기술과 비즈니스 모델이 상호 얽히고 있는 융복합 산업 환경에서 기술 혁신 또는 경영 혁신이 기업 및 조직의 중대한 관심사가 된지 이미 오래되었고, 많은 조직이 혁신을 위한 투자를 하여 왔음에도 불구하고 차별화된 경쟁력 및 경쟁우위를 가지지 못하고 새로운 흐름에 의해 도태되는 사례가 많이 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업이 차별화된 경쟁력 및 경쟁우위를 확보하고 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 전략을 도출하는 것을 기본 목적으로 하였다. 개방형 혁신의 각종 활동을 기본적인 독립변수로 제시하였고 개방형 혁신 제휴로 일컬어지는 국제적 기술 제휴도 독립변수로 추가하였다. 개방형 혁신 활동과 생태계와의 관계에서 등장하는 플랫폼 리더십은 조절변수로 제시하였고 파괴적 혁신 이론으로부터 6가지 침해 유형을 조절변수로 제시하였다. 기업의 차별화된 경쟁력 및 경쟁우위를 역동적 환경에서 설명하기 위하여 역동적 경쟁우위라는 개념을 제시하여 독립변수로 제시하였다. 11개의 개방형 혁신 사례를 분석하여 변수군을 정리하고 변수들에 대한 적절성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 역동적인 융복합 환경에서 기업의 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위한 전략과 방법론을 도출하는 새로운 시도로서 기여할 것이다.

이 논문에서는, 독립성분해석기법과 EM기법을 이용한 새로운 혼합영상분리 방법을 제안한다. 독립성분해석기법은 통계적으로 독립된 랜덤변수들의 선형조합으로 측정대상 랜덤신호를 표기하는 여러 통계신호처리 기법 중의 하나로, 정보의 분리, 특징 추출 통의 응용분야에 적용되고 있다. 기술적으로는, 독립성분기법은 주성분 분리기법의 확장이라 볼 수 있고, 근래에 혼합정보의 분리에 관련하여 많이 연구되고 있다. 현재까지의 연구 결과로는 혼합영상의 분리에 있어 독립성분해석기법만으로는 혼합영상분리의 해를 얻지 못하고 있다. 이러한 독립성분해석기법의 약점을 보완하는 방범으로, 최근에 이노베이션 프로세서를 전처리로 하는 독립성분해석기법을 혼합한 시스템을 이용한 혼합영상 분리가 시도되었다. 이노베이션 프로세서를 전처리로 첨가한 혼합영상분리의 과정도 독립성분해석기법만을 사용한 경우보다는 향상된 혼합영상분리를 하지만, 분류된 영상들이 원래의 혼합 전의 영상과 많이 다른 결과를 내고 있다. 기존의 방법들인 독립성분해석기법이나 이노베이션이 전처리로 적용된 경우에도 혼합이전의 영상간의 상관관계가 클 경우, 혼합영상의 분류가 잔 이루어지지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이 약점을 보완하기 위하여. EM이론을 기존의 시스템에 전처리로 첨가하여 혼합 영상의 분리를 향상시키고자 하였다. 실험 결과에서는 최근에 연구된 이노베이션의 방법보다 EM을 적용시킨 경우가 향상된 혼합영상의 분리의 결과를 보여 주고 있다.

본 연구에서는 혁신저항관리활동 요소에 대하여 알아보고, 이러한 혁신저항관리활동이 기술혁신활동 및 혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 혁신저항관리활동으로는 구성원의 참여, 체계적 제도, 원활한 의사소통, 경영관리 등 총 4가지 요소가 있음을 확인하였을 뿐만 아니라 독립변수와 종속변수 측정항목을 개발하였다. 그리고 300개 제조업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 분석자료를 확보하였다. 구조방정식모델 분석결과 혁신저항관리활동의 하위변수인 구성원의 참여, 체계적 제도, 경영관리는 기술혁신활동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으나, 원활한 의사소통은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신저항관리활동(구성원의 참여, 체계적인 제도, 원활한 의사소통, 경영관리)은 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 마지막으로 기술혁신활동은 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업이 높은 혁신성과를 위해서는 혁신저항 관리활동을 적절히 수행할 필요가 있다.

북한은 2006년에 조선컴퓨터센타, 김일성종합대학, 김책공업종합대학 등의 IT전문가들을 총동원해 '우리 식 운영체계'인 붉은별 개발에 착수한 것으로 알려졌지만 이 프로그램이 어떻게 구성되고, 어떻게 작동되는지는 그동안 베일에 싸여 있었다. 그러나 최근 국내에서는 한국어정보학회(중국 조선어학회), STEPI(과학기술정책연구원), 러시아유학생 등의 도움으로 붉은별 CD를 구입하였다. 본 연구에서는 북한이 독자 개발한 것으로 알려진 컴퓨터 운영체제인 '붉은별'이 어떤 소프트웨어인가를 분석하였다.

SMEs are experiencing difficulties in doing sales promotion due to the low awareness of the image of the company and the products produced by them in the global market. Therefore, the Government should seek ways to raise awareness of SMEs' image and products. SMEs have to carry out global innovation activities needed to develop new products or new technologies, but they are exposed to limitations of these innovative activities due to the limit of their available resources. Therefore, as a national project, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are doing project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) so that SMEs can strengthen their global innovation activities. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to succeeding in the project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) by studying the case of Zungle Incorporation which operates a global shopping mall and greatly increases exports by participating in this project, and identifying success factors of Zungle Incorporation in doing this project.

The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

Independent guarantee is new financial product developed in international commercial transaction. The nature of independent guarantee is an independent undertaking, which takes the form of documentary transaction. As long as the documents presented by the beneficiary are on their face complying with the terms and conditions of the guarantee, the guarantor is obliged to pay upon the complying presentation. Where parties choose to apply for issue of independent guarantee in international commercial transactions in China, Chinese court shall respect the autonomy of parties. If either the guarantor or the beneficiary is located outside of China, or the facts which cause the establishment, change or cancellation of independent guarantee relationship occurred outside of China, it shall be deemed as foreign related independent guarantee. If the interested parties requests for confirmation of the independence of foreign related independent guarantee, it shall be supported by Chinese court. However, parties dealing with Chinese domestic commercial transaction have not fully realized the severity of independent guarantee liability. The market credit is being cultivated and the financial innovation is being explored at present in China. In order to guard against the systematic and the regional financial risk, before relevant rules are promulgated, Chinese court shall not recognize the independence guarantees issued for the domestic commercial transaction, but treat it as joint liability surety.

This study suggests a new concept for the improvement of productivity and innovativeness of governmental research institutes(GRIs) : GRIs can also accomodate a special graduate course. Through the combination of educational function and research activities, the explict and tacit knowledge made by GRIs could be efficiently diffused to other sectors of national innovation system, especially industries. This study suggests three different models of graduate courses : independent course in each GRI, joint course by several GRIs, and joint course linking GRIs and university.

This study examined the factors that make Korean companies adopt supply chain management systems. By adding a group of inter-organizational factors, we extended an innovation-theory-based research model to study the information technology adoption. Sixty three questionnaires from 700 leading companies in Korea were collected and analyzed. Independent variables of the research included environmental, organizational, innovation, and relational characteristics. We found that supply chain management systems in Korean companies are at the initial stage of the adoption, in general. This research also found that company's environmental characteristics have insignificant relationship with the adoption of supply chain management systems. In addition, organizational characteristics (the support of top management, the size of organization, and the information technology infrastructure), innovation characteristics of the supply chain, and the power exercised over the supply chain played important roles in adopting supply chain management systems.

The new Laplace autoregressive model of order 2-NLAR92) studied by Dewald and Lewis (1985) is extended to the p-th order model-NLAR(p). A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of an innovation sequence and a stationary ergodic NLAR(p) model is obtained. It is shown that the distribution of the innovation sequence is given by the probabilistic mixture of independent Laplace distributions and a degenrate distribution.
