전 세계 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 맞춰 한국은 적극적으로 국가적 대응계획 I-Korea 4.0을 수립하여 2017년 11월에 발표하였다. 이 계획은 국가성장을 위한 산업혁신과 사회문제 해결을 목표로 하고 있다. 부동산산업도 예외는 아니며 산업혁신을 위해서는 스마트환경에서 주거, 상업, 업무, 복합 등 다양한 가용공간의 효과적 활용이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 효율적 의사결정이 필요하고 이는 공간수요자 행태의 실시간 정보와 정확한 예측이 이루어 질 때 가능하다. 이에, 본 연구는 빅데이터 기반 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼을 제안하고 플랫폼의 구조와 서비스를 구체화 시키고자 한다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼도 스마트 트래픽, 스마트 시티, 스마트 헬스 등 다양한 스마트환경 적용사례처럼 급속히 발전하고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT)을 이용해 빅데이터의 효율적 저장, 접근, 분석, 활용이 가능하다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼의 구조는 6개 레이어 즉, Collection layer, Transfer layer, Storage layer, Service layer, Application layer, Management layer로 구성된다. 이 플랫폼은 의사결정자들이 행위기반(activity-based), 시장기반(market-based), 정책기반(policy-based) 빅데이터를 Searching, Mining, Integrating, Storing, Analyzing, Visualizing 할 수 있는 서비스체계를 가지고 있다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the effect that insecurity and autonomy of platform work have an influence on work-life balance and psychological well-being in an era of platform economy based on two characteristics of online platform work and self-determination theory. Design/methodology/approach This study suggested the structural equation model integrating two antecedents, insecurity and autonomy, work-life balance, and psychological well-being and proposed five hypotheses driven from the research model. A total of 334 valid samples were collected from platform workers by employing questionnaire including 24 question items of four constructs. Findings Three hypotheses were supported and one hypothesis was not supported at the significance level of 0.05. Insecurity of platform work has a negative influence on work-life balance at the significance level of 0.01, whereas insecurity of platform work has no a significant influence on psychological well-being. Autonomy of platform work has a positive influence on both work-life balance and psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.01. Work-life balance has a positive impact on psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.001. Insecurity have an influence on psychological well-being indirectly through mediation of work-life balance. Implications for academicians and practitioners were suggested.

Currently, one of the fields leading the 4th industrial revolution is the image recognition field of artificial intelligence, which is showing good results in many fields. In this paper, using is a YOLO V2 model, which is one of the image recognition models, we intend to classify and select into three types according to the characteristics of fruits. To this end, it was designed to proceed the number of iterations of learning 9000 counts based on 640 mandarin image data of 3 classes. For model evaluation, normal, rotten, and unripe mandarin oranges were used based on images. We as a result of the experiment, the accuracy of the learning model was different depending on the number of learning. Normal mandarin oranges showed the highest at 60.5% in 9000 repetition learning, and unripe mandarin oranges also showed the highest at 61.8% in 9000 repetition learning. Lastly, rotten tangerines showed the highest accuracy at 86.0% in 7000 iterations. It will be very helpful if the results of this study are used for fruit farms in rural areas where labor is scarce.

Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

최근 4차 산업혁명의 시작으로 인해 자율주행 관련 시장이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 빠르게 발전하는 자율주행 기술의 기술 동향을 파악하기 위해서 자율주행의 Level 0부터 Level 5까지의 특징 및 차이점에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 자율주행 차량의 전반적인 구성, 인식기술, 보조기술들을 분석하고, 이를 통해 자율주행 기술에 대한 구조 및 알고리즘을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 초음파 센서와 카메라를 이용한 모의 자율주행 RC카를 제작하여 인식기술과 보조기술의 필요성을 파악한다.

This study examined the relationships among owner-manager characteristics, e-commerce adoption, and performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. Although the growth of e-commerce was encouraging in many countries, studies of e-commerce adoption among SMEs in developing countries such as Malaysia are insufficient. Furthermore, studies that investigated individual characteristics and e-commerce adoption are still low in number. This study specifically employed the technology-organization-environmental (TOE) framework to develop its research model. The sample was selected by using a non-probability judgmental sampling technique because the desired population frame was unavailable. A total of 111 owner-managers of SMEs were surveyed using online self-administered questionnaires. Subsequently, the data was analyzed through partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed significant relationships between owner-manager characteristics and e-commerce adoption, as well as between e-commerce adoption and the performance of SMEs. The findings suggested that owner-manager characteristics played an important role in determining e-commerce adoption among SMEs. Moreover, e-commerce adoption was crucial in affecting the performance of SMEs. This paper provided new insights into factors affecting e-commerce adoption and firm performance. It could further benefit the government and SMEs in strategizing e-commerce adoption and development, especially in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) and the post-COVID-19 pandemic.

This study analyzed the influence of experiential marketing factors of 3D printing and Internet services on technology acceptance factors and usage intention. Furthermore, we analyzed how the user's innovativeness shows the effect on the intention to use. Data acquired from a total of 518 college students was used for the final analysis, which was perfromed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. We analyzed the influence of the experiential marketing factors of fashion service utilizing the 3D printing and the Internet of Things on the acceptance of technology and intention to use these technologies. As for 3D printing, first, sensory and behavioral factors are positively related to the acceptance of technology. Second, emotional and cognitive factors have negative effects on all technology acceptance. Third, relational factors did not show a significant influence on several conditions of technology acceptance. Fourth, the effects of technology acceptance on the willingness to use have a positive effect on several conditions factors, except the effort expectation. As for the result concerning the Internet of Things first, behavioral factors have a positive effect on all technology acceptance. Second, emotional factors have a negative effect on all technology acceptance. Third, cognitive factors did not have a significant effect on various conditions and showed negative effects on several factors. Fourth, sensory and relational factors did not affect the acceptance of technology. Fifth, the effects of technology acceptance on the intention to use are affected by several conditions, except for effort expectation. As a result of analyzing the moderating effects of user's innovativeness on the willingness to use, 3D printing did not show any significant effect on innovation. However, the Internet of Things has a significant influence on the user acceptance of technology acceptance.

최근 부각되고 있는 4차 산업혁명 중의 하나의 경향은 ICT와 제조업의 융합으로 산업기기와 생산과정이 모두 하나의 네트워크로 연결되고 상호 소통하는 것이다. 하나의 네트워크로 연결되어 있다는 것은 관리의 이점이 존재하나, 역으로 보안의 위험성이 존재한다. 특히 Wi-Fi은 MAC주소의 소프트웨어적인 변경이나 비밀번호 노출을 통해 외부인이 손쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Bluetooth 4.0에서 추가된 Bluetooth Low Energy를 사용하는 방식인 Beacon을 응용하여 사용자는 비밀번호를 몰라도 무선인터넷에 보안 연결하는 블랙박스 방식의 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 이 제안한 시스템을 실제로 라즈베리파이로 구현을 하고 실제 연결 테스트를 시행하여 시스템의 효용성을 검증한다.

웹 기술의 발전으로 다양한 시스템 환경에서의 기술적 융합을 웹 인터페이스를 통해 수행이 가능해졌다. 웹은 그 역할에 따라 웹 1.0시대부터 4.0시대로 분류할 수 있으며, 정보의 연결 (connects information), 사람의 연결(connects people), 지식의 연결(connects knowledge), 지능의 연결(connects intelligence)의 특성을 갖는다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명을 거치면서 모바일 앱을 통한 다양한 기술적 needs가 발생하였고, 단순한 정보의 제공 수단이던 웹에서, 3D, 가상/증강, 비디오/오디오 프로세싱 등의 기능 수행이 가능해졌다. 이러한 시대적 needs를 뒷받침하기 위한 기술 표준이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 그중 하나인 웹 어셈블리에 대해 분석하였다. 웹 어셈블리를 기존의 웹 시스템(혹은 플랫폼)과 연계, 융합하여 활용하는 방안에 대해 살펴보고, 다양한 사례를 통해 기술적 의미를 분석 한다. 또한, 기존의 자바스크립트와 웹 어셈블리를 융합할 수 있는 아키텍트에 대한 연구를 진행하고, 추후 연구방향에 대해 논하고자 한다.

본 기술 해설 논문은 5G의 IoT, 증강현실, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터, 미래 자율주행주행차 기술을 다루면서 평창 동계 올림픽의 5G이용, 제주 스마트시티 모델을 제시했다. 그 이유는 5G는 4차 산업의 대동맥이기 때문이다. 5G가 4차 산업 대동맥인 이유는 5G가 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 인프라이기 때문이다. 인공지능(AI), 자율주행차, 가상 증강현실(VR AR), 사물인터넷(IoT) 시대가 본격화되려면 지금보다 데이터를 몇십배 이상 더 빠르고, 안전한 상태로 전송할 수 있어야 가능하다. 예컨대 원거리에 있는 자율주행차에 현재 통신 기술인 LTE로 정지 신호를 보낸다면 100분의 1초가량이 걸린다. 상당히 빨라 보이지만, 시속 100km로 달렸다면 차가 정지 때까지 30cm를 움직이기 때문에 안전을 장담하기 어렵다. 5G는 현재의 LTE보다 약 40배가량 빠른 '초당 20기가비트(Gbps) 이상'이다. 이론적으로 1cm 이내에서 차량을 세울 수 있다. 5G는 반경 1km 이내 사물인터넷(IoT) 기기 100만개를 동시에 연결할 뿐 아니라, 속도 지연이 0.001초 이하다. 세계 최대 스마트폰용 반도체업체 퀄컴의 스티브 몰렌코프 최고경영자(CEO)는 "5G는 미래를 연결할 핵심 요소이자 혁신 기술"이라며 "5G 상용화로 2035년쯤에는 12조달러의 경제 유발 효과와 2200만개의 새 일자리 창출 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것"이라고 말했다.
