There have been many changes in hospital pharmacy after division of medical practice and dispensing. Many pharmacist leave hospital pharmacy to drugstore. Because reduced number of pharmacist, many of hospital pharmacies are placed in difficulty. Restructuring of hospital pharmacy made us consider substitution hospital admixtured TPN(total parenteral nutrition) with industrial manufactured TPN. But we have no data established to support that, so we have sarried out the comparison of two kinds of TPn formulary. We have divided into groups receiving hospital admixtured TPN and industrial manufactured TPN patients in august. 2002. We have compared with each groups in nutritional related dose, parameters and complication before and after TPN administration and also invertigated the reason of formulary change in each groups. We expect that this study will be good data for selection TPN formulary and substitution hospital admixtured TPN with industrial manufactured TPN.

Purpose Seoul Digital Industrial Complex has remarkably grown both quantitatively and qualitatively in short period of time since it started restructuring project in 1997. It's also not few that there were various challenges and difficulties in this industrial complex due to fast growth in short-term, such as the deficient amenities, noncooperation among the related organizations. Now, it's time to overcome these challenges and difficulties to establish new strategy for the sustainable growth and development of this Industrial Complex. Methodology There are some previous researches but almost none of them considered the priority order of the development strategy having reflected the needs of industrial complex in point of customer. In this regard, this study suggests the development strategy of Seoul Digital Industrial Complex by supplementing the limits of proceeding researches and using the combined SWOT/AHP analysis theory. Findings Based on the final analysis result of survey by combined SWOT/AHP method, this study suggests the priority order of 4 development strategies for Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, such as SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy.

In this study, the effect of damping and elastic nature on the control performance of a safety budget-industrial accident rate model in Korea is examined first. The effectiveness of such dynamic model in establishing safety policies is shown with a simple proportional-integral(PI) feedback control mechanism. Control performance of the safety system model is explained in view of maximizing the effect of IAPF and minimizing the absolute amount of IAFP. Control performance is then evaluated and proved to be effective to prevent and reduce the industrial accidents. Implications in feedback control of a safety system model suggested to optimization of safety policies are also explored. Without proper restructuring of the safety system, it would not be possible to hit the target industrial accident rate. Even if the control objective is met, the amount of industrial accident prevention fund required to reduce the industrial accident rate from the current level to the target level would be far beyond the social consensus.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

Six Sigma's concept has long been used as an effective way of restructuring the management process of a firm. In literature regarding Six Sigma, a number of successful cases were reported, where Six Sigma based management activities could enhance firm's strategic performance dramatically for year. However, there exist very few researches investigating the effect of Six Sigma on process innovation and quality improvement. Therefore this study propose a research model testing whether Six Sigma innovation could improve process innovation and quality improvement by industrial classification. We collected 332 valid questionnaires from expert in Six Sigma activities, and applied PLS. Empirical results showed that Six Sigma activities could contribute to process innovation and quality improvement.

This paper empirically examines whether and how inward foreign direct investment (FDI) affected industrial productivity in Korea during the 2000-2016 period, based on dynamic panel data of inflow FDI on an arrival basis from 427 manufacturing industries. The paper adds to the literature by analyzing whether both technology spillovers and industrial restructuring from inward FDI can differ according to industrial characteristics such as capital intensity, imported intermediate inputs, and tariffs. The empirical results show that the overall effects of inward FDI on total factor productivity (TFP) were statistically insignificant in general. However, the positive effects of inward FDI on productivity became statistically significant for industries with lower tariffs. Capital intensity were not involved in the relationship between inward FDI and productivity. Thus, the paper highlights that the results in previous studies with inward FDI on a notification basis were overestimated and inward FDI policies in Korea should focus on channels such as trade liberalization and the redistribution of production factors rather than capital accumulation.

This study was done to describe the experiences of middle-aged woman using SNS through smart phone. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi(1978)'s phenomenological method. The research participants were middle-aged woman 10 participants(age 42~52). As result of research, 75 significant statements, 22 themes, 5 themes cluster, and 2 categories of themes cluster were extracted. The 5 themes cluster are: 'space of meeting and communication', 'space of exchanging information', 'space of cultural creation', 'space of digital fatigue', 'dishonesty communication', and 2 categories of themes cluster are: 'Restructuring on positive social relationship', 'Restructuring on negative social relationship'. These results will promote understanding of middle-age woman using SNS through smartphone, and will be helpful in developing more effective nursing intervention for social relationship.

This study investigates the wage determination process of regional labor markets in order to understand the regional dimension of labor market processes in Korean metropolitan cities. Since the financial crisis in late 1997, the interplay between labor market restructuring such as unemployment and skill polarization and income disparity has been shaped by the labor market process in the metropolitan cities. This is also closely related to the fact that both industrial restructuring and expanding information technologies in the metropolitan region have reshaped the labor demand structure and finally resulted in structural unemployment due to skill mismatch and spatial mismatch and wage inequality across different occupations. In addition, since wage determination process clearly has a regional dimension, wage determination and its influence on income profile in a certain regional labor market need to be understood by investigating its labor market characteristics including labor supply and demand structure, industrial changes, changing unemployment, etc. This is why labor market policy as a regional policy needs to be redefined and it can be much enhanced by geographical investigation on regional labor market.

In recent, the various electric & electronic machines are newly developed everyday and the electricity supply system & environment on the process from generation to consumption of electricity also is being changed. In other words, both supplier and consumer of electricity are required to be responsible for their interruption costs. So, it is very important and meaningful work for evaluating the interruption costs in quantitative. Additionally, since the restructuring of electric industry is on going in world wide, after restructuring, most of all electric utilities and consumer have to consider the supply reliability and quality as a important element of the calculating the related costs and contract because it takes costs to keep the supply reliability and quality highly. Especially, the interruption or the supply reliability will have influence on the bilateral contract between supplier and customer as a key point to determine the once in competitive electric market. Therefore, it has very important moaning to calculate the interruption costs in the present that it is prepared to open the competitive electric market. In this paper, international standards, i.e. IEC, IEEE, are applied to the analysis on the interruption costs used in the questionnaires which are newly designed including short duration interruption by the authors instead of traditional interruption criteria. Firstly, using the questionnaires, the authors got related data from industries according to the standard industry classification which are being used in electric utility and other national statistics in Korea. However, analysis results are hard to say typical value because of the not so many samples. So, the authors are going to survey and focus on not all kinds of industry but a few kinds of them that their facilities are effected or stop by short duration interruptions, so there are large economical damages. Finally, the authors hope to find the reliable and meaningful model in interruption costs of industrial customer.

The government has proposed a development model for universities to strengthen the capacity of the College of Humanities as part of the university restructuring policy in line with the trend of the times, and encouraged each university to voluntarily induce the establishment of the humanities development plan through financial support under their own individual conditions. With the decline in the school-age population due to the declining fertility rate, the rapid change in the industrial structure has highlighted the decline in the employment rate of the students of the humanities. Therefore, the government is implementing university grading based on the results of the university structural reform evaluation, and pressing low-grade universities through reduction of capacity and reduction of support. In the course of this change, universities have designated the College of Humanities as the primary target of integration with other majors or and its disintegration. This study examines the direction of the government's attempt to change the humanities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and suggests a precedent example during the reform of the humanities college. If the humanities college is integrated with practical studies such as management, design, IT, CT, and engineering, the strengths of the humanities can be highlighted. However, the results of this study suggest that many variables such as consideration of students' aptitudes and interests in the integration process of majors, autonomy in major selection, understanding between departments integrated, and demand for a single major before integration or disintegration should be considered. In addition, an example of a local private university shows that the hasty attempt to integrate or disintegrate the humanities can rather lead to various educational harms.
