One of the biggest change in the distributive market recently is that the development of private brand is progress actively since consumers purchasing behavior is tend to shift to resonable and practical planned purchase from brand image or brand name. Once the development of private brands is done successfully, the independent merchandising distinguished from other distribution companies is established, store image through customer satisfaction is strengthen and volume of sales and profit are increased. However, the existing studies in this field have not dealt with this matter systematically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose an integrated framework within which to view private brand proneness. Factors found to influence private brand proneness included perceived cost, with private brand, perceived value for money, store fame, perceived risk, perceived quality variation between national and private brand products. Foe empirical analysis, the data were collected from 211 consumers who purchased the private brands in discount store and department store. With the collected survey data, reliability test, factor analysis for validity test and regression analysis for hypotheses test were conducted. Most hypotheses were accepted but on hypotheses were rejected negative relation of perceived cost and private brand proneness. Research results indicate that private brand proneness is affected by perceived value, perceived fame and there are negative relation between private brand proneness and perceived quality variation.

In this paper, the magnetic field influence on the wave propagation characteristics of graphene nanosheets is examined within the frame work of a two-variable plate theory. The small-scale effect is taken into consideration based on the nonlocal strain gradient theory. For more accurate analysis of graphene sheets, the proposed theory contains two scale parameters related to the nonlocal and strain gradient effects. A derivation of the differential equation is conducted, employing extended principle of Hamilton and solved my means of analytical solution. A refined trigonometric two-variable plate theory is employed in Kinematic relations. The scattering relation of wave propagation in solid bodies which captures the relation of wave number and the resultant frequency is also investigated. According to the numerical results, it is revealed that the proposed modeling can provide accurate wave dispersion results of the graphene nanosheets as compared to some cases in the literature. It is shown that the wave dispersion characteristics of graphene sheets are influenced by magnetic field, elastic foundation and nonlocal parameters. Numerical results are presented to serve as benchmarks for future analyses of graphene nanosheets.

비정상적인 척추 질환 및 기능은 단순한 근·골격계 문제 외에도 항상성을 방해하고 직·간접적인 생리적 부작용을 일으킬 수 있다. 특히 척추를 통해 나오는 신경이 면역체계를 조절하는 기관에 적절한 신호를 전달하지 못하면 면역 기능의 일부 또는 전부에 문제가 생겨 더 많은 질병에 노출될 수 있다. 이 연구는 기본적인 해부학 및 생리학적 지식에 초점을 맞추고 척추 기능이 잠재적으로 면역 기능을 유지하거나 개선하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 잠재적 메커니즘을 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 조혈, 스트레스, 호흡, 척추와 신경의 관계, 면역체계와 관련된 척추의 역할을 살펴보고 이러한 역할이 면역기능에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인한다.

본 논문에서는 판형 열교환기 등에 널리 이용되고 있는 순 티타늄 판재의 프레스 성형성을 평가하기 위해 인장실험을 수행하였고 인장실험결과를 가장 잘 피팅할 수 있는 가공경화 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 항복곡면의 도출을 위해 단축변형, 평면변형, 순수전단변형 등 다양한 변형모드 하에서의 인장실험을 실시하였다. 이 제안된 모델을 Hora의 수정된 최대하중조건식에 적용하여 프레스 성형성을 평가하기 위해서 널리 사용되고 있는 성형한계선을 예측하였고 그 결과를 장출성형실험에서 구한 성형한계선과 비교하였다. 도출한 항복곡면을 잘 묘사하기 위한 이방성 항복조건식과 본 연구에서 제안된 가공경화 모델은 순 티타늄 판재의 프레스 성형성의 척도인 성형한계선을 잘 예측함을 알 수 있었다.

2개 논리식에 대해서 어떤 논리식 F의 일부가 다른 논리식 G 전체를 포함하고 있을 때, 논리식 F의 일부분을 논리식 G로 대치한 식을 대입식이라고 한다. 논리식 사이에 대입 관계가 성립되면 전체 논리식에 사용된 리터럴 개수를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 대입 관계가 성립하지 않는 경우 대입식으로부터 얻을 수 있는 간략화 효과가 없게 되어 상대적으로 리터럴 개수를 줄이는 효과가 줄어들게 된다. 지금까지의 연구들이 주어진 논리식들 자체에 대해서 논리식들 사이의 대입 관계를 찾고, 대입이 가능하면 대입식을 산출하기 위한 방법을 제안하였는데, 본 논문에서는 논리식들 사이에 대입식이 만들어지도록 필요한 항을 추가하고, 다시 추가된 항들에 대한 보정을 통해 대입식을 산출하는 논리합성 방법을 제안한다. 최적화하고자 하는 2개의 논리식들로부터 항추가를 위한 행렬을 만들고, 행렬에서 항이 추가 가능한 묶음 찾고 추가된 항에 대해 보정을 하여 대입식이 완성된다. 실험결과 여러 벤치마크 회로에 대하여 제안한 방법이 기존 합성도구보다 리터럴 개수를 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

개인들의 생활양식이 변화함에 따라 소비성향도 크게 변화하고 있다. 개인이 지니고 있는 독특한 생활양식은 소비생활에 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 최근 들어 개인의 소비 패턴은 신용 카드 사용에 따른 많은 변화를 보이고 있다. 특히 개인의 생활양식 또는 카드 브랜드의 지각과 품질에 대한 지각 차이가 카드 선택의 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 따라서 신용 카드 회사에서는 카드 사용자들의 특성을 분석하고자 많은 연구를 시도하고 있다. 그렇지만 개인의 생활양식과 카드에 대한 브랜드, 품질 지각 및 카프 선택의 관계 구조를 명확하게 연구한 사례는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 각 요인간의 관계구조를 분석하여 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기초를 제공하고자 하였다.

Applicability of existing methods of predicting consolidation settlement was assessed by analyzing results of centrifuge tests modelling self-weight consolidation of soft marine clay. From extensive literature review about self-weight consolidation of soft marine clays located in southern coast in Korea, constitutive relationships of void ratio-effective stress-permeability and typical self-weight consolidation curves with time were obtained by centrifuge model experiments. For the condition of surcharge loading, exact solution of consolidation settlement curve was obtained by Terzaghi's consolidation theory and was compared with the results predicted by currently available methods such as Hyperbolic method, Asaoka's method, Hoshino's method and ${\sqrt{S}}$ method. All methods were found to have their own inherent error to predict final consolidation settlement. From results of analyzing the self-weight consolidation with time by using those methods, Asaoka's method predicted the best. Hyperbolic method predicted relatively well in error range of 2~24% for the case of showing the linearity in the relationship between T vs T/S in the stage of consolidation degree of 60~90 %. For the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ showing the lineality after the middle stage, error range from Hoshino method was close to those from Hyperbolic method. However, Hoshino method is not able to predict the final settlement in the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ being horizontal. For the given data about self-weight consolidation after the middle stage, relation curve of T vs T/S from ${\sqrt{S}}$ method shows the better linearity than that of T vs $T/{\sqrt{s}}$ from Hyperbolic method.

본 연구에서는 4개 뮤추얼펀드 유형을 대상으로 한국시장에서의 펀드 성과와 펀드 현금흐름 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 주별 및 월별 자료를 사용한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 양자 간의 관계는 펀드의 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있으며, 같은 주식형 펀드인 일반주식형 펀드와 인덱스형 펀드 역시 다른 결과를 보여주고 있다. 두 번째, 양자 간의 관계는 펀드시장의 구조변화 이전/이후 기간에서 다른 양상을 보여 시장의 구조변화가 동 관계에 무시할 수 없는 영향을 미쳤음을 보여주었다. 세 번째, 수익률을 추구하는 현금흐름(return chasing flow)은 채권형 펀드에서 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 일반주식형펀드 및 MMF에서는 구조변화 이후 기간에서만 나타났다. 그러나 인덱스형 펀드에서는 전혀 관측되지 않았다. 네 번째, 펀드현금흐름이 향후의 펀드 성과에 미치는 영향은 오직 MMF에서만, 그리고 구조변화 이후의 기간에서만 관측되었다.

창업에 대한 기대가 성장의도에 미치는 영향을 살필 본 연구목적은, 현재 중국 및 한국에서 기업경영하고 있는 기업가들을 대상으로 창업 초기에 가졌던 기대감과 창업 이후 성장의도에 어떤 영향이 있었는지를 확인하고자 양국 간의 차이를 발견하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 기업가의 기대는 창업에 대한 기대로, 창업창출 및 성장의도는 기업가의 주도적 생각으로 정의되었다. 총 489 개 표본 연구결과에 따르면 제시된 상위가설은 모두 채택되었다. 즉 양국 기업가의 창업에 대한 기대는 창업 창출, 그리고 성장의도에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 양국 기업가의 특성 간에 서로 차이가 비교했으므로, 창업에 대한 기대는 창업창출에 미치는 영향에서 한국 기업가들이 중국 기업가들보다 강하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으면서 창업창출은 성장의도에 미치는 영향에서 양국 기업가들 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the relation between procedural justice and organizational commitment. A survey was conducted to examine the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the responses of 529 employees. The study chose sex, age, education, position, job type and career as control variable, and the regression model which treated procedural justice as independent variable and organizational commitment as criterion variables were set. A pay satisfaction was supposed as mediating variable of these relationships. The data analysis was conducted by SAS 9.4ver and LISREL 8.80. The results of this study confirm underneath the followings. First, the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment are significantly unique. Second, procedural justice are positively related to pay satisfaction. Third, pay satisfaction is significantly positively related to organizational commitment. Fourth, the pay satisfaction is partially mediated on the relationship between procedural justice and organizational commitment. This means that the pay satisfaction mediates the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay satisfaction as mediating variable of procedural justice and organizational commitment. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.
