The cloud computing industry has focused on establishing a cloud-based business environment for enterprises with efforts to convert using their own on-premise computing infrastructures to using cloud services. With these efforts, using cloud services has become natural, especially for the IT industry. The cloud computing industry is moving toward proliferation of the cloud computing environment into various evolving industries. Along with industrial trends, new technical trends such as edge computing and multi-cloud are emerging. These trends are expected to create new business models and develop related service ecosystems, providing new opportunities for service providers and new experiences for users. A mong those emerging technologies, multi-cloud technology is expected to realize unlimited global cloud computing resources by unifying cloud resources from multiple public cloud service providers. In this paper, we introduce the concept and related trends of multi-cloud technology. Subsequently, we analyze the main functionalities and several use cases of multi-cloud technology. Finally, we summarize the effects and usefulness of multi-cloud technology in the domestic cloud industry.

Purpose: This paper introduces Pohang University of Science Technology (POSTECH) advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and Open Innovation Big Data Center (OIBC) platform and analysis results of electricity consumption data collected via the AMI in POSTECH campus. Methods: We installed 248 sensors in seven buildings at POSTECH for the AMI and collected electricity consumption data from the buildings. To identify the amounts and trends of electricity consumption of the seven buildings, electricity consumption data collected from March to June 2019 were analyzed. In addition, this study compared the differences between the amounts and trends of electricity consumption of the seven buildings before and after the COVID-19 outbreak by using electricity consumption data collected from March to June 2019 and 2020. Results: Users can monitor, visualize, and download electricity consumption data collected via the AMI on the OIBC platform. The analysis results show that the seven buildings consume different amounts of electricity and have different consumption trends. In addition, the amounts of most buildings were significantly reduced after the COVID-19 outbreak. Conclusion: POSTECH AMI and OIBC platform can be a good reference for other universities that prepare their own microgrid. The analysis results provides a proof that POSTECH needs to establish customized strategies on reducing electricity for each building. Such results would be useful for energy-efficient operation and preparation of unusual energy consumptions due to unexpected situations like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to explore the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. Methods : We received numbers of the studies about stress in the industrial worker from 6 Korean web databases, using key words such as 'Industry AND Stress', 'Oriental medicine AND Stress', 'Worker AND Stress', 'Workplace AND Stress'. We received 12 research papers and they were analyzed and the journals, the authors, the contents of 3 classification of those research papers. Results : Among them, we had 6 reviews of Dept. of preventive medicine and Dept. of third medicine, college of Korean Medicine, Won-kwang University, and the rest of them were 6 reviews. We had 4 reviews of Korean Journal of Oriental Preventive Medical Society, 2 reviews of the Journal of Traditional Korean Medicine, 2 reviews of Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry and so on. According to the contents of reviews, we had 7 reviews of correlation of industrial worker and stress, 4 reviews of cause on the industrial worker's stress and 1 case report. Conclusions : We reviewed the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. The stress in the industrial workers were related with the type of occupation, social psychology, drinking, smoking, the satisfaction of job, the harmony of organization. And we knew that the musculoskeletal pain was related to the industrial worker's stress. In the future, abundant case studies, follow-up trials and RCTs should be done about the industrial worker's stress.

Background: The objective of this study is to identify high-risk groups for industrial accidents by setting up 2003 as the base year and conducting an in-depth analysis of the trends of major industrial accident indexes the index of industrial accident rate, the index of occupational injury rate, the index of occupational illness and disease rate per 10,000 people, and the index of occupational injury fatality rate per 10,000 people for the past 10 years. Methods: This study selected industrial accident victims, who died or received more than 4 days of medical care benefits, due to occupational accidents and diseases occurring at workplaces, subject to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, as the study population. Results: According to the trends of four major indexes by workplace characteristics, the whole industry has shown a decreasing tendency in all four major indexes since the base year (2003); as of 2012, the index of industrial accident rate was 67, while the index of occupational injury fatality rate per 10,000 people was 59. Conclusion: The manufacturing industry, age over 50 years and workplaces with more than 50 employees showed a high severity level of occupational accidents. Male workers showed a higher severity level of occupational accidents than female workers. The employment period of < 3 years and newly hired workers with a relatively shorter working period are likely to have more occupational accidents than others. Overall, an industrial accident prevention policy must be established by concentrating all available resources and capacities of these high-risk groups.

본 연구에서는 '신산업집적'에 관한 우리나라의 지리학적 연구 동향을 고찰하고 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 최근의 산업집적 연구는 새로운 '시각'에서의 전형적인 사례에 대한 설명이 중심이었다. 그 결과 산업집적에 대한 분석틀의 정립과 이론화의 간과라는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 신산업집적론에서 강조하는 비경제적 요인과 기존 입지론의 경제적 요인을 통합하는 분석틀을 정립하고, 이를 통한 집적지의 존립기반 메커니즘의 규명과 일반화에 대한 연구가 활성화되어야 한다. 특정 스케일의 경제 공간 내에서의 주체 간의 네트워크와 집적과 관계된 지역 자체의 사회문화적 조건에 대한 지나친 집착에서 벗어나야 한다. 그리고 클러스터 정책과 같은 산업집적지의 활성화에 대한 학술적 연구가 보다 강화되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구과제를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 산업집적지의 연구자들 간의 보편적 이해와 공동 학습의 장이 활성화되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 최근에 적용되고 있는 다양한 설계 기법과 최근의 동향을 행정중심도시 설계안들을 통해 조명해보고자 한다. 왜냐하면 행정중심도시가 가장 최근에 실시된 주거단지 현상설계이며, 우리나라 주거단지 계획을 선도하는 대표적인 설계사무소와 건설 회사들이 참여했기 때문이다. 따라서 이 공모안들에 다양한 계획 개념들이 사용되었을 것이라 여겨지며, 이러한 분석과 평가는 향후 공동 주택의 설계 향상을 위해서도 도움이 될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 최근 위성시뮬레이터 개발에 적용되고 있는 모델 주도형 구조의 설계 기술과 동향을 기술한다. 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키고 개발자에게 비용 상의 이익을 주는 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어의 개발 방법론, 개발과정, 개발도구를 살펴본다. 아울러 시뮬레이션 모델의 재 사용성을 위한 우주비행체 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어 분야의 유럽표준의 내용과 산업 적용 사례를 설명하고 핵심 키워드별 최근 기술변화의 주요 특징을 부각하여 설명한다.

인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 기술간 융합과 고도화가 지역주력산업에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 모든 기술분야가 기술간-산업간 연결이 되어 융합된 기술로 활용되고 있다. 최근 기술동향을 파악하기 위해 특허정보를 이용한 키워드검색을 통해 기술동향 조사 및 분석으로 쉽게 파악이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 방사선 기술발전에서 4차 산업혁명시대 융합기술을 적용한 특허동향을 파악하고 방사선 관련 산업기술경쟁력 강화 및 활용방안을 위한 특허동향 및 분석을 제시하여 수요기술 발굴과 미래 유망기술 예측에 활용하고자 한다.

This study aims to obtain a stock investment strategy model based on the industrial sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses IDX data for the period of January 1996 to December 2016. This study uses the Markov Regime Switching Model to identify trends in market conditions that occur in industrial sectors on IDX. Furthermore, by using the Logit Regression Model, we can see the influence of economic factors in determining trends in market conditions sectorally and the probability of trends in market conditions. This probability can be the basis for determining stock investment decisions in certain sectors. The results showed descriptively that the stocks of the consumer goods industry sector had the highest average return and the lowest standard deviation. The trend in sectoral stock market conditions that occur in IDX can be divided into two conditions, namely bullish condition (high returns and low volatility) and bearish condition (low returns and high volatility). Differences in the conditions are mainly due to differences in volatility. The use of a Logit Regression Model to produce probability of market conditions and to estimate the influence of economic factors in determining stock market conditions produces models that have varying predictive abilities.

As the interest in achieving an intelligent society grows with the fourth industrial revolution's development, information and communications technologies technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things, virtual reality, information security, and blockchain technology are being actively employed in different fields for achieving an intelligent society. With these modifications, the information security paradigm in industrial and public institutions, like personal sensitive data, is quickly changing, and it is exposed to different cyber threats and breaches. Furthermore, as the number of cyber threats and breaches grows, so does the need for rapid detection and response. This demand can be satisfied by establishing cyber training programs and fostering experts that can improve cyber security abilities. In this study, we explored the domestic and international technology trends in cyber security education and training facilities for developing experts in information security. Additionally, the AI technology application in the cyber training ground, which can be established to respond to and deter cyber threats that are becoming more intelligent, was examined.
