일본의 경비업법과 경비산업이 한국에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 현대적 의미의 민간경비에 대한 역사와 발전과정은 양국간에 큰 차이가 없는데도 불구하고 실질적으로 민간경비에 대한 인식은 차이가 크다. 일본의 민간경비와 경찰의 협력은 교육, 범죄예방, 방재 및 복구, 생활안전 등의 면에서 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 한국에서도 민간경비와 경찰의 협력이 더욱 필요한 시점이다. 일본의 협력사례들을 참고하여 한국에서도 범죄예방을 위한 민간경비와 경찰의 협력을 강화해야 할 것이다. 일본의 경우 경찰과 시민단체 경비업협회 경비업자 등은 국민의 안전욕구를 적극적으로 충족시키기 위해 다양한 방범, 방재활동을 전개하고 있다.

Technology development of modern society reduces times, costs and labor costs but demands work forces requiring expert knowledge on technology. Consequently knowledge worker becomes important. Not changing into a specialist acquired expert knowledge, people can't survive in competitive society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.

이 연구는 민간경비 서비스 이용자의 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 민간경비 산업이 서비스 업종으로서 그동안 부족했던 질적 성장을 이루고, 고객을 확보하여 민간경비 산업의 발달을 도모하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 이루기 위해 어떠한 요인이 민간경비 서비스 이용의 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 회귀분석은 사업자 고객과 개인 고객의 차이를 분석하여 더 나은 민간경비 서비스의 제공과 마케팅의 활용을 위하여 각각 따로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 이들 두 집단의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타남을 확인하였다. 사업자와 개인 모두에서 민간경비 서비스 사용 후 범죄에 대한 두려움이 감소할수록 만족도가 높아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 이 결과는 민간경비업체에게는 세분화된 전략과 함께 공통된 두려움 감소 전략 또한 갖추어야 됨을 시사하고 있다. 두려움 감소의 변수를 제외하면 영향을 미치는 모든 변수에서 사업자와 개인의 민간경비이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 다르게 나타났다. 사업자의 경우 두려움 감소 요인 이외의 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾을 수 없었으며, 개인 고객의 경우 이외에도 다양한 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 고객의 요구가 그 대상에 따라 얼마나 다른지 보여주는 것으로 민간경비업체는 이러한 요구에 보다 민감하게 대응해야 한다. 민간경비 산업은 분명한 공공성을 띄고 있지만, 완전한 영리산업이기에 기타 다른 서비스 업체들처럼 시대에 뒤처지지 않는 전략의 활용이 반드시 필요하다. 이 연구의 결과에서 나타난 만족도를 높이는 요인을 관계마케팅이나 표적시장의 선정과 같은 전략에 접목시킨다면 더 높은 서비스 만족도를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.

With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.

This research proposed the necessary capability of cyber security professional personnel for cyber security education and training. Cyber security professional personnel were required specialized capability because the curriculum of cyber security education and training is structured around practice and training. Based on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of professors, we derive candidate capabilities and index through the results of precedent research. As a result, we derived capability such the candidate capability group as teaching qualification, expert knowledge, practical ability, lecture ability, and research ability, and detailed capability index was derived accordingly. Finally, based on the questionnaire results of the professors related to the information security, it was determined that the capability required for the cyber security education and training professional personnel were expert knowledge, practical ability, and lecture ability. Among the capabilities, executive ability means that they have to fulfil abundant executive experience due to the high proportion of practical training due to the characteristics of cyber security education and training.

정보보호시스템(Information protection system)기반의 IT 환경 구축이 보편화되면서 공공기관 및 기업체에서는 정보시스템 자원의 활용과 통합을 위한 하나의 필수적인 환경으로 인식하기 시작하였고, 클라우드 시스템(Cloud System), 클라우드 보안(Cloud Security), 빅데이터(Big Data), 빅데이터 보안(Big Data Security), 산업보안(Industry Security)등이 이슈화 되고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 인해 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 구축에 따른 내외부적인 보안 위협요소 분석과 대응방안 수립하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 도입에 따른 여러 가지 보안 위협요소를 알아보고 특히 산업보안적인 측면과 내외부 보안위협요소에 관한 측면을 조명하여 대응방안 수립에 관한 기반 지식을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 ICT 융합 산업인 스마트 공장, 스마트 그리드, 스마트 홈, 스마트 교통, 스마트 헬스 케어 등의 분야에서 사용되는 서비스 기반 프로토콜들의 취약점을 분석하여 보안 위협을 도출하고 이를 탐지 및 차단할 수 있는 기술들을 제안하였다. 또한 프로토콜 공통의 보안 요소를 정의하고 해당 요소를 포함한 프로토콜 계층별 보안 모듈을 설계하여 개방형 환경에서 쉽고 빠르게 보안 기능을 개발할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 지향 프로토콜 보안 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 서비스 프로토콜 독립적인 보안 모듈과 특화된 보안 모듈을 분리한 프레임워크 구조로 개발하여 다양한 프로토콜이 사용되는 ICT 융합 산업 환경에서 유연하고 신속한 융합 보안 시스템 개발이 가능해 질것이다. 더불어 운영 중인 시스템에 필요한 보안 모듈을 탑재하여 ICT 서비스 네트워크의 전반적인 보안 수준을 향상시키고 보안 모듈별 재사용이 가능하여 산업 보안 분야에 생산성이 향상될 것이다.

정보보호(지식정보 보안) 산업은 기술집약적, 고부가 가치 산업이다. 한국은 우수한 ICT 기술과 다양한 사이버공격에 대응 경험과 기술을 보유하고 있어, 전 세계의 벤치마킹 대상이 되고 있다. 하지만 국내 정보보호기업의 영세성과 함께 지원인프라는 부족하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 활성화하는데 일차적인 조건은, 해외진출이다. 해외진출을 위해서는 국내 정보보호 산업의 제품과 서비스 및 기술에 대한 Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu에 대한 개발이 필요하다. Menu는 해외 Buyer와 국내 Seller 뿐만 아니라, 기업과 정부가 정보보호 산업의 자산과 상품의 내용을 알게 하고 판매할 수 있는 선결조건이다. 본 논문에서는 Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu 개발을 연구한다.

Prediction of total sales in information security industry is considered. Exponential smoothing and spline smoothing is applied to the time series of annual sales data. Due to the different survey items of every year, we recollect the original survey data by some basic criterion and predict the sales to 2014. We show the total sales in infonnation security industry are increasing gradually by year.

민간경비 산업에서의 인력수요 예측은 협력 치안이 강조되는 현실에서 치안 정책과 관련된 주요 의사결정의 기초가 된다는 정책기능과 함께 장래 사회 구성원들의 올바른 진로선택에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하는 정보기능도 수행한다는 점에서 정확한 예측이 요구되는 분야이다. 이에 최근 산업분야의 인력수요에서 보다 신뢰성 있는 수요예측을 위해 널리 활용되고 있는 ARIMA 모형을 이용하여 민간경비 산업에서의 인력 수요를 예측해 보았다. 본 연구에서는 과거 33년 치 연도별 시계열 자료를 이용하여 향후 5년 동안의 민간경비 인력 수요를 예측하였다. ARIMA 모형 설정의 기본 절차인 모형 식별 - 모수 추정 - 모형 적합성 진단을 통해 ARIMA(0, 2, 1) 모형을 최종모형으로 선정하였다. 이에 따라 민간경비 인력 수요를 예측한 결과 향후 5년 동안 지속적인 증가 현상을 확인할 수 있으며 그 증가폭 또한 전년 대비 최소 1.3%에서 최대 3.8%까지에 이를 것으로 전망할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 경찰과 관련 업체에서의 향후 바람직한 대응전략들에 대하여 검토해 보았다.
