Although it was very long since companies and organizations have been interested in technological innovation or management innovation and many of them have been investing on innovation in convergence industry environment, they could not take differentiated competency and competitive advantage so that they were fallen behind from market by new trends. This research is aiming at deduction of strategies for corporations to keep continuously differentiated competitiveness and competitive advantage. It suggested open innovation activities as basic independent variables. It added global technological alliance known for Open Innovation Alliances to independent variables too. It suggested platform leadership emerging between open innovation activities and digital ecosystem and 6 encroachment types from disruptive innovation theory as control variables. It suggested dynamic competitive advantage as dependent variable for explaining dynamic properties of environment. It analyzed case from 11 researches of open innovation activities, categorized them and verified the appropriacy of the variables. This research contributes to new direction for derivation of strategies and methodologies by which corporations keep competitive advantage in dynamic convergence environment.

In this paper, a new method for the mixed image separation is presented using the independent component analysis, the innovation process, and the expectation-maximization. In general, the independent component analysis (ICA) is one of the widely used statistical signal processing schemes, which represents the information from observations as a set of random variables in the from of linear combinations of another statistically independent component variables. In various useful applications, ICA provides a more meaningful representation of the data than the principal component analysis through the transformation of the data to be quasi-orthogonal to each other. which can be utilized in linear projection.. However, it has been known that ICA does not establish good performance in source separation by itself. Thus, in order to overcome this limitation, there have been many techniques that are designed to reinforce the good properties of ICA, which improves the mixed image separation. Unfortunately, the innovation process still needs to be studied since it yields inconsistent innovation process that is attached to the ICA, the expectation and maximization process is added. The results presented in this paper show that the proposed improves the image separation as presented in experiments.

The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.

Despite economic sanctions, including Western countries' ban on exports of advanced technology, North Korea is regarded as being equipped with independent technology power in the science technology sector as shown in its launch of intercontinental ballistic missile. However, North Korea has been shrouded in mystery in terms of software technology level. Chosun Computer Center, a software development institution representing North Korea since 2006, mobilized IT experts from Kim Il-sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology and launched a project for an independent development of a computer operating system (OS), called "Red Star." Recently, it made public the 2.1-version. The OS program, which was manufactured in two types for a server computer and personal computer and are being supplied to institutions and individuals.

SMEs are experiencing difficulties in doing sales promotion due to the low awareness of the image of the company and the products produced by them in the global market. Therefore, the Government should seek ways to raise awareness of SMEs' image and products. SMEs have to carry out global innovation activities needed to develop new products or new technologies, but they are exposed to limitations of these innovative activities due to the limit of their available resources. Therefore, as a national project, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are doing project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) so that SMEs can strengthen their global innovation activities. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to succeeding in the project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) by studying the case of Zungle Incorporation which operates a global shopping mall and greatly increases exports by participating in this project, and identifying success factors of Zungle Incorporation in doing this project.

The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

Independent guarantee is new financial product developed in international commercial transaction. The nature of independent guarantee is an independent undertaking, which takes the form of documentary transaction. As long as the documents presented by the beneficiary are on their face complying with the terms and conditions of the guarantee, the guarantor is obliged to pay upon the complying presentation. Where parties choose to apply for issue of independent guarantee in international commercial transactions in China, Chinese court shall respect the autonomy of parties. If either the guarantor or the beneficiary is located outside of China, or the facts which cause the establishment, change or cancellation of independent guarantee relationship occurred outside of China, it shall be deemed as foreign related independent guarantee. If the interested parties requests for confirmation of the independence of foreign related independent guarantee, it shall be supported by Chinese court. However, parties dealing with Chinese domestic commercial transaction have not fully realized the severity of independent guarantee liability. The market credit is being cultivated and the financial innovation is being explored at present in China. In order to guard against the systematic and the regional financial risk, before relevant rules are promulgated, Chinese court shall not recognize the independence guarantees issued for the domestic commercial transaction, but treat it as joint liability surety.

This study suggests a new concept for the improvement of productivity and innovativeness of governmental research institutes(GRIs) : GRIs can also accomodate a special graduate course. Through the combination of educational function and research activities, the explict and tacit knowledge made by GRIs could be efficiently diffused to other sectors of national innovation system, especially industries. This study suggests three different models of graduate courses : independent course in each GRI, joint course by several GRIs, and joint course linking GRIs and university.

This study examined the factors that make Korean companies adopt supply chain management systems. By adding a group of inter-organizational factors, we extended an innovation-theory-based research model to study the information technology adoption. Sixty three questionnaires from 700 leading companies in Korea were collected and analyzed. Independent variables of the research included environmental, organizational, innovation, and relational characteristics. We found that supply chain management systems in Korean companies are at the initial stage of the adoption, in general. This research also found that company's environmental characteristics have insignificant relationship with the adoption of supply chain management systems. In addition, organizational characteristics (the support of top management, the size of organization, and the information technology infrastructure), innovation characteristics of the supply chain, and the power exercised over the supply chain played important roles in adopting supply chain management systems.

The new Laplace autoregressive model of order 2-NLAR92) studied by Dewald and Lewis (1985) is extended to the p-th order model-NLAR(p). A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of an innovation sequence and a stationary ergodic NLAR(p) model is obtained. It is shown that the distribution of the innovation sequence is given by the probabilistic mixture of independent Laplace distributions and a degenrate distribution.
