다문화청소년의 개인요인, 정서요인, 부모요인, 사회·환경 요인이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Individual Factors, Emotion Factors, Parents' Factors, and Social Environmental Factors on Career Decision Making of Adolescents with Multicultural)

  • 본 연구는 다문화청소년의 개인·정서·부모·사회·환경적 요인이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사대상자는 현재 고등학교에 재학 중이며 아버지가 한국인인 다문화청소년 1,146명을 다문화청소년패널(MAPS) 7차 자료에서 추출해 다중회귀분석으로 검증했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 다문화청소년의 개인 요인인 자아존중감과 사회·환경적 요인인 학교생활적응 및 다문화 수용이 진로미결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서적 요인으로 우울증과 부모요인인 방임이 진로미결정에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 부모-자녀 의사소통은 진로미결정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와같은 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 진로 미결정을 사전에 예방하고 진로미결정을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

유연한 인적자원관리제도가 개인적 양면성에 미치는 영향: 경영진 신뢰의 조절효과 (The Effect of Flexible Human Resource Management on Individual Ambidexterity: The Moderating Effect of Trust in Management)

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationship between flexible Human Resource Management (HRM) and individual ambidexterity and the moderating effect of trust in management. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 971 survey data from employees in Korea. The Confimatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings - First, the flexible human resource management have a positive effect on individual ambidexterity. Second, trust in management positively moderate the relationship between flexible human resource management and individual ambidexterity. Research implications or Originality - First, this study is critical that it examines individual ambidexterity and antecedent factor, which have not been relatively researched in Korea. This study is meaningful in that it revealed that the individual ambidexterity can be increased through flexible human resource management. Second, individual ambidexterity may vary depending on the characteristics of the human resource management system. Third, it is important to find the boundary condition of trust in management. By finding conditions that enhance the effect of flexible human resource management on individual ambidexterity, it also provides practical implications applicable to companies.

What are the Individual's Real Cares to Switch Personal Cloud Services?

  • As the fast development of information technology (IT), abundant attractive alternatives have showed up and challenged to the traditional information technology (IT). Cloud services, the hottest representative among these alternatives, has attracted the attention from all walks of life. Considering the diversity of cloud services, this study attempts to find out the important factors affected on individual's switching intention from incumbent IT to cloud services mainly based on two-factor theory (switching enablers and switching inhibitors) and explore the direct influences of these factors on individual's switching intention. According to our findings, individual's switching intention to cloud services is not only positively influenced by switching enablers but also negatively influenced by switching inhibitors. All the switching enablers in this study (perceived omnipresence, perceived collaboration support and perceived compatibility of cloud services) have positively significant influences on individual's switching intention as well as the switching inhibitors (usage habit of incumbent IT and perceived risk of cloud services) have negatively significant influences on individual's switching intention. It's noteworthy that satisfaction of incumbent IT has insignificant influence on individual's switching intention in this study. Moreover, as we expected, both social influence and personal innovativeness have significant influences on the generation of individual's switching intention.

The Effects of Job Crafting on Work Engagement and Work Performance: A Study of Vietnamese Commercial Banks

  • The purpose of this study is to identify elements of job crafting impacts on work engagement and individual work performance in Vietnamese commercial banks. The research data, collected from 226 bank officers, uses the quantitative research tools as: Cronbach's Alpha Analysis, Explanatory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis as well as Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the hypothesis test show that only two hypotheses (H2, H3) are accepted: the impact of cognitive crafting on work engagement of bank officers (H2) and the impact of work engagement on individual work performance (H3). However, three remaining relationships (H1, H4, H5) are not accepted in the study: the impact of relational crafting on work engagement of bank officers (H1), the impact of relational crafting on individual work performance of bank officers (H4) and the impact of cognitive crafting on individual work performance of bank officers (H5). The study results indicate that cognition on job crafting leaves positive impacts on work engagement, leading to individual work performance enhancement. On the other hand, the relational crafting element implies contribution on neither collective nor individual working performances. Furthermore, no direct effect of cognition on job crafting to individual performance has been identified.

시민의 개인적 특성과 범죄두려움 관계 분석 (Analysis on the Relations of Citizen's Personal Character and Fear of Crime)

  • 범죄두려움의 원인을 설명하기 위한 최근의 연구들에서는 성, 연령, 경제수준, 범죄 피해경험 등의 미시적인 개인수준과 거시적인 지역수준과의 연계를 시도하는 연구에 관심과 노력을 보이고 있다. 하지만 이 연구에서는 이러한 지역수준의 특성에 대한 개인의 관심과 해석은 개인의 특성으로서 과거의 범죄피해경험, 범죄피해의 취약성 정도, 범죄관련 정보에 대한 관심에 따라 다를 수 있다고 보며, 미시적인 수준과 거시적인 수준의 연계를 시도하기에 앞서 개인적인 수준에서 개인의 특성과 범죄두려움의 관계에 대해서 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 범죄두려움이 과연 개인의 특성에 따라서 어떻게 느끼게 되며 또한 얼마나 많은 영향을 받게 되는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 조사결과 우선 범죄피해경험이 집단간의 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 인구통계학적 특성은 연령, 결혼상태, 최종학력, 거주하는 장소였으며, 범죄피해의 취약성 정도는 성별과 결혼상태, 범죄관련 정보에 대한 관심은 성별, 연령, 최종학력, 가족 수입, 거주장소 위치에 따라서 집단 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성 요인과 범죄두려움의 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 독립변수 세요인 모두 범죄두려움과 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내고 있었으며, 특히 범죄피해에 대한 취약성 요인이 범죄두려움과 가장 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인의 특성으로서 범죄피해의 취약성, 범죄정보에 대한 관심, 범죄피해경험은 범죄두려움에 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 이러한 개인적 특성 요인 중 자신이 범죄피해에 대해 취약하다고 생각 하는 범죄피해의 취약성이 범죄두려움에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

노인의 학대경험에 영향을 미치는 요인의 인과모형 연구 (The causal model of effected factors for Elder Abuse)

  • 본 연구는 증가하는 노인학대에 대해 노인이 가지는 개인요인, 가족요인, 그리고 가족 내에 있는 가족 스트레스의 인과모형을 연구하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 경북에 거주하는 114명 노인을 대상으로 개인요인, 가족 요인, 가족스트레스, 노인학대의 관계를 SPSS통계프로그램과 구조방정식 모형분석인 AMOS를 통해 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 내렸다. 첫째, 노인학대는 가족스트레스와 정적인 상관관계를 가지고 있으나 개인요인과는 부적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 연구모형 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석을 통해 인과관계를 살펴보면 개인요인, 가족스트레스는 노인학대에 중요한 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개인요인은 가족스트레스를 감소시키며 가족스트레스는 노인학대와 밀접한 관계가 있음이 나타났다. 결론적으로 노인학대에 있어 가족 스트레스는 중요한 요인으로 발견되어 설령 노인의 개인요인이 노인학대가 발생할 가능성이 높은 경우라도 가족의 스트레스를 효과적으로 해소할 수 있도록 가족 스트레스관리 프로그램을 개발하여 시행하면 노인학대를 예방할 수 있다.

Factors Affecting Emotional·Behavioral Problems in Early Adolescence: A Multilevel Model Study

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the individual and environmental factors related to emotional/behavioral problems to early adolescence in Korea by applying multilevel modeling. Methods: From the database of the 2014 Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS), the researchers selected 1,977 adolescents who are in the second year of middle school. Multilevel model analysis was performed to estimate the impact of relevant factors at the individual and environmental levels. Results: At the individual level, the significant factors associated with emotional/behavioral problems included BMI and study tendency in boys, and drinking, study tendency and economic levels in girls. At the environmental level, the significant factor associated with emotional/behavioral problems included relationship with the teacher. Conclusion: The emotional/behavioral problems of early adolescence are influenced not only by the individual factors but also by the environment factor. Therefore, the environment surrounding the adolescents should also be considered to prevent emotional/behavioral problems.

개인 특성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Individual Characteristics Affecting User's Intention to Use Internet Shopping Mall)

  • Technology acceptance model(TAM) has been widely used to predict the end-user's acceptance of a new IT/IS. We used TAM as a theoretical foundation to explain user's intention to use an Internet shopping mall. The theoretical model is tested with the questionnaires from 308 users of an Internet shopping mall. Results show that several individual characteristics such as Internet skills and self-efficacy have a significant impact on user's perception of usefulness and ease of use. Results also show that both perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness of Internet shopping mall strongly predict intention to use the Internet shopping mall. However, perceived ease of use has no direct influence on intention to use the Internet shopping mall. Personal innovativeness and Internet skills also have a positive effect on perceived enjoyment. Therefore, Internet shopping mall managers have to consider intrinsic motivational factor(enjoyment) as well as extrinsic motivational factor(usefulness). In addition, individual characteristics should be emphasized to form the positive beliefs about using the Internet shopping mall.

중환자실 근무환경 특성에 대한 간호사의 인지도와 선호도 도구 검증 (Confirmatory Analysis of Perception and Preference Scales for Work Characteristics among Korean Nurses)

  • The study was conducted to centum the construct of individual perception and preference for work characteristics as personal factors influencing Korean nurses' job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 231 nurses who are currently working in intensive care units and have been for a minimum of 6 months. The study used the Staff Perception and Preference Scale(Song et al., 1997) to measure the individual's perception and preference on the technical. practice. and management components of the ideal work environment. The Korean version of the Staff Perception and Preference Scale consists of 16 items on perception and 13 on preference with each item related on a scale from 1(not at all) to 4(a great deal). Psychometric testing revealed that the preference and perception scale is internally consistent with Chronbach's alphas of .83 for perception scale arid .80 for preference scale. The subscales of the perception and preference scale also showed acceptable reliability for the early stage of the development of the instruments with Chronbach alphas of .62-.76 and .69-.83 respectively. Criterion-related validity of the scale was tested by examining correlations with individual growth need that is conceptually close to individual preference. but not to individual perception. Individual growth need was significantly related to individual preference(r=.63, p<.05), but the correlation with the perception scale was not significant. A separate factor analysis for the each of perception and preference scales was performed with a three-factor loading solution based on a previous study. The results on the staff perception scale confirmed with varimax rotation that the items were cleanly and strongly loaded on technique. practice and management components, which together explained 50.7% of the variance. The factor analysis on the staff preference scale also yielded a three factor solution that explained 56.7% of the variance. but items on technique and management components were loaded together. This phenomena may due to the current nursing delivery system in Korea where nurses never experience either shared governance nor case management, and as a results they may not be able to consider management roles as their potential extended roles. Therefore, more efforts should be given to enhance nurses' autonomy and decision making in the technique, practice and management components of their work environment. Meanwhile, there is a need for continuously confirming and developing tools for individual perception and preferences to effectively enhance job satisfaction among Korean nurses through innovative work environments.

구조방정식을 활용한 개인연금 가입의 결정요인 분석 (An analysis of determinants of individual's pension purchase using structural equation model)

  • 본 연구는 구조방정식모형 (SEM)을 활용하여 개인연금의 가입에 영향을 주는 심리요인들 간의 인과관계와 장수정서의 매개효과를 실증하고자 하였다. 전국 7대 도시에 거주하는 928명의 일반인을 대상으로 실시한 설문자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 개인연금의 가입에는 장수가능성, 대처효용성, 장수지식 (인지요인), 보험사 신뢰 (사회요인), 금융이해력 (금융요인)이 직접적으로 영향을 주었다. 장수감정, 장수가능성, 국가신뢰, 대처효용성이 장수정서 (두려움과 걱정)에 영향을 주었으나, 장수정서를 매개로 하여 개인연금 가입에는 영향을 주지 못하였다. 본 연구를 통해 보험사에 대한 고객의 신뢰도와 잠재고객의 금융지식수준을 높이는 것이 개인연금의 판매활성화에 중요한 요인임을 재확인하였다. 장수할 가능성을 높게 생각하는 사람들이 개인연금을 가입한다는 사실은 연금보험시장에서도 역선택 가능성이 높음을 보여주었다.
