As an engineered product, a software package has multiple dimensions that must be designed judiciously to enhance its competitive viability. Functionality, reliability and price are three such common dimensions. However, many software products are sold as bundles of individual components and the competitive impact of bundling has received less attention in the research literature. In this paper, we examine the implications of software vendors using bundling as an element of competitive strategy. A game theoretic model of the actions of an incumbent and a new entrant is developed and the impact on vendor and consumer welfare is analyzed. Numerical experiments with the model show that (i) increasing bundle size is an effective strategy for the incumbent to increase its payoff at the cost of the entrant's payoff and consumer surplus, especially when the entrant's quality is low (ii) in the presence of bundling, the entrant can still increase its own payoff and consumer surplus at the cost of the incumbent's payoff, by increasing product quality up to the level that best segments market demand with the incumbent and (iii) an increase in bundle size by the incumbent, or an increase in quality by the entrant, can both result in an increase of total surplus. Similar results are observed in a related case where the entrant offers free software bundles. Our results provide insights into how software vendors may strategically use bundling and quality as additional product dimensions in order to stay competitive in the market. These results also inform the competing vendors of the impact of bundling related public policy actions on their respective payoffs.

직업교육 훈련의 효율과 참여도를 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 신뢰성 높은 수요조사 방법을 찾고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 정확한 수요조사는 훈련의 질을 높일 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 부정확한 수요조사에 의한 훈련은 낮은 참여도로 인해 비효율적인 훈련성과를 나타낼 수 밖에 없다. 수요조사는 크게 우편, 전화, 대면, 전자 수요조사 4가지 방법이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 목포대학교 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 사업, 지역 산업 맞춤형 인력양성 사업의 훈련을 위해 실시하였던 수요조사를 설명하였고 그 중 효과적인 수요조사 방법을 제안하였다.

In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

광가입자망의 궁극적인 목표라 할 수 있는 FTTH 서비스가 2005년을 시작으로 본격 추진되고 있다. FTTH 서비스를 위해서는 시스템 개발과 동시에 국사에서 가입자까지 이르는 다양한 자재로 구성되는 광선로시설의 효율적이고, 경제적인 구축 기술 및 시공품질 확보를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 일반주택지역을 대상으로 FTTH 구축에 소요되는 선로시설에 대한 기술적 특징을 조사 분석하고, 주요 시설별 기능요구사항 및 선로시설 구축에 요구되는 특성 등을 분석하였다.

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 이루어지는 내부마케팅이 공공도서관 사서의 직장생활의 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명한 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울 소재의 공공도서관에서 근무하는 현직 사서를 대상으로 2020년 7월 25일부터 59일 동안 네이버폼을 통하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 120부의 응답지를 통계 프로그램인 IBM SPSS 25를 활용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공공도서관의 내부마케팅은 사서의 직장생활의 질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내부마케팅의 개선방안으로는 체계적이고 지속 가능한 내부마케팅 제도의 운영, 고학력 사서에 대한 경력 인정과 적절한 보상, 사서의 임금체계에 대한 개선, 경영층 지원과 권한위임을 중심으로 한 내부마케팅 제도의 활성화를 제언하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라의 초등학교, 중학교, 그리고 고등학교에서 수행되고 있는 학생건강체력평가시스템(PAPS)의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안 마련을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 자료는 심층면담, 관련논문, 그리고 인터넷 보도자료 등을 토대로 확보했다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자는 현직 체육교사 5명과 PAPS를 직접 경험했던 5명의 대학생들이다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, PAPS의 교육환경에서 발생하는 문제점은 학생들의 무관심, 교사들의 소극적인 지도, 그리고 PAPS 측정일로 대체되는 체육시간 감소 등이다. 둘째, PAPS의 측정환경에서 발생하는 문제점은 측정장비에 의한 오차, 측정장소에 따른 편차, 그리고 측정 종목에 따른 등급의 차이 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, PAPS의 측정과정에서 발생하는 문제점은 측정인원의 부족, 편법에 의한 체력측정, 그리고 상이한 측정방법 등이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 PAPS를 성공적으로 적용시키기 위해서는 첫째, 교사들은 학생들에게 PAPS에 대한 관심과 흥미를 고취시켜야 한다. 둘째, PAPS의 측정결과 값에 대한 신뢰성을 확보해야 한다. 셋째, PAPS의 측정을 위한 학교교육시스템의 제도적 보완이 필요하다.
