Previous studies have addressed the management of phyllosphere pathogens by leaf and root-associated microbes. The present study evaluated the effect of the foliar application of three strains of Bacillus spp. on plant growth and fruit quality. The application of a bacilli spore preparation significantly improved leaf growth parameters such as leaf thickness and photosynthesis capacity, indicating that bacilli treatment directly promoted leaf growth. In addition, foliar treatment resulted in an improvement in the key indicators of fruit quality including water, glucose, and sucrose contents. The present results suggest that foliar spraying of beneficial bacilli is a potential treatment of wide application for the improvement of apple quality. Foliar application of bacilli preparation as effective plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria broadens the spectrum of their availability for orchard application.

Nowadays the customer is classified with external customers and the inside customers. Which are not only end users who consume products but also all people who contribute to their earnings through the management activity of the enterprise. Furthermore, the fact that the external customer satisfaction index and inside customer satisfaction index are closely related is supported by many researches. It is interpreted if the inside customer satisfaction is not improved, achievement of the external customer satisfaction cannot be easy. In this paper, First, we will deduce the inefficient index through DEA model in each department after setting up the weight of items of inside customer satisfaction and measuring them. Second, as well as research entire models about improvement methods of inside customer satisfaction getting improvement methods for reaching a goal in the minimum amount of efforts.

In this paper, we try to find success factor to satisfy Female Customer of a Family Restaurant We survey Female Customers Requirement and make a Questionnaire based on Female Customer by interview and internet Homepage. We find Potential customer satisfying factor by using Kano Analysis and Timko's CS coefficient and Potential Customer Satisfactionv improvement Index(PCSI) which is suggested by Leem represents how much a service feature can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the service feature is fully fulfilled. We also discuss how to use this result, we hope our result to apply customer satisfying many fields not only Family Restaurant.

Purpose: This paper reviews the papers on quality innovation issues which are published in the Journal of the Korean Society for Quality Management (KSQM) since 1965. The literature review is purposed to survey a variety of quality innovation issues Methods: We divide all of quality innovation issues into 2 categories: quality control circle, quality innovation and improvement Results: Dividing all of papers on quality innovation published in KSQM for 50 years into 2 categories, we provide a chronological roadmap for individual categories, and summarize the contents and contributions of surveyed papers Conclusion: The review paper is expected to provide future direction to improve quality innovation theory and practices in manufacturing and service industries

Recently, the Severe Disaster Punishment Act (January 27, 2022) was implemented, and the importance of industrial safety and health is being re-recognized. In addition, the reality is that the management burden is increasing, such as investing huge costs in reducing safety accidents centered on large companies. In this situation, we would like to help improve the working environment consistent with safety and health by deriving diagnosis and improvement measures for the current situation through a survey of production workers working in mid-sized and small-sized enterprises.

Smart home in the 4th industrial revolution environment is where all devices in the home are connected to each other to provide the optimal living environment desired by the user. Artificial intelligence speakers are being used as a way to manage and control all devices used in this environment. The function of an artificial intelligence speaker ranges from simple music playback to serving as an interface that controls and manages all devices in a smart home space. In this study, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers based on the current status of domestic and overseas markets and the survey contents of two organizations (Korea Consumer Agency and Korea Information and Communication Policy Institute (KISDI)). In addition, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers. Based on the results of responses from users from two related organizations, major problems were derived, and major improvement measures, such as discovering new functions and improving voice recognition performance, were also described.

This thesis is to research for analysis of ISO 9000 Quality Management System application status of small & medium-sized Industrial Companies. For this research, 10 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard were selected. By using an evaluation method and a software for analysis of application, this thesis compared, analyzed and evaluated the application status before and after certificate of ISO 9000, and identified the performance and difficulty of QMS application, and then proposed improvement methodology for ISO 9000 effective application.

In this paper, we proposed the novel device and process design to enhance the uniformity of low-temperature poly-Si TFTs fabricated by sequential lateral solidification (SLS). The proposed design schemes can avert the conventional two-shot SLS process-induced issues. Moreover, different design considerations between conventional excimer laser crystallization and the SLS process were also proposed and discussed.

Numerous motivational methodologies were analyzed with respect to improvement of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the industrial field. Common industrial protective devices under consideration included hearing protection devices, respiratory protection devices, eye and face protection devices, etc. It was found that several of such methods could readily be implemented in the real world to protect workers from hazardous industrial sterssors, such as intense noises, toxic air contaminants, and other dangerous industrial objects (e,g., chemicals). Current research issues and recommendations for future research are addressed.
