  • Purpose: The main objective of this research is to encourage the increase of local MSME businesses through the sustainable tourism sector in South Sulawesi by proposing a research model that focuses on increasing revisit intention. This, in turn, is expected to stimulate local trade and strengthen tourism attractiveness. Research design, data and methodology: A quantitative research method involving 190 domestic tourist respondents was employed, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through AMOS software was applied, and the Sobel test to assess indirect effects. Results: The research findings indicate that memorable customer experiences and travel motivations significantly influence destination image. However, travel motivation does not significantly affect revisit intention. Furthermore, memorable customer experiences and destination image significantly impact revisit intention. Notably, destination image plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between travel motivation and increased revisit intention. Conclusions: Memorable customer experiences and travel motivations directly contribute to the formation of a more positive destination image. Furthermore, memorable customer experiences drive the revisit intention, but travel motivation is not significant. Memorable customer experiences only influence revisit intention through the formed destination image. Additionally, the improvement of memorable customer experience and destination image increased revisit intention.

  • This study examined the impact of physically punished experiences in childhood on parents' use of corporal punishment with their own children. The sample of parents who had been exposed to family violence in childhood was obtained from 4th and 5th grade elementary school children. The sample consisted of 420 parents of which 292 were suitable for this study. Physically punished experiences or parents in childhood influenced aggression, and aggression had an impact on the corporal punishment of children i.e. physically punished experiences and coping strategy did not have a direct impact on the corporal punishment of children but had an indirect effect through aggression. Mothers whose parenting attitude was high in the shame were low in use of corporal punishment while mothers high in use of corporal punishment were low in shame.

  • Trustless, depression, happiness is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times. People face problems and hard circumstances every day due to an environment, social life, or traumatic developments in their lives. This study focused on a particular type of inconsistency patterns of behavior that experiences' students during the school time. Some students find depression interferes with their learning and test taking to such an extent that their grades are seriously affected. This study examined the awareness and readiness of a sample of Saudi Arabian high school teachers to recognize, understand, and respond to the ways in which students may respond to testing situations with depression. Findings suggest teachers learn from experience to use both direct and indirect ways to identify students with depression; employ test preparation and test taking strategies to help students reduce depression; and reach out to parents for additional assistance where teacher strategies are not sufficient.

  • Purpose: Nurse's second victim experiences could influence organizational negative work-related outcome. The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between nurses' second victim experience and third victim experience and multiple mediation effects of second victim supports. Methods: A cross-sectional, self-report survey (the Second Victim Experience and Support Tool) was conducted with 305 nurses working in a general hospital. Data were collected from October 20 to November 25, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS Win version 23.0. Results: The nurses' perceived second victim experience was $3.24{\pm}0.61$ and the third victim experience was $3.12{\pm}0.92$. Nurses' second victim experience was found to have a direct effect on increasing third victim experience and indirect effect of colleague support as mediator (p<.05). However, institutional support and supervisor support had not a partial and indirect effect on third victim experience. Conclusion:This study is one of the first to connect second victim experience to third victim experience in South Korea. This study broadens the understanding of the negative effects of a second victim experience influence third victim experience. When involvement in patient safety events, the important role of colleague support in limiting nurse's third victim experience have been acknowledged. This study reinforces the efforts health care leaders are making to develop interventional programs to colleague support their staff as they recover from adverse event involvement.

  • Purpose: Considering that nurses perform critical roles for caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to investigate core competencies in disaster nursing. This study aimed to identify influencing factors on core competencies in disaster nursing by examining relationships between attitudes toward disaster management, disaster preparedness, and core competencies in disaster nursing in university hospital nurses' experiences of caring for patients with COVID-19. Methods: The participants were nurses working in two university hospitals who had either experiences of caring for patients with COVID-19 or no experiences. A questionnaire was distributed to 198 participants between October and November 2021. Results: The findings of multiple regression analysis demonstrated that the factors related to core competencies in disaster nursing in the participants were disaster preparedness (β=.80, p<.001) and nurses' experiences of caring for patients with COVID-19 (β=.11, p=.007). Specifically, the factors related to core competencies in disaster nursing in those having experiences of direct caring for patients with COVID-19 were disaster preparedness (β=.84, p<.001) and marital status (β=.16, p=.001). The factors related to core competencies in disaster nursing in those with indirect caring for patients with COVID-19 were disaster preparedness (β=.75, p<.001) and an intention to participate in disaster response (β=.16, p=.037). Conclusion: Based on this study, it is important to develop disaster nursing education programs focusing on the full spectrum of disaster management including disaster preparedness, disaster response, and disaster recovery training.

  • This study tries to analyse the relationship between sexual attitudes and behaviors on the one hand and parent-child relationships on the other among college students in Korea. 1,237 students from different areas were surveyed. Sexual attitudes are subdivided into four aspects, namely, permissiveness, instrumentality, emotional exchange, and responsibility, and sexual behaviors into indirect and direct ones. Results are as follow. First, sexual attitudes and behaviors among the subjects are found being different, depending on such variables as sex, religion and dating experiences. Secondly, while being related with both indirect and direct sexual behaviors, the variable of co-residence with parents is significantly related with the aspect of permissiveness, but not with the other three aspects. Thirdly, the parent-child communication is significantly related with sexual attitudes. One who has an open pattern of communication with parents tends to have more desirable sexual attitudes and is better able to control sexual behaviors.
