한국 영화산업에서 '다양성 영화'는 '저예산영화', '독립·예술영화' 등과 혼용되어 사용됐다. 영화의 개념이 온오프라인의 멀티플랫폼 시대로 전환되며 영화산업에서도 미디어 다양성에 대한 논의가 중요해졌다. 이와 함께 영화산업에서 소수자에 대한 포용성과 다양성을 확대하려는 움직임 역시 뚜렷하다. 최근 세계 영화산업은 활발해진 여성서사와 여성 핵심창작인력에 대한 성인지 관점의 연구와 정책을 기반으로 포용성 영화정책을 수용하며 발전해 가는 중이다. 본 연구는 영화산업을 둘러싼 여러 가지 차원의 다양성에 대한 선행연구와 논의를 바탕으로 한국 영화산업에서 다양성 개념을 재정립하고 소수자에 대한 포용성과 다양성을 확대하기 위한 정책방향을 제언한다.

Shannon and Simpson indexes are used for species diversity analysis of ecosystem. In species diversity analysis of ecosystem, not only frequency of each species but also survey size have to be considered. In this study, total information composed with knowledge and ignorance was suggested as a species diversity analysis method for ecosystem survey. To apply developed method, flora in the Sangachun river valley was sampled with 19 sites and 198 species. In applying results, Shannon index shows more reasonable results than Simpson index by the variance of sample size but has difficulties of determining the relation of surveying species number and sample site number. Suggested total information can overcome this difficulty by the relation of knowledge and ignorance.

이 연구는 만화산업정책에 대한 사례분석을 토대로 문화다양성이념이 문화산업정책의 이념으로 갖고 있는 특성과 의미를 살펴보고, 문화다양성 이념을 달성하기 위한 정책방향과 과제를 모색하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 문화다양성 개념을 문화국제화의 관점과 문화권의 관점에서 정의하고, 이에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보았다. 그리고 만화산업정책사례를 중심으로 만화산업정책의 정책목표와 이념을 분석하고, 문화권의 관점에서 문화다양성 이념이 실제 정책사업에 어떻게 연계되어 있는지를 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 문화다양성 이념이 공식적인 정책목표와 이념으로 정립되어 있지는 않았지만, 실제 정책사업의 목표에는 반영되어 있다는 점과 문화다양성 이념이 문화산업정책의 핵심이념으로 고려될 수 있음을 규명하였다. 이와 연관하여 만화산업정책에서 문화다양성 증진을 위한 정책방향과 과제를 문화권의 관점에서 모색하였다.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of gender diversity and institutional ownership on earnings management in distribution industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. Research design, data and methodology: This research is case study research, where the population in this study are all distribution sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2018. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 74 companies with the 2017-2018 research period. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study, using Stata 17. Results: The results of this study indicate that: 1) Gender diversity has a negative effect on earnings management. 2) Institutional ownership has a negative effect on earnings management. Conclusions: This study contributes to the agency theory where gender diversity and institutional ownership can reduce the agency conflict that the shrinkage of earnings management. These results indicate that companies in which there are female directors will reduce earnings management practices, this is due to the attitude of female directors who tend to avoid risk. The results also show that institutional ownership will also lead to reduced levels of earnings management, because institutional investors will increase its oversight of the company.

In the current study, factors affecting cheese brands products in grocery stores were evaluated with an emphasis on diversity. The sample data were collected from Noushad and Pegah Milk Industry in 2015 and data were extracted, reviewed, and analyzed from 435 grocery stores in Mashhad using seemingly unrelated regression model and particle swarm optimization algorithm. Results showed that optimum amount of Kalleh product diversity is higher than other competitors in the market, and Kalleh UF diversity is 100 to 250 grams, and Kalleh UF diversity with weight of 300 to 500 grams is more than other modes of diversity, and Kalleh brand must remove tin cheese from the market. Sabah Brand also should eliminate its glass and creamy diversity from market, UF diversity is mostly welcomed in market.

BACKGROUND: Towards achievement of sustainable agriculture, using microbial inoculants may present promising alternatives without adverse environmental effects; however, there are challenging issues that should be addressed in terms of effectiveness and ecology. Viability and stability of the bacterial inoculants would be one of the major issues in effectiveness of microbial pesticide uses, and the changes within the indigenous microbial communities by the inoculants would be an important factor influencing soil ecology. Here we investigated the stability of the introduced bacterial strains in the soils planted with barley and its effect on the diversity shifts of the rhizosphere soil bacteria. METHODS AND RESULTS: Two different types of bacterial strains of Bacillus thuringiensis and Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 were inoculated to the soils planted with barley. To monitor the stability of the inoculated bacterial strains, genes specific to the strains (XRE and mtrA) were quantified by qPCR. In addition, bacterial community analyses were performed using v3-v4 regions of 16S rRNA gene sequences from the barley rhizosphere soils, which were analyzed using Illumina MiSeq system and Mothur. Alpha- and beta-diversity analyses indicated that the inoculated rhizosphere soils were grouped apart from the uninoculated soil, and plant growth also may have affected the soil bacterial diversity. CONCLUSION: Regardless of the survival of the introduced non-native microbes, non-indigenous bacteria may influence the soil microbial community and diversity.

Aesthetic education in a variety of forms in the sublimation of the people's feelings, sublimation of the soul. It is of great significance to inherit and develop rural culture and to maintain cultural diversity. At present, rural characteristic industry is an important form of development to promote rural economic development, protect rural cultural diversity and continue rural culture. It is of great practical significance to guide the development direction of rural characteristic industry, strengthen the value connotation of rural characteristic industry and stimulate the endogenous power of rural characteristic industry. At the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of aesthetic education and broaden the path of aesthetic education.

In the context of a globalized society where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) have emerged as pivotal values, the fashion industry is undergoing scrutiny for its practices related to body DE&I. This study examines the nature of the discourse surrounding body DE&I within the fashion industry, focusing on how such discussions are shaped, disseminated, and manifested in both the industry and broader society. Critical discourse analysis is applied by utilizing, content from the New York Times and leveraging Fairclough's analytical framework encompassing textual, discursive, and social practices. The findings indicate that the New York Times emphasizes diversity, with a significant focus on the shapes and sizes of women's bodies, developing a narrative centered around women's bodies through visible and representative domains. The analysis suggests conflicted discourse, with prevailing critiques against the fashion industry's standardization of beauty and superficial inclusivity efforts. Moreover, the industry's adaptation to social demands for body DE&I is observed as sporadic, often leveraging non-normative bodies as a marketing strategy rather than genuinely embracing diversity. This study highlights the importance of continuous, in-depth discourse and social practices regarding DE&I within the fashion industry, as well as the need for systemic changes and policies that genuinely reflect societal demands for inclusivity. The findings provide a foundation for future investigations into the multifaceted relationship between fashion discourse, DE&I, and social practices, advocating for a more inclusive and critically aware fashion industry.

In this paper, we investigate cooperative diversity in a spectrum sharing environment where secondary users utilize primary users' spectrum only if the interference power received at the primary users is maintained below a predetermined level. The outage probability of a selective decode-and-forward (DF) based cooperative diversity scheme in the secondary network is derived to analyze the effects of spectrum sharing on cooperative diversity. Our analytical and simulation results show that the outage probability is saturated at a certain level of transmit power of secondary users due to interference regulation, and, hence, cooperative diversity gains are lost. Through asymptotic analysis, we also identify the critical value of transmit SNR beyond which the outage probability is saturated.

본 연구의 목적은 산업 및 직종의 상호연관적 다양성과 비연관적 다양성이 지역의 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 데에 있다. 지역경제성장의 메커니즘을 다룬 최근의 연구들은 산업을 넘어 직종의 상호연관적 다양성과 비연관적 다양성이 지식외부효과를 유발함으로써 지역경제성장의 동력으로 작용한다고 주장한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산업다양성과 함께 직종다양성의 영향을 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해서는 전국사업체조사와 인구주택총조사 자료를 사용하였으며 지역노동시장권을 분석의 공간적 단위로 설정하였다. 종속변수는 2010년부터 2015년 사이의 지역별 지역내총생산 및 고용 성장으로 설정하였으며 핵심 설명변수인 산업 및 직종의 상호연관적 다양성과 비연관적 다양성은 엔트로피 접근법에 기초하여 측정하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 산업의 상호연관적 다양성은 지역의 1인당 지역내총생산 성장에, 직종의 상호연관적 다양성은 지역의 고용 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 산업의 비연관적 다양성은 지역의 고용 성장에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 산업 및 직종 부문의 다양성을 상호연관적 다양성과 비연관적 다양성으로 세분하여 지역경제성장에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 지역의 경제적 활력 강화를 목적으로 하는 지역 단위의 정책의제에 대한 시사점을 이끌어내고자 하였다.
