Currently mobile messenger industry, based on mobile application, is growing. And it has aroused innovative change, offering services in various forms beyond the form simply sharing messengers. Also because messenger securities are becoming personalized and intelligent, the importance of more diverse mobile applications' securities is increasing. This study carries out the empirical study of the causal relationship that the factors of using application services influence on security recognition and security Intention of mobile securities, and consequentially impact upon protection of personal information of users. In order that, we present the research model which prime variables of SDT, which emphasized on natural immanent motivation of human, applied to. To verify the research model of this study empirically, we conducted a survey targeting the public and university students which have ever used mobile messenger applications. With this, we desire to contribute to emphasizing the significance of individual messenger security and playing a positive role to develop security guide for consumers. The path analysis results are as follows. First, perceived autonomy has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Second, perceived competence has a positive effect on security intention. Third, perceived relatedness has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Last, security awareness and security intention. have a positive effect on privacy protection behavior. Through emphasizing the importance of the security of the messenger of individuals and contribute to a positive role for development of the necessary security guidelines to consumers.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) skill is becoming a technology that might deliver a response to manual glitches. The use of tags, receiver and wireless surfs to join with each other would mean that RFID in combination with the EPC would speech these pain opinions and offer many welfares in different sectors such as production, distribution, trade, logistics, and security. In the fourth industrial era, when various technologies are fused and combined, new and advanced technologies from other industries are used extensively in the maritime industry field. New security threats are also increasing along with the development of new technologies. In addition, in incorporating convergence technologies into the maritime industry, various problems, such as communication definitions and procedures between technologies and customer-customized delays, occur. In this paper, for the problems mentioned above, research results on the network configuration of safer autonomous vessels by supplementing and fusing existing solutions rather than developing new technologies are proposed. In conclusion, the entire network consists of VDI and presents additional configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which are the three security elements. According to the composition of such a convergence network, it is intended to help prepare countermeasures to protect internal data from external threats.

In the recent IT industry, security has established itself as the factor to be considered the most in the software development. It goes without saying that security is the critical factor for the development of information security products. In the evaluation of the information security products, the security is assured by the security architecture requirement (ADV_ARC). However, the Absence of the systematic software security architecture process makes it difficult to guarantee the security quality consistently even though they are evaluated based on common criteria. In this paper, we propose a way to ensure a consistent security quality applying the software security framework in BSIMM.

For the quality improvement on private security industry, the quality of personnel in private security should be advanced through the systematic training. If the personnel in private security provide an advanced service in applying knowledge and technique to the field when in training, they can obtain the reliability from people. With the point of this side, practical and systematic training is essential to the restoration on the private security industry. The personnel of private security face many people in the field. So they must work with an active concept that can prevent additional crime from behavior suspicions through scientific observation method and systematic inquiry method rather than negative work with providing a friendly service in the field. For conducting this concept, therefore, this study suggested the improvement training program of "Question and Research Guides" from new employee training on existing private security. The scientific observation standard is specifically suggested from the study 'people watching' of Professor Morris, D. and an act contact question from lead technique that US FBI, police, and inspection institute are taking through the feature of human act and 'METT' that is the program for emotion capture training through human minute look is going to be applied on "Question and Research Guides" training. This will provide the educational mood for students with the training content that is available for the practical training program and the real work, and will help to restore the private security industry with obtaining people's reliability through the scientific work and advanced field treatment.

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine how human resource flexibility of security workers affects organizational performance and innovation behavior. A total of 350 copies of questionnaires were collected and collected in 340 copies of the security workers. A total of 335 questionnaires, except 5, which were unsatisfactory in the questionnaire or whose answers were missing, were analyzed for frequency, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program.The following conclusions were drawn. First, the flexibility of human resources of security workers has a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, human resource flexibility of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. Third, the organizational performance of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. In other words, both human resource flexibility and organizational performance are crucial factors for innovation behavior, and organizational performance plays an important role in innovation behavior. In conclusion, for the development of the security industry, it is necessary to manage human resource flexibility in order to develop and motivate innovation capability through education and continuous training of workers.

In this study, industry-specific application systems operation cost estmation models are suggested. We reviewed operation cost models of previous researches, and developed a strong need for industry-specific operation outsourcing cost models. Security industry operation cost model and medical care industry outsourcing cost model are proposed, and tested with empirical data. We showed the validity of industry-specific application systems outsourcing cost models. Future research will be needed to develop outsourcing cost models for other industries and to refine cost models developed in this study.
