우리나라 항공기 부품산업의 현황과 발전전략 (Strategies for Building up Capabilities in the Korean Aircraft Sub-systems Industry)

  • The aircraft industry is a typical complex product system (CoPS) and one of the system integration industries. In this particular sector, industrial competitiveness is decided by technological capabilities in system level as well as subsystem level. Korea has been involved in the aircraft industry since early 1970s. Technological capability in the system level has been developed based on military aircraft production program. However, subsystem and component level capabilities have been remained less developed. In this paper, the capability building process as well as current problem; of the Korean aircraft industry have been examined. In conclusion, capability building up strategies in the Korean aircraft industry has been suggested.

  • 벤처 창업이 크게 늘었으나 단기 성과로 성공여부를 판단하기는 어려우며, 지속적인 성장 전망을 보여주지 않고서는 기업의 생존을 담보할 수 없다. 벤처기업의 성장 요인으로 기술사업화역량 수준과 경쟁전략에 따른 경쟁력 수준이 중요하게 다루어지는 가운데 최근에는 혁신적인 비즈니스모델의 등장이 새로운 사업기회를 창출하면서 수많은 벤처 스타트업들의 성장을 견인하고 있다. 본 연구는 기술사업화역량 및 경쟁전략이 벤처기업의 성장전망에 미치는 영향관계에서 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 벤처기업정밀실태조사 원데이터를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기술사업화역량의 제품화, 생산화, 마케팅 역량 및 경쟁전략의 원가우위, 차별화 수준은 성장전망에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 생산화역량을 제외한 모든 요인과 성장전망 간에 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과도 검증되었다. 본 연구는 단기적 기업성과 외에 장기적 성장전망에 미치는 영향요인을 새롭게 조명하고 비즈니스모델 혁신이라는 새로운 매개변수를 밝히는 등 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 향후 연구에서는 객관적 측정도구의 개발, 산업특성에 따른 차이 규명이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • In this paper, a digital oscilloscope is implemented using a C54x DSK with PC. This digital oscilloscope has some basic measurement functions with a capability to change Volt/Div and Time/Div as well as to set appropriate trigger level automatically. Also several stored waveforms and current input waveform can be displayed simultaneously. Experimetal results show that our approaches are versatile and cost-effective particularly in educational installment.

  • To analyze dynamic characterics for a motorcar, the creating and the hammering test methods are introduced. This paper has studied the method of computing the natural frequency of the impulse wave on a tire, the decay constant which determines the absorption capability for the impulsive force. Moreover we have examined the reliability for the decay constant calculated, in this paper theoritical results are agreed with the simulated ones.

  • In this paper, we propose a new neural architecture. We synthesize the architecture from a combination of structures known as MRCCN (Multi-resolution Radial-basis Competitive and Cooperative Network) and BPN (Backpropagation Network). The proposed neural network is able to improve the learning speed of MRCCN and the mapping capability of BPN. The ability and effectiveness of identifying a ninlinear dynamic system using the proposed architecture will be demonstrated by computer simulation.

Development of a Composite Revenue Sharing-Quantity Flexibility Contract

  • In supply chain management, the supply contract can induce collaboration and coordination among the supply chain members in order to optimize supply chain performance. Numerous supply contracts have been examined; however, some difficulties related to the application of these contracts still occur. One of the solutions is to apply the composite supply contract which can assist in the supply chain coordination. This research examines the composite contract of the revenue sharing and quantity flexibility contracts in a two-stage supply chain, which comprises a retailer and a supplier. In this research, a mathematical model of the composite contract is developed; then, the applicability of the proposed composite contract is examined by investigating its capability in terms of supply chain coordination and profit allocation. In the numerical experiments, the composite revenue sharing-quantity flexibility contract showed that it is superior to both component contracts in terms of supply chain coordination and profit allocation among supply chain members.

네트워크분석과 기술성장모형을 이용한 기술기획 : 증강현실 기술의 특허를 활용하여 (A Technology Planning Approach Based on Network and Growth Curve Analyses : the Case of Augmented Reality Patents)

  • As technologies' life-cycle shortens and their development directions are uncertain, firms' technology planning capability becomes increasingly important. Prior patent-based studies using technology growth curves identify developmental stages of technologies, thereby formulating technology development directions from an overall perspective. However, a technology generally consists of multiple sub-technologies and accordingly their development stages are likely various. In this regard, the prior studies failed to identify core sub-technologies and their specific development directions. Therefore, we suggest an approach consisting of 1) identifying core sub-technologies of a given technology using patent co-classifications and social network analysis, and 2) identifying each sub-technology's development stage and thereby determining its further development direction. We apply our approach to patents related to augmented reality to examine its applicability. It is expected that our approach will help identify evolving development stages for the core sub-technologies of a given technology, thereby effectively assisting technology experts in technology planning processes.

  • 스테인레스강의 산세공정에서 사용하는 질산으로 인한 환경문제를 해결하기 위하여 질산을 포함하지 않는 새로운 산세용액을 개발하고자 하였다. 산세용액의 반복 사용 시의 산세성능과 모재의 침식 정도를 기준으로 연구한 결과, 산 1%, 불산 및 과산화수소 각 2% 의 조성을 갖는 용액이 기존의 질산-불산 용액과 유사한 수준의 우수한 산세특성을 나타내었다. 또한 산세능을 유지하기 위해서는 염산 대비 과산화수소의 비율을 0.5 이상 유지해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

휴대폰 후면 커버의 공정시간 단축에 따른 치수 편차의 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of the Dimensional Deviation due to the Shortening of the Cycle Time for Rear Cover of Mobile Phone)

  • In this study, we investigated the optimization of process conditions by using the Six Sigma process, design of experiment (DOE) method and response surface method (RSM) to resolve dimensional deviation and appearance problems arising from the shortened process time of the mobile phone rear cover. The analysis of the trivial many was performed by 2-sample T-test and cooling time, and mold temperature and packing pressure were selected as the vital fews affecting the overall width of the product. The optimal conditions of the process were then studied using the DOE and the RSM. We analyzed the improvement effects by applying the selected optimal conditions to the production process and the results showed that the difference between the mean value and target value of the overall width stood at 0.01 mm, an improvement of 88.89% compared to current process that fell within the range of standard dimension. The short-term process capability stood at $4.77{\sigma}$, which implied an excellent technology level despite a decrease by $0.22{\sigma}$ compared to the current process. The difference in process capability decreased by $2.44{\sigma}$ to $0.41{\sigma}$, showing a significant improvement in management capability. Ultimately, the process time of the product was shortened from 18.3 seconds in the current process to 13.65 seconds, resulting in a 34.07% improvement in production yield.
