본 연구는 자아탄력성과 자립의지의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 충남, 서울, 인천에 거주하는 시설청소년 297명이었으며, 자료는 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 조사도구로 자립의지는 자기효능감 척도 9문항, 개인적 통제력 척도 5문항, 근로의욕 척도 5문항으로 총 19문항으로 측정하였고, 자아탄력성 14문항과 희망 척도 12문항을 사용하였으며, 자료 분석은 기술통계, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 자아탄력성과 자립의지, 희망은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 자아탄력성과 희망은 종속변인인 자립의지를 56% 설명하였으며, 자아탄력성이 희망보다 시설청소년의 자립의지에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성과 자립의지의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과 검증을 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 희망의 매개효과가 검증되었다.

이 논문은 한국 독립영화의 대중성 모색에 있어서 효율적 소통에 의한 한국 독립영화의 나아갈 길을 고찰함으로써 현재 한국 독립영화 문제점을 짚어보고 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 독립영화란 무엇이며, 독립영화의 모호한 경계를 살펴본 후, 한국 독립영화의 현실과 문제점 그리고 제작, 배급에 있어서 효율적 소통을 위한 과제는 무엇인지 논의하였다. 독립영화 범위는 해석, 인식의 차이에 따라 독립영화의 범위가 결정되며, 관객과 쌍방향 소통의 중요성이 제기되므로 효율적 소통에 있어서 독립영화의 흥행작품들을 통해 분석해본다. 효율성 중심에 의해 해석되어지는 제작효율성은 적은 제작비와 지원 금액으로 완성하는 것이며, 배급효율성이란 많은 상영기회를 잡고, 많은 수익을 남기는 것과 영화제 상영 및 가치평가가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 독립영화인의 노력, 독립영화인과 관객의 쌍방향소통 정도 그리고 정책부문 정도에 의해 효율적 제작, 배급이 이루어 질 것으로 본다. 이런 가능성에 의해 한국 독립영화의 미래는 밝을 것이다.

본 연구는 생태체계적 관점 근거하여 여성 한부모가족 가구주의 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여, 여성 한부모가족 가구주의 자립의지 향상을 위한 개입시 도움이 될 수 있는 실증적인 자료를 얻고자 하는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 연구대상자들은 영남지역 모자보호시설에 거주하는 176명의 여성 한부모가족 가구주들이다. 본 조사는 2011년 9월 28일부터 10월 11일 사이에 이루어졌다. 연구의 분석은 대상자들의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해서는 빈도 및 백분율을 산출하였으며, 주요 변수들 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해서는 상관관계분석을, 그리고 생태체계적 요인이 한부모가족 가구주의 자립의지에 미치는 영향을 각 단계적으로 비교하기 위해서는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 여성 한부모가족 가구주들의 자립의지에는 인구사회학적 요인 가운데서는 연령과 입소기간이, 개인체계 요인 가운데서는 자기효능감의 정도가, 가족체계요인 가운데서는 가족의 문제해결에 대한 대처행동이, 그리고 사회체계요인 가운데서는 확대가족 및 친지로 부터의 지지가 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 여성 한부모가족 가구주들의 자립의지를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

This study is conducted to investigate physical therapists' consciousness for independent establishment of their own physical therapy clinics, examining aspects of physical therapy rooms in medical institutions. Data were collected from 210 physical therapists working in Daegu and Kyungbuk regions from August 1, 1999 to August 31. 1999, The results were as follows; 1. As for general characteristics of the respondents. 56.3% was 'famele'; 60.4% 'twenties of age'; 56.1% 'working experience for blow 5 years'. 2. 75.3% of the respondents thinks that independent establishment of their own physical therapy clinics must be enacted without fail 50.1 % thinks that independent establishment of physical therapy clinic will be enacted within 5 to 10 years. 3. The important solutions in driving forward independent establishment of the clinic are accumulation of practice experience and introduction of new technology(31.3%), accumulation of practice experience and raising of academic career(19.0%), and accumulation of practice experience and legal action (14.0%). 10.9% believes that independent establishment will be achieved someday if they wait for it.

도서 지역과 같은 환경에서 기존 상용 독립계통 디젤 발전기에서 소모되는 화석연료를 저감하기 위해 독립계통 용량의 40% 이상을 부담하는 태양광발전시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 개발을 위해 우선적으로 도서 지역에 설치된 독립계통의 안정성을 향상시키고 고품질의 전력을 부하에 공급해줄 수 있는 대용량 인버터 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 독립계통 태양광 발전시스템을 위한 EMS용 발전제어 시스템은 태양광 발전원 계통과 연계된 디젤 발전기의 병렬운전 전력제어시스템으로서 부하율과 태양광발전에 따른 디젤 발전기 출력을 제어하여 해당 부하에 전력을 안정적으로 공급하는 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 독립계통형 태양광 발전시스템으로 인해 독립계통 지역에 대한 태양광 보급 확대 및 독립계통의 전력안정도를 증가시킬 수 있으며 독립계통의 유 무효 전력 제어에 따른 화석연료 사용 저감이 추가적으로 기대되며, PCS 사용률의 증가로 경제성 조기 확보를 기대할 수 있다.

In International trade the buyer and seller are normally separated from on another not only by distance but also by differences in language and culture. It is rarely possible for the performance of obligations to be simultaneous and the performance of contracts therefore calls for trust in a situation in which the parties are unlikely to feel able to trust each other unless they have a longstanding and successful relationship. Thus the seller under an international contract of sale will not wish to surrender documents of title to goods to the buyer until he has at least an assurance of payment, and no buyer will wish to pay for goods until he has received them. A gap of distrust thus exists which is often bridged by the undertaking of an intermediary known and trusted by both parties who will undertake on his own liability to pay the seller the contract price in return for the documents of title and then pass the documents to the buyer in return for the reimbursement. This is a common explanation of the theory behind the documentary letter of credit in which the undertaking of a bank of international repute serves as a "guarantee" to each party that the other will perform his obligations. The independence principle, also referred to as the "autonomy principle", is at the core of letter of credit or bank guarantee law. This principle provides that the letter of credit or bank guarantee is independent of the underlying contractual commitment - that is, the transaction that the credit is intented to secure - between the applicant and the beneficiary ; the credit is also independent of the relationship between the bank and its customer, the applicant. The most important exception to the independence principle is the doctrine of fraud in the transaction. A strict interpretation of the rule that the guarantee is independent of the underlying transaction would lead to the conclusion that neither fraud nor manifest abuse of rights by the beneficiary would constitute an objection to payment. There is one major problem related to "Independent guarantees", namely abusive or unfair callings. The beneficiary may make an unfair calling under the guarantee. The countermeasure of beneficiary's unfair calling divided three cases. First, advance countermeasure namely by contract. In other words, when the formation of the contract, the parties must insert the Force Majeure Clause, Arbitration Clause to Contract, and clear statement to the condition for demand calling. Second, post countermeasure namely by court. Many countries, including the United States, authorize the courts to grant an order enjoining the issuer from paying or enjoining the beneficiary from receiving payment under the guaranty letter. Third, Export Insurance. For example, the Export Credit Guarantees Department is prepared, subject to certain conditions, to cover the risk of unfair calling. Of course, KEIC in Korea is cover the risk of the all things for guarantees. On international projects, contractor performance is usually guaranteed by either a standby letters of credit or Independent guarantee. These instruments will be care the parties.

Three-dimensional panels are one of the modern construction systems which can be placed in the category of industrial buildings. There have always been a lot of studies and efforts to identify the behavior of these panels and improve their capacity due to their earthquake resistance and high speed of performance. This study will provide a comparative evaluation of behavior of updated three-dimensional panel's structural components under lateral load in both independent and dependent modes. In fact, this study tries to simultaneously evaluate strengthening effect of three-dimensional panels and the effects of system state (independent, L-shaped and BOX shaped Walls) with reinforcement armatures with different angles on the three-dimensional panels. Overall, six independent wall model, L-shaped, roofed L-shaped, BOX-shaped walls with symmetric loading, BOX -shaped wall with asymmetrical loading and roofed BOX-shaped wall were built. Then the models are strengthened without strengthened reinforcement and with strengthened reinforcements with an angle of 30, 45 and 60 degrees. The applied lateral loading, is exerted by changing the location on the end wall. In BOX-shaped wall, in symmetric and asymmetric loading, the load bearing capacity will be increased about 200 and 50% respectively. Now, if strengthened, the load bearing capacity in symmetric and asymmetric loading will be increased 3.5 and 2 times respectively. The effective angle of placement of strengthened reinforcement in the independent wall is 45 and 60 degrees. But in BOX-shaped and L-shaped walls, the use of strengthened reinforcement 45 degrees is recommended.

There are many methods in feature extraction have been developed. Recently, principal components analysis (PCA) and independent components analysis (ICA) is introduced for doing feature extraction. PCA and ICA linearly transform the original input into new uncorrelated and independent features space respectively In this paper, the feasibility of using nonlinear feature extraction will be studied. This method will employ the PCA and ICA procedure and adopt the kernel trick to nonlinearly map the data into a feature space. The goal of this study is to seek effectively useful feature for faults classification.

Submarines are weapons systems that have been proven to be useful in battle since World War I and have continued to improve the efficiency of propulsion systems in order to be used efficiently on the battlefield. In particular, countries that unable to utilize nuclear propulsion systems make efforts to increase the efficiency of Air Independent Propulsion systems, and typical examples are fuel cells, Stirling engines and MESMA. It is also expected that the development of new propulsion systems such as hydrogen-reformer fuel cells, metal-air fuel cell and direct combustion propulsion systems will continue, so the characteristics of these will be examined and the performance based on the published data be checked in this thesis.

최근, 한국의 독립애니메이션 작품들이 세계로 진출하는 사례가 점차적으로 늘어나고 있으며, 국제 유명 애니메이션 영화제에서 다수의 작품이 그랑프리를 수상함으로서 국내 독립애니메이션의 성장가능성과 경쟁력이 확인되고 있다. 이러한 국내 독립애니메이션이 지속적으로 안정적인 성장과 국제경쟁력의 확보를 위해서는 정부의 정책지원이 확보되어야 한다. 그러나 현재 애니메이션 산업에 대한 정부의 정책지원이 극장용 창작 애니메이션 분야에 투자 편중되거나, 각종 지원정책들이 수립되고 집행되었음에도 불구하고 아직까지는 독립 애니메이션 분야에 대해서는 여전히 자금압박에 시달리는 실정이다. 현 시점에서, 한국 독립애니메이션의 국제적인 위상을 검토하고 정부의 지원정책이 어떻게 진행되고 있으며 어떠한 정책성과를 발생하고 있는지에 대해 논의할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 국내 독립애니메이션의 현황과 국제적 평가를 검토하고, 현재 시행되고 있는 지원정책을 조사 분석하여 한국 독립애니메이션의 육성을 위한 정부차원에서의 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
