 값(1.4131원)보다는 작지만 조선산업(0.0586원) 및 반도체산업(0.1111원)에 비해서는 큰 것으로 판단된다.
