An Impact on the Hospitality Industry with Rare Resource and Sharing Economy Platform: Case of Airbnb and Kozaza

  • An analysis of Airbnb and Kozaza will show how valuable and rare resource can have an impact on company performances. Airbnb applied the sharing economy platform, and this business model had disrupted the hospitality industry. Thus, this paper will investigate a Korean company called Kozaza which had benchmarked Airbnb. Furthermore, it will apply the theory of VRIO framework, which consists of how valuable, rare, costly to imitate (imitability), and organization (exploited by the organization) to find competitiveness of Kozaza in the hospitality industry. Thus, it will attempt to show that Kozaza's business model of utilizing the unused resource of Hanok (traditional Korean house) and partnerships with Hanokstay, Seoul Metropolitan Government and Soul Tourism Organization and others have enhanced their resource and capability to strengthen their business model. Furthermore, this research will explore how Kozaza can competitively be successful in the future.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the determinants of person-organization(P-O) fit and its effects on job satisfaction and turnover intention. As a result of empirical survey, value congruence, job choice decision and similar occupation are confirmed as factors that affect on P-O Fit. And the effect of P-O fit on job satisfaction and turnover intention was significant. This findings indicated that P-O fit model can be used for organization to improve employee performance. Some limitations of this study and strategic application of P-O fit model for employee selection and retention were also discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a model built on the theoretical foundation of ecological sensitivity applicable to group and coaching process for organization members in industry management environment. For this, I have looked into theoretical foundation basis-foundation required for the ecological sensitivity process based on ecological discourse, based on which I have proposed a process model. The ecological basis-foundation with regards to ecological sensitivity dealt with in this paper includes 1)Crisis awareness, 2)Acquisition of ecological unconsciousness, 3)Fostering green imagination and 4)Setting targets.

군(軍) 보안수준에 미치는 영향요인 탐색에 관한 연구 (계획 행동이론, 억제이론, 보호 동기 이론을 중심으로) (A Study on Exploring Factors Influencing Military Security Level (Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, Deterrence and Protection Motivation))

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명 환경이 도래하면서 어느 조직이든 데이터의 개방과 공유, 융합이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그런데 데이터의 개방과 공유는 필연적으로 보안 취약성을 초래할 수밖에 없으며 오히려 4차 산업혁명 환경에서 운영되는 조직의 존폐까지 영향을 미칠 수 있는 위협요인으로 대두되는 양면성이 있다. 특히 군이라는 조직에서 보안 문제는 군자체가 아닌 국가의 위협이 될 수 있으므로 항상 높은 수준의 보안 기강 유지가 필수적으로 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 군(軍) 보안수준에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 추출하여 보안수준 발전대책을 모색하기 위해 계획 행동이론, 억제이론, 보호 동기 이론 등을 적용한 구조방정식 모형을 통해 14개 변수를 선별하였고 각 이론과 변수의 영향력을 검정하였다. 그 결과 평소 보안규정 교육과 평가를 통해 체화된 보안지식은 행동에 영향을 미친다는 계획 행동이론을 채택할 수 있었고, 억제이론과 보호 동기 이론은 기각 수준의 유의미성을 나타냈다. 또한, 3년간의 보안감사 결과 측정된 값을 통해 군(軍) 보안수준에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 지휘 관심과 정신보안이라는 사실도 확인되었다. 결론적으로 군(軍) 보안수준을 높이기 위해서는 보안교육과 신상필벌, 보안시스템 고도화 등과 함께 지휘 관심과 정신보안 태세를 확고히 해야 한다는 내용이 발전대책으로 제시되었다.

  • 정보보호 전담조직은 IT 부서 산하에 편성되어있는 것이 일반적이었으나 정보보호의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 전사적 보안을 위한 정보보호 전담조직의 편성이 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 국내 금융권에서도 전자금융거래법 개정안을 통해 CIO와 CISO를 분리하는 등 정보보호 전담조직의 분리에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 현재 정보보호 전담조직 하부구조에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있으나 편성방법에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효과적인 정보보호 전담조직의 편성을 위해, 상황적 접근방법을 통하여 기업의 비즈니스 위험도와 IT 의존도를 기준으로 정보보호 전담조직 편성모델을 제시하였다. 또한 정보보호 전담조직이 소속될 부서를 기획 조정 부서, 내부통제 부서, 내부관리 부서, IT 부서로 분류하고 각 부서에 편제되어있을 경우의 장단점을 분석하였다.

산업체 단체급식 종사자의 직무특성과 직업몰입, 직무만족 간의 구조적인 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Causal Relationship between Job Characteristics, Job Commitment, and Job Satisfaction of Industrial Organization Food Service Workers)

  • This study conducted a survey on 414 industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area to find out the effect relationship of the job characteristics of organization food service workers and its effects on job commitment and job satisfaction by recognizing the need for job application through the job characteristic model, which was the beginning of the intrinsic motivation theory for the job of organization food service workers. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the method to analyze the survey was undertaken by using the SPSS 23.0 and Amos 21.0 statistic package program via a data coding process for collected data processing. We can confirm from the analysis results that there is a statistically significant causal relationship in all factors, except task identity, which is a sub factor of job characteristic. This result reaffirms the results of previous research by showing that the worker must be allowed to ensure completion of the entire job when performing the job as the job itself is not one part of the processes. Decision-making autonomy must be given in the work process when the worker performs their job in order to raise job satisfaction and furthermore to increase job commitment. The limitation of this study is that there are limits that making generalization as the study was conducted on industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area as extracted samples.

  • In this paper, the management thoughts of The network-manufacture based on virtual-agile organization is Brief summarized, then an explanation had been made about the virtual circulation economy patterns paradigm, which is integrated the virtual-agile manufacture and circulation economy theory, the critical content of this paradigm, at last we recognized the virtual-agile organization pattern circulation economy is one important trend of the network-manufacture development in the future.

보건전문대학의 산학협동교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Co-operative Education of the Junior Health College)

  • This study aimed at inquiring into the basic theory on co-operative education, grasping and analyzing the present situation of the junior health college, the present condition of co-operative education and into problem. and seeking to find a solution to activate the co-operative edcation of the junior health colleges. For this purpose this study compared the co-operative education system in our country with that of foreign countries revolving around the related literature to co-operative education, analyzed it, and the pointed out its problem. And this study classified into the solution of establishing co-operative education system, the solution of consolidating the on-the-spot training system, the solution to activate the co-operative education of the junior health college. First this study suggested three methods as a part of establishing co-operative education system as below. 1. The need to set up the ideology concerning co-operative education. 2. The construction of the advisory committee for co-operative education. 3. The establishment of an agency for co-operative education. And this study suggested nine methods as the method of consolidating the on-the-spot training as below. 1. The execution of the basic research for the on-the-spot training. 2. The reorganization of the existing curriculum into the curriculum the industrial organization requires. 3. The establishing of the system in a closer cooperation with the industrial organization for the on-the-spot training. 4. The participation in solving commonly the problems of the industrial organization and in education. 5. The establishing of the guidance system assuming exclusive charge of the on-the-spot training. 6. The submission of the evaluation sheet for the on-the-spot training. 7. The extension of the period of the on-the-spot training and the reorganization of an educational system. 8. The persistent support for the on-the-spot training at the governmental dimension. 9. The securing of the educational dost spent on the on-the-spot training and the imposition of benefits on the industrial organization.

  • Future war needs a lot of changes for military organization. Specially, concept of the "Speed" is raised importantly after Iraq war of U.S. Armed Forces. So, He is a lot of studying supply chain for logistical support speed improvement. Korea Marine Corps has made an efforts to improve supply chain. However it is real that is putting various techniques by prescription rather than fundamental change. These simplicity prescriptions are not only systematic but also insufficient for Marine Corps' survival. In addition, Korea marine corps in actuality is depending on many members in marine and navy in feed chain. Thus it is not establishing even tactical, decision-making plan of operation for support ability cultivation. Therefore, in this study, with Sense and Response concept that is United States Marine Corps' support strategy, presented theoretical background and basis frame that serve that Korea Marine Corps's supply chain changes to perception reaction formation.

국내 프로그램공급업의 산업조직론적 분석 (Analysis of Program Providers(PP) in Terms of Theory of Industrial Organization in Korea)

  • 산업조직론적 차원에서 국내외 종합유선방송(SO)사업 중심으로 연구가 이루어졌으며, 프로그램공급업(PP)에 대한 연구도 일부 있었다. 그러나 PP의 시장 구조, 시장 행위, 시장 성과간의 관계를 종합적으로 분석한 논문은 없었다. 이 연구는 케이블TV 시장 내에서 PP를 시장 구조, 시장 행위, 시장 성과간의 관계를 종합적이고 역동적인 측면에서 살펴보았다. 산업조직론적 시각에서 국내 40개 상업 PP를 대상으로 첫째, 시장구조와 시장행위, 둘째, 시장행위와 시장성과, 셋째, 시장구조와 시장성과간에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 : 첫째, 구조 행위와의 관계에서 수평결합이 가격 및 규모에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 행위 성과 측면에서는 가격이 가입자당 매출액 및 시청율에 영향을 미쳤다. 수신료 의존도의 경우 가입자당 매출액에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 구조 성과와의 관계에서 수평결합은 시청율에 영향을 미쳤고, 제품 차별화는 가입자당 매출액에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 매출원가는 매출액영업이익률에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
