The convergence healthcare industry in Korea has been stalled due to conflicts between stakeholders as well as a supplier-centered industry structure. This situation is caused by the structural contradiction in which the Korean industry has a prolonged conflict structure among stakeholders due to a strong regulation and an institutional inertia from the viewpoint of the sociotechnical system. Therefore, it is necessary to identify new system management plan that enhances social acceptability such as laws, customs and ideas while reducing conflicts between stakeholders. In this study, mainly adapting the stakeholder-oriented autopoiesis and focusing on publicness of healthcare, we propose the rationale and direction for policy making to harmonize various systems within the convergence healthcare industry.

로봇 분야는 새로운 IT의 융합 가능성이 가장 큰 산업으로 주목받고 있으며, 최근 새로운 통신 기술과 클라우드 등이 등장하면서 융합로봇 서비스에 변화가 있을 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고령화 사회에서 클라우드 및 로봇산업의 환경, 클라우드 기반 로봇산업 서비스 제공가치와 특징, 시장에서의 고객 니즈 및 가치사슬의 분석을 통하여 클라우드 서비스 기반의 로봇산업 분야의 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 위한 설계 프레임워크를 제안하고, 또한 가치 및 고객만족도 등을 통해 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 평가를 위한 프레임워크를 설계한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 및 로봇 서비스 제공 기업들이 새로운 서비스 모델 개발 및 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어 의미 있는 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

While the 4^th Industrial Revolution (4^th IR) is actively being discussed in Korea, the core and common point is that in the era of the 4^th IR, computer networking is becoming more common due to the generalization of ICT(Information and Communication Technology). There may be a variety of factors that have allowed ICT to occupy a core position in the 4^th IR, but the most important may be the position of ICT as a foundation technology. ICT has important technical value in itself, but when it is converged with other technology or industry, or when it acts as a foundation technology of such technology or industry, it greatly improves the value of existing technology or industry. Thus, this paper focused on ICT, the core technology of the 4^th IR, to examine the past, present and future of ICT-related R&D and ICT-based convergence industries. In other words, the purpose of this study is to identify which areas ICT has been actively researched from past to present and what changes have been made in such areas.

Korea's cultural content industry can develop into another unique tourism industry. However, since other prior studies focus on the Japanese content industry, this study identifies modern industrial trends by combining the unique characteristics of Korean content, that is, cultural content tourism, and the analysis ability of big data. The current status and direction of the cultural content tourism industry were studied by utilizing the extensive information collection and in-depth analysis capabilities of big data, and as a result, it was confirmed that the trend of the cultural content industry is related to the business aspect of cultural content, not the pure content interest of cultural content. This shows that Korean cultural contents have a strong business aspect. As a limitation, when research design was conducted using social media big data, the age, gender, etc. of the subject analyzed with unique anonymity could not be known. The Korean cultural content industry is expected to be successful in terms of business.

본 연구는 컨버전스 환경변화가 게임 산업에 미치는 영향에 대해 게임의 내용적인 변화와 플랫폼의 변화에 대한 고찰을 시작으로 게임 사용자, 게임 기업, 게임의 유통구조, 게임 산업 전반으로 관점을 확대해 가면서 향후 변화의 방향과 이슈에 대해 분석해 보았다. 보다 체계적인 변화 예측을 위해 시나리오 기법을 통해 IPTV환경 변화가 게임 산업에 미치는 영향 및 예상 변화에 대한 예측 시나리오를 도출하였다. 예측된 시나리오를 통해 게임의 내용적인 변화와 플랫폼의 변화에 대한 양상과 관련된 이슈들을 다각도에서 가시화할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 예측된 게임산업 변화에 대한 현황 진단과 이슈 분석을 바탕으로 컨버전스 환경변화에 따른 게임 기업차원의 전략적 대응방안 모색은 물론 정부 차원에서 인지하고 대비해야할 사항들에 대해서 파악해 볼 수 있는 기회와 관점을 제공하고자 하였다.

This study deals with the regulatory policy of government on the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication by applying rent seeking theory to Internet Protocal TV (IPTV). Existing literature has mainly focused on the negative implications of rent seeking since Tullock [1967], Krueger [1974] and Buchanan [1980]. We have investigated the regulatory policy along with the progress of the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication. Regulatory policy on broadcasting, despite its impartial intent. has created the entry barrier in the industry, resulting in high rents. Meanwhile, regulatory policy in telecommunication is more geared by the encouragement of more competitive environments, resulting in reasonably low rents in the market. Regulatory policy in the age of convergence needs to improve the efficacy of the industry and welfare, while maintaining the rent at a reasonably low level. This research has contributed to emphasizing the positive aspect of rent seeking in policy concerned with the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication, notably IPTV.

The strategic industry in Chungbuk province is the electric and electronic related industry. In the Chnugju region, the trend of major industry have change from the electric and electronic related industry to mechanical parts and components related industry include manufacturing of automobile and transportation. In this paper, we perform statistical analysis using the micro data service provided by the Statistics Korea, The CAGR of the number of employee and value-added value in the electric and electronic related industry during past 7 years are -7.1% and -13.2%, respectively while the CAGR in the mechanical parts related industry are 14.4% and 22.9%, respectively. However, value-added value per value of shipment of the mechanical related industry is lower than that of the electric and electronic related industry.

본 연구는 융복합서비스산업 종사자들을 대상으로 사회적지원이 융복합서비스산업 종사자의 조직몰입 및 서비스품질에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위한 자료는 서울시와 수도권 소재 20개 중소기업에 종사하는 233명의 융복합서비스산업 종사자들로부터 질문지를 활용하여 수집하였다. 주된 자료 분석은 구조방정식모형분석기법을 사용하였다. 단계적 회귀분석방법을 통한 연구 분석 결과 사회적지원의 측정변수인 동료의 지원과 상사의 지원은 융복합서비스산업 종사자의 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 동료의 지원과 상사의 지원을 거친 조직몰입이 서비스품질에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 조직구성원간의 관계 지향적 지원감독이 조직몰입과 서비스 품질에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 이론적 실증적 함의를 논의하고 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 최근 융합산업으로 급부상되고 있는 산업을 중심으로 제도개선 및 융합R&D지원 측면에서 융합산업의 시장경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 지원 방안들을 도출하고자 한다. 연구는 융합산업 이슈분석, 융합산업 경쟁력 강화 방향성 설정, 방향성 기반의 경쟁력 강화 방안 도출 순으로 진행되었다. 융합산업을 시기에 따라 도입, 확산, 발전 단계로 구분하였으며, 지원방안으로 전문가 참여형 융합R&D, 개방형 융합R&D, 맞춤형 융합R&D, 시장 진입 제도개선, 공공구매 지원방안을 제시하였다. 이는 융합신제품 및 서비스의 시장 진입 애로점을 해결하고 융합 역량강화 및 경쟁우위 확보하여 융합신시장 진입 유도, 시장 정착 안정화, 고부가가치를 창출하는데 그 목적이 있다.

산업의 급격한 발전은 화석에너지의 고갈을 야기하였고, 이러한 이유로 화석연료를 대체하기 위한 에너지로 태양광에너지가 각광받기 시작하였다. 하지만 기술발전에 있어 전체적인 연구방향 및 향후 연구 방향에 대한 논의가 부족하였다. 이에 보다 효과적인 기술개발을 위해 특허 데이터와 논문 데이터를 활용하여 태양광 에너지의 기술 동향을 파악하고 논의를 진행하였다. 분석방법으로는 토픽 모델링과 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 1997년도부터 2015년까지의 데이터를 토대로 기술 동향과 연구의 방향성에 대하여 분석한다. LDA알고리즘을 통하여 토픽을 선정하고, 선정된 기술 범주에 포함된 키워드의 증가량을 살펴보고, 태양광 기술의 발전방향에 대하여 분석하였다. 태양광 발전 기술에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 진행될 것으로 예상되며, 특히 고효율화 및 고성능화 기술에 대하여 집중적으로 연구가 이루어질 것으로 분석된다. 향후 연구로는 해외의 특허데이터와 다양한 논문데이터를 추가하여 연구를 진행할 수 있을 것이다.
