The X-12-ARIMA program was utilized on the analysis of the time series trend on 76 Korean industrial activities data in order to ensure that the trading day effect adjustment as well as the seasonal effect adjustment is needed to extract the fundamental trend-cycle factors from various economic time series data. The trading day effect is strongly correlated with the activity of production and shipping but not with the activity of inventory. Furthermore, the industrial activities were classified with respect to the sensitivity on the tranding day effect.

As the ICT is an industry which is the basis of the technology convergence, it is the driving force of development for new business opportunities and existing industries. But, most of the existing studies for ICT convergence have identified the trend for convergence in technological terms. So, it is difficult to identify the convergence trend in the subject innovation perspective which leads the innovation activities In the ICT industry. The newly entered companies in the ICT industry are key indicators to identify the convergence trend. They have two specific characteristics that show the wide range of the convergence technology and the application rate of the convergence. Because previous studies did not take into account these two characteristics of the newly entered companies, so it is hard to analyze the exact convergence trend. Therefore, in this paper, we classify the patents for the ICT industry depending on the subject innovation. Then, we deduct the core convergence technology in the ICT industries and application area of the non-ICT industries.

기업이 생산하고 있는 생산고추세를 이익도표에 의해서 그 유동상태를 수식화 함으로서 경영활동의 흐름을 과학화하면서 사실의 파악을 체계화하는 연구로서 이제까지의 연구에서는 이들이 폐쇄적이며 개별적인 부문활동으로만 전개됨으로서 전사적 경영이 결여되면서 생산활동에 대한 기업수익과의 상관분석이 불가능했던 것이나 본 연구에서는 이익도표와 생산고추세를 통합함으로서 새로운 체계를 마련하는 동시에 사전분석기법을 개발하고자 시도한 것이다.

본 논문은 2000년대 한국의 16개 시도의 기업가정신 추이를 분석하고 지역별 기업가정신의 결정요인을 분석했다. 최근 2008년의 기업가정신은 광역시를 중심으로 과거보다 크게 위축된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업가정신의 결정요인 분석을 통해 연구개발투자, 재산권 보호, 산업집중도, 지방정부 재정지출의 GDP 대비 규모가 기업가정신의 주요한 결정요인임을 확인했다. 연구개발투자 및 재산권 보호의 확대는 기업가정신을 촉진하고 지방정부 규모의 확대는 기업가정신을 저해하는 것으로 나타났다. 산업집중도의 경우 전체 기업가정신에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않지만, 특정지역의 산업구조가 특정 산업에 편중될수록 개인사업체의 기업가정신은 위축되는 반면 회사법인사업체의 기업가정신은 확대되는 것으로 분석됐다.

본 논문에서는 미래전 양상을 통해서 전력증강사업의 발전방향을 제시한다. 이는 국방획득체계의 변화상황과 국내외 체계분석, 전력증강사업의 현황 및 문제점을 통해서 가능하리라 판단하며, 향후 무인지상로봇, 무인기, 무인함정의 발전방향에 대한 연구에서 다양한 방향으로 응용연구가 가능할 것이라 판단된다. 한국의 무인체계의 발전방향을 제시함에 있어 벤치마킹의 효과가 있을 것을 사료된다.

Industrial engineering has played a central role in creating knowledge on quality control and reliability engineering (Q&R) and delivering such knowledge to various industries. This special issue paper is prepared in celebration of the $40^{th}$ anniversary of the Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers (KIIE), and includes discussions on how Q&R areas have evolved over almost 100 years and on the current domestic and international trends of Q&R activities in industry as well as in academia. To identify academic research trends, all Q&R related papers published in the Journal of the Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers (JKIIE) and IE Interfaces are examined and classified according to their research topics. Recent Q&R related papers published in IIE Transactions are also examined and classified in a similar manner, and the papers published in KIIE journals are compared with those in IIE Transactions with respect to the research areas emphasized, yearly trend of each research area, type of systems studied, research approaches and methodologies adopted, etc. In addition, quality control activities in domestic industries are evaluated based on a recent survey conducted by Korea Productivity Center, and for domestic reliability engineering activities, government-led projects and their accomplishments over the past decade are introduced. Based on the above, recommendations are made for the future directions of academic research and Q&R activities in industry.

The importance of the industrial safety has been growing gradually as well as the prevention activities on industrial accidents. Industrial accident rates have been decreasing by the prevention activities. However, the fatal industrial accidents such as the death tend to increase and risk per accident has increased. The previous studies on the industrial accidents focus on the entire accidents. However, these studies are lacking for the fatal industrial accidents such as the death. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and trend of death which occurred by industrial accident, based on the real data of deaths collected last 5 years from 1999 to 2003 in korea. This paper suggests a analysis method using MDS(MultiDimensional Scaling) that considers accidents variables and properties simultaneously. We evaluate MDPREF (Multidimensional Analysis of Preference Data), one of the MDS analysis, to know the relations between the type of industry and region as well as the type of industry and occupation. This paper finds the type of industry which has high possibilities of death by regional groups. In addition, we find the type of occupation which has high possibilities of death by the type of industry. These findings indicate that industrial classification should be differently controled according to type of occupation and region.

본 연구에서는 정보통신 시장의 급격한 변화를 감지하고 경제 및 사회적 미래예측을 통하여 고객의 니즈에 부합하는 미래기술을 발굴하기 위한 방법으로 통계적 메타분석(meta analysis)을 응용하여 미래기술예측을 실시하였다. 특히 미래기술개발을 위한 주요 핵심트렌드를 기술, 고객니즈 차원에서 검토하고, 도출된 동인과 장애요인을 기반으로 하여 통계적 메타 분석을 응용하여 미래기술을 예측하였으며, 정보통신(information and communication technology, ICT)분야에서 메타 분석을 이용하여 예측 가능한 미래기술을 도출하여 미래기술개발 로드맵을 구축하였다.
