구속된 다물체시스템의 선형화에 관한 연구 (A Linearization Method for Constrained Mechanical System)

  • This research proposes an implementation method of linearized equations of motion for multibody systems with closed loops. The null space of the constraint Jacobian is first pre-multiplied to the equations of motion to eliminate the Lagrange multiplier and the equations of motion are reduced down to a minimum set of ordinary differential equations. The resulting differential equations are functions of ail relative coordinates, velocities, and accelerations. Since the coordinates, velocities, and accelerations are tightly coupled by the position, velocity, and acceleration level constraints, direct substitution of the relationships among these variables yields very complicated equations to be implemented. As a consequence, the reduced equations of motion are perturbed with respect to the variations of all coordinates, velocities, and accelerations, which are coupled by the constraints. The position, velocity and acceleration level constraints are also perturbed to obtain the relationships between the variations of all relative coordinates, velocities, and accelerations and variations of the independent ones. The perturbed constraint equations are then simultaneously solved for variations of all coordinates, velocities, and accelerations only in terms of the variations of the independent coordinates, velocities, and accelerations. Finally, the relationships between the variations of all coordinates, velocities, accelerations and these of the independent ones are substituted into the variational equations of motion to obtain the linearized equations of motion only in terms of the independent coordinate, velocity, and acceleration variations.

독립 성분 분석을 이용한 얼굴인식 (Face recognition by using independent component analysis)

  • 신호처리 분야에서 미지의 신호원 분리에 주로 응용되는 독립 성분 분석법을 이용하여 얼굴인식을 할 수 있는 한 방식을 제안하였다. 하나의 얼굴영상 자체가 통계적으로 서로 독립인 어떤 미지의 특징영상의 합으로 표현될 수 있다고 가정하고 이 특징영상을 독립성분분석을 이용하여 구한 후, 새로운 얼굴이나 변화된 얼굴을 특징영상의 공간에 투영시켜 투영된 성분을 기준 얼굴영상과 비교하는 방법으로 인식을 수행하였다. 변화가 심한 여러 얼굴영상으로 구성된 데이터베이스(한 사람 당 10개씩의 변화된 400개의 얼굴 영상)에 대해 얼굴인식 실험을 수행하였고 또한 주성분 분석에 기초한 고유얼굴을 이용한 인식률과 비교 분석하였다. 제안된 방식은 주성분 분석법에 비해 높은 인식률을 제공하며, 특히 입력 얼굴 영상에 첨가되는 랜덤 잡음에 대단히 강한 특성을 갖는다.

Predictors of outcomes after the trans-obturator tape procedure in females with equal severity for stress and urge mixed urinary incontinence

  • Mixed urinary incontinence (UI) is common in women. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of anti-incontinence surgery in female patients with equally severe stress UI (SUI) and urge UI (UUI). All patients had equal severity of SUI and UUI. The postoperative cure rate was categorized into the cure group (CG) and failure group (FG). Postoperative satisfaction was categorized into the satisfaction group (SG) and the dissatisfaction group (DG). Statistical significance was set at P<0.05. Ninety patients (SG, 73.3%; DG, 26.7%; CG, 93.3%; FG, 6.7%) were included in the study. In the univariate analysis, body mass index (BMI), total bladder capacity, and overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) were significantly different between the SG and DG groups. Peak urinary flow, Valsalva leak point pressure (VLPP), and OABSS were significantly different between the CG and FG groups. In the multivariate analysis, OABSS (P=0.001) and BMI (P=0.032) were independent predictors of postoperative satisfaction. VLPP (P=0.023) was the only independent factor associated with the postoperative cure rate. In equal severity of SUI and UUI, VLPP was found to be the only independent factor associated with postoperative cure rates. Higher VLPP values were associated with higher cure rates. BMI and OABSS were identified as independent predictors of postoperative satisfaction, with lower BMI and OABSS associated with higher postoperative satisfaction.

도시농업 참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 가구 구성의 조절 효과 - (Factors Influencing Participation Intention in Urban Agriculture - Moderating Effects of Household Type -)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing participation intention in urban agriculture. The theoretical foundations of the study were Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Pine and Gilmore's Experiencel Economy. The type of household composition was set as the moderating variable between these independent and dependent variables. In order to test the research model, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted on 439 effective respondents. The empirical analysis results are as follows. Educational experience factors, escapist experience factors, attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, which were set as independent variables to positive (+) influence participation intention in urban agriculture. In addition, the impact of their influence relationship was as follows : perceived behavioral control > attitudes > escapist experience factor > subjective norm > educational experience factor. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect according to the household composition, there was a significant difference in the effect of educational experiences, escapist experiences, and subjective norm on participation intention in urban agriculture. Significant results were not tested on the moderating effects between attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and participation intention in urban agriculture. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, academic and practical implications were presented.

Three Color Algorithm for Two-Layer Printed Circuit Boards Layout with Minimum Via

  • The printed circuit board (PCB) can be used only 2 layers of front and back. Therefore, the wiring line segments are located in 2 layers without crossing each other. In this case, the line segment can be appear in both layers and this line segment is to resolve the crossing problem go through the via. The via minimization problem (VMP) has minimum number of via in layout design problem. The VMP is classified by NP-complete because of the polynomial time algorithm to solve the optimal solution has been unknown yet. This paper suggests polynomial time algorithm that can be solve the optimal solution of VMP. This algorithm transforms n-line segments into vertices, and p-crossing into edges of a graph. Then this graph is partitioned into 3-coloring sets of each vertex in each set independent each other. For 3-coloring sets $C_i$, (i=1,2,3), the $C_1$ is assigned to front F, $C_2$ is back B, and $C_3$ is B-F and connected with via. For the various experimental data, though this algorithm can be require O(np) polynomial time, we obtain the optimal solution for all of data.

지연누적에 기반한 화자결정회로망이 도입된 구문독립 화자인식시스템 (Text-Independent Speaker Identification System Using Speaker Decision Network Based on Delayed Summing)

  • 본 논문에서는 구문독립 화지인식 시스템에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 분류기를 두 단계로 나누어, 먼저 짧은 구간들에 대해서 각각의 화자에 속하는 정도를 계산하고, 다음에 계산된 결과들을 가지고 주어진 음성구간전체에 대해 가장 가능성이 높은 화자를 선택하는 구조를 제안한다. 첫번째 부분은 학습에 의해 스스로 조기하는 RBFN을 이용하여 구현하고 두번째 부분에서는 MAXNET과 지연합의 조합으로 화자를 결정한다. 이렇게 함으로써 지연합의 개수가 증가함에 따라 인식률이 100%가 되는 것을 모의 실험을 통하여 확인한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 음성의 프랙탈적인 특징이 화자인식에 사용될 수 있는지를 검토한다. 화자인식은 동질의 집단에서 13명의 성인만자의 목소리를 이용하여 닫힌집합(closed-set)의 경우로 모의실험을 하였고, 기존의 특징으로는 선형예측계수(LPC) 와 PC-cepstrum을 사용하였다.

  • 시간 속성을 갖는 이벤트 집합에서 동일한 이벤트 타입에 대한 이벤트 시퀀스는 하나의 이벤트로 요약될 수 있다. 그러나 정의된 시간 간격이 경과된 후 발생된 이벤트 타입은 하나 이상의 독립된 서브 이벤트 시퀀스로 요약하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문은 Allen의 시간 관계 대수에 기반하여 인터벌 이벤트를 요약하고, 요약된 인터벌 이벤트들로부터 인터벌 연관 규칙을 찾아내는 새로운 시간 데이터 마이닝 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 독립적인 서브 시퀀스 개념을 도입하고 인터벌 이벤트 사이의 연관 규칙을 탐사함으로써 질적으로 우수한 정보를 제공한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 지연혼합에서의 암묵신호분리를 위해 분리행렬의 초기 값을 설정하는 방법을 제안한다. 혼합신호의 상호상관행렬에 대한 고유분리를 분석한 후, 고유벡터의 지연정보를 이용하여 초기 값으로 설정한다. 제안하는 방법을 기존의 주파수영역 독립성분분석 (FDICA: Frequency domain independent component analysis)에 초기 값으로 설정하여 분리 성능을 향상시킨다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방법이 신호대간섭비 (SIR: Signal to Interference Ratio)가 우수하고 학습곡선의 수렴속도가 개선됨을 보인다.

표식 지도를 이용한 이동로봇의 광역 위치인식 및 kidnap recovery (Implementation of Global Localization and Kidnap Recovery for Mobile Robot on Feature Map)

  • We present an implementation of particle filter algorithm for global localization and kidnap recovery of mobile robot. Firstly, we propose an algorithm for efficient particle initialization using sonar line features. And then, the average likelihood and entropy of normalized weights are used as a quality measure of pose estimation. Finally, we propose an active kidnap recovery by adding new particle set. New and independent particle set can be initialized by monitoring two quality measures. Added particle set can re-estimate the pose of kidnapped robot. Experimental results demonstrate the capability of our global localization and kidnap recovery algorithm.
