미국 병원의 네트워크 유형 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 (Factors Influencing to Select Types of U.S. Hospital Network)

  • The study purpose was to find which factors affect selection of hospital network types. This study used the 1998 American Hospital Association Annual Survey Database from Health Forum. Among these U.S. hospitals, the researcher selected hospitals located in Metropolitan Statistical Areas. Therefore the final observation cases for analysis are 1,971 Metropolitan Statistical Area hospitals in the United States. To identify significant variables influencing hospital network types, the study used proportional odds logistics regression model on population size, Health Maintenance Organization penetration rate, and market competition rate of area including a hospital, types of hospital ownership, hospital bed size, proportion of Medicare patients and Medicaid patients in total hospital patients, and occupancy rate. Contrary to conventional wisdom, selection of hospital network types was influenced by population size of area which a hospital located, types of ownership, hospital bed size, and proportion of medicare patients rather than Health Maintenance Organization penetration. Population size 1,000,000-2,499,999 had the highest probability of selecting type IV (clinical-vertical integration) from an independent hospital, and a religious group owned hospitals and for-profit owned hospitals had the highest probability of selecting Type IV (clinical-vertical integration) from an independent hospital. A bed size had positive relation on selecting Type IV (clinical-vertical integration) from an independent hospital. Unlikely general belief that the selecting types of hospital network was determined by the change of health insurance policy such as Health Maintenance Organizations and Preferred Provider Organizations, the types of hospital network were influenced by community characteristics such as population size, and hospital characteristics.

자원가격 불확실성 하에 북미 독립계 E&P기업의 투자옵션 연구

  • 2000년 이래로 석유, 가스 등 에너지 가격이 지속적으로 상승하면서 에너지 안보는 그 어느 때보다 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 그 결과 에너지 확보를 위해 세계각국은 적극적으로 해외 자원개발에 나서고 있는 상황이며 관련 경쟁은 점점 치열해져 가고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 우리나라가 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 독립계 E&P기업의 투자 행태 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 자원의 고갈을 고려한 실물옵션 모형을 이용하여 북미 독립계 E&P기업의 투자 옵션에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대상기간인 2004년부터 2008년까지의 전반적인 시장 환경에서 독립계 E&P기업은 석유 프로젝트와 가스 프로젝트 모두 충분한 투자 타당성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 석유 프로젝트가 가스 프로젝트보다 기대 수익이 더 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 가스의 가격이 석유보다 낮고 가스 가격의 변동성이 석유가격보다 높은 것에서 기인한다.

국내 지상파 방송사의 콘텐츠 사업 특성 (Contents Business of Korean Terrestrial TV)

  • 다채널 방송환경이 도래하면서 과거에는 각기 다른 산업영역에 놓여 있던 방송사업자들이 동일한 시장으로 편입되어 시장을 선점하기 위한 치열한 경쟁에 돌입하고 있다. 이에 따라 지금까지 시장지배적 사업자로 군림해왔던 한국의 지상파방송사업자들도 변화된 방송환경에서 생존하기 위한 하나의 방안으로, 나아가 새로운 시장을 선점하기 위해 사업 다각화 전략을 활발하게 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 KBS, MBC, SBS 등 국내 지상파방송 3사를 중심으로 특히 최근 들어 더욱 본격화되고 있는 방송 콘텐츠 분야의 사업 다각화 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 지상파 방송사는 국내 최대의 콘텐츠 보유자이자 네트워크 소유자로서 유통 시장 확대에 따른 콘텐츠 사업의 수익 증대 효과를 철저하게 독점하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 독립제작사 및 독립 유통사들과 끊임없는 갈등을 초래하는 원인이 된다고 할 수 있다. 방송 3사 중에서는 SBS가 수익 창출을 위해 비교적 발빠른 행보를 보였으며, MPP(복수채널사용사업자) 분야에서는 MBC의 활약이 두드러진 것으로 나타났다.

지체장애인의 생활체육 참여도가 자립생활도 및 사회적 체형불안에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Participation in Sports for All on Independent Living and Social Physique Anxiety in People with Physical Disabilities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인의 생활체육 참여도가 자립생활도 및 사회적 체형불안에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2015년도 B시, K도, U시에 생활체육대회 참가자와 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인 311명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 분석, 단순회귀분석을 사용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료분석의 결과를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애인의 생활체육 참여도가 자립생활도 하위변인인 사회적 자립, 심리적 자립, 신체적 자립, 전체적인 자립생활도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지체장애인의 생활체육 참여도가 사회적 체형불안에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 자립생활도 하위변인인 신체적 자립, 전체적인 자립생활도가 사회적 체형불안에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 반면에 사회적 자립, 심리적 자립은 사회적 체형불안에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

독립 SW기업의 플랫폼 생태계 참여 결정요인 연구 (ISV's Patent Protection, Downstream Capability and Product Portfolio to Join Platform Ecosystem)

  • 본 논문은 국내 독립 SW기업(ISV, Independent Software Vendor)이 어떤 조건을 갖추었을때 플랫폼 생태계 참여에 더 적극적인가를 분석한 연구이다. 기업은 기술혁신의 결과를 전유할 수 있을 때와 해당 기술을 가치로 전환할 수 있는 보완자산(마케팅, 제조역량 등)을 보유한 경우 기술혁신에 적극적이다. 본 연구에서는 두 조건이 플랫폼 생태계 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또, SW기업이 보유한 제품 포트폴리오와 플랫폼의 서비스간 경쟁관계가 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 준다고 보고, 해당 요인의 영향도 분석하였다. 디지털 플랫폼 기업들과 파트너 협약을 한 국내 독립 SW기업 그리고 이에 대응하는 비슷한 수의 플랫폼 미참여 기업으로 표본집단을 구성하여 플랫폼 참여, 특허 및 개발 후 사업화 역량, 경쟁관계 등의 데이터를 취합하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과 특허 보유 여부는 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 주지 않았다. 혁신기술과 사업모델의 노출에 따른 위험보다 플랫폼 기업과 협력으로부터 발생하는 효익이 크다고 판단한 결과로 여겨진다. 반면, 사업화 역량 보유와 경쟁 관계는 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 주었다. 협력의 결과를 가치로 전환할 수 있는 사업화 역량을 보유한 경우 플랫폼 참여 가능성이 커진다. 또, 제품 포트폴리오가 플랫폼 서비스와 경쟁보다 보완관계가 될 때 협력에 적극적이다. 본 연구는 국내 독립 SW기업과 디지털 플랫폼 기업간 협력을 다룬 실증연구로서 해외에는 유사 선행 연구가 있지만 국내에는 유사한 연구사례가 없다. 플랫폼 생태계 참여 기업과 미 참여 기업을 표본집단으로 구성하여 플랫폼 생태계 참여 결정요인을 실증분석을 통해 규명하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

전통시장 내 소매업 경쟁구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on Retail Competition Structure in Traditional Market)

  • Purpose - Our Research is a study on the competition structure between retailers in traditional markets. Specifically, this study examined the effects of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in traditional markets on retail stores of small businesses. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution to the market encroachment of large retailers in traditional markets. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on the data of 'Market Survey of Traditional Market·Shopping Mall and Store Management in 2016' and 'Current status of SSM(Super SuperMarket), commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in the traditional market in 2017' conducted by Small Enterprise and Market Service. In this study, a multiple regression equation was constructed using the number of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart as an independent variable and sales, number of customers as a dependent variable for analysis. Results - The increase of SSM and commodity supply stores in the traditional market affects the sales decrease of the surrounding small merchants in the traditional market. This means that the SSM and commodity supply stores can lead to the decline of the traditional market. However, it has been found that the penetration of these companies in traditional markets does not affect the number of visitors. Second, Hanaro mart's entry into the traditional market has a negative impact on the sales and visitor numbers of the surrounding small-scale merchants. The increase in the number of food mart has a significant effect on the sales and the number of visitors to the small stores. The results of this study indicate that the food mart can contribute to the revitalization of traditional markets. Lastly, other mart with more than medium size were found to affect the sales of small stores, the number of visitors. Conclusions - We examines the competitive structure among retailers in traditional markets. The penetration of large retailers in traditional markets has a negative impact on traditional markets, particularly Hanaro mart has a greater impact than SSM. We provide practical and theoretical implications for the retail competition structure in traditional markets.

남산공원 내 애기나리와 큰애기나리 군락의 동태 및 종간 경쟁의 추정 (On the Population Dynamics and Interspecific Competition of Disporum smilacinum and D. viridescens (Liliaceae) in Mt. Nam Park)

  • The clarify the ecological properties, and to predict change of understory vegetation of mt. Nam Park, population dynamics and interspecific competition of D. smilacinum and D. viridescens, which grow in understory of deciduous broad-leaved forest and pseudo-annuals, were studied from May 20 to May 30 1998. The depth of litter layer, soil moisture content, soil organic matter and soil texture were surveyed in 18 populations (15 D. smilacinum populations and 3 D. viridescens populations). Mean litter layer of d. smilacimum population was thinner than that of D. viridescens populations). Mean litter layer of D. smilacnum population was thinner than that of D. viridescens population. The contents of soil moisture and organic matter of D. smilacinum population were lower than that of D. viridescens population. The D. smilacinum growed in broad range of soil texture but D. viridescens in loamy soil. Because D. smilacinum could tolerate more broad range of soil moisture and soil texture than D. viridescens, the former covered the herb layer in earlier stage and the latter introduced in later stage when rhizome could grow easily. The numbers of individual in two marginal parts were smaller than that in center in same D. smilacinum patch. And the total numbers of individuals grown in (10 ${\times}$ 10)cm were from 0 to 12. The rhizome (subterranean runner) weight, rhizome length, root weight, shoot weight, lea weight and leaf number per subquadrat (cell) increased along the number of individual, that is, increased from marginal part to center. But rhizome weight and rhizome length per individual were vice versa. Therefore, the individuals in marginal part reproduced longer and stronger asexual propagules than that in center. The distribution pattern of D. smilacinum was contageous and that of D. viridescens was random or regular. Therefore, population growth of former was independent on density and that of latter was dependent on density. The distributions of size-class showed normal curves in two population, but the curves based on data of total dry weight showed positive skewness and those of leaf number showed negative skewness The correlation coefficient (CC) values between the properties of each organ were high in two population and significant at 0.1% level. The CC values of D. viridescens were higher of the two. Therefore, the former allocated the energy to each organ stable. The rhizome depth of d. viridescens was 2 times deeper than that of D. smilacinum. And rhizome length and weight of D. viridescens were longer (2 times) or heavier (4 times) than those of D. smilacinum. The patch size of D. viridescens increased 60 cm per year and that of D. smilacinum 30 cm. On this results, the intrinsic increase velocity of d. viridescens patch was 2 times faster than that of d. smilacinum, therefore, on the competition, the former had an advantage over D. smilacinum. The reason why d. viridescens defeated D. smilacinum resulted from that the leaf area of former was 4 times broader than that of latter. in Mt. Nam Park, it was thought that two disporum Population would change with the 3 thpes of environmental change as followings. First, no human impact and increase of soil moisture content resulted in increase of D. viridescens population. Second, mild human impact and similar condition of soil moisture content resulted in slow increase or no changes of D. smilacinum and d. viridescens population. Third, severe human impact and dry condition resulted in decrease or vanishment of two disporum populations.

진화 연산의 성능 개선을 위한 하이브리드 방법 (A Hybrid Method for Improvement of Evolutionary Computation)

  • The major operations of Evolutionary Computation include crossover, mutation, competition and selection. Although selection does not create new individuals like crossover or mutation, a poor selection mechanism may lead to problems such as taking a long time to reach an optimal solution or even not finding it at all. In view of this, this paper proposes a hybrid Evolutionary Programming (EP) algorithm that exhibits a strong capability to move toward the global optimum even when stuck at a local minimum using a synergistic combination of the following three basic ideas. First, a "local selection" technique is used in conjunction with the normal tournament selection to help escape from a local minimum. Second, the mutation step has been improved with respect to the Fast Evolutionary Programming technique previously developed in our research group. Finally, the crossover and mutation operations of the Genetic Algorithm have been added as a parallel independent branch of the search operation of an EP to enhance search diversity.

Especially, The modern Society, Called a Service - economized Society, is moving to Service Quality. Therefore, The Concerns about Service Quality is increasing and its competition is getting Stronger in the World. The Purpose of this Study was to find areas that needed to customer satisfaction in the department of the hotel restaurant. The customer satisfaction with the quality of service should profits in the restaurant of hotel. The Purpose of this study are as follows: The first, through the questionnaire, what is the main Hotel Restaurant Service Quality Influencing Customer Satisfaction\ulcorner Second, The result showed, as hypothesized, that significant difference in attribution among experimental groups existed for each factor of the independent variables.

확률적 수요함수를 고려한 공급함수의 전략변수 내쉬균형 연구 (Supply Function Nash Equilibrium Considering Stochastic Demand Function)

  • A bid-based pool(BBP) model is representative of energy market structure in a number of restructured electricity markets. Supply function equilibrium(SFE) models of interaction better match what is explicitly required in the bid formats of typical BBP markets. Many of the results in the SFE literature involve restrictive parametrization of the bid cost functions. In the SFE models, two parameters, intercept and slope, are available for strategic bidding. This paper addresses the realistic competition format that players can choose both parameters arbitrarily. In a fixed demand function, equilibrium conditions for generation company's profit maximization have a degree of freedom, which induces multi-equilibrium. So it is hard to choose a convergent equilibrium. However, consideration of stochastic demand function makes the equilibrium conditions independent each other based on the amount of variance of stochastic demand function. This variance provides the bidding players with incentives to change the slope parameter from an equilibrium for a fixed demand function until the slope parameter equilibrium.
