A midst the tendency in an attempt to rehabilitate the coexistence of values in Oriental and Western cultures, along with centripetal attention through reincarnation of the Oriental culture, the modem fashion trend is also inclusive of such Oriental flavors even in the opposite Western fashion icons with an outlook for futuristic alternative. In this regard the study is to investigate the Oriental Characteristics shown in the contemporary fashion in a more profound and right manner by evaluating its spirituality and formativeness through analytical survey on preliminary literatures, whose key words are as follows; Fist, heterogeneity inclusive of the Oriental comprehensiveness through non-periodic chaos; second, imperfection in pursue of perfection through non-perfection; third, asymmetry caused by polarized historicity together with agility in the Oriental costumes; fourth, simplicity bridging into religious naught, and; fifth, spatial comfortablity shrouded by loose design. As a result, the study demonstrates that Oriental sensitivity implicative at the modem fashion, prior to its formativeness, shed out a clue of the Oriental profound spirits in its fashion style.

PURPOSE : The purpose of the this study was to build an understanding of school violence experiences among students with high functioning autism spectrum disorders(HF-ASD) in inclusive education environment and provide basic data to prevent and intervene it. METHOD : Sixteen mothers having a son with HF-ASD were interviewed in-depth and shared their son's experiences. The qualitative research method are used in the collection and analysis of data. RESULT : As a result of this research, 4 categories, 11 sub-categories and 80 concepts are identified. 4 categories are as follows: characteristics of school violence experience, results of school violence experience, the context of school violence occurs, and coping to school violence. CONCLUSION : The result of this study should have a microscopic viewpoint of their suffering and help to identify the needs for school violence prevention and support. It is also to be utilized as a successful coping strategies for HF-ASD and their parent education.

승용차 부문의 에너지수요 또는 대기오염물 배출에 대해 영향을 미치는 정책의 효과를 정확히 예측하기 위해서는 소비자의 승용차 보유 및 이용행태에 대한 분석 및 예측이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 네스티드로짓모형 을 활용한 가계의 자동차 보유대수 및 차종선택에 대한 연구로서 2003년 에너지경제연구원에서 수행한 에너지간이 조사 자료를 이용하여 추정을 시도하였다. 모형의 추정결과를 요약하면 모형의 적합도(goodness of fit)를 나타내는 ${\rho}^2$ 값과 포괄값이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 범위 내에 있어 네스티드로짓모형을 활용한 방법이 더 우수하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 운행비용의 탄력성이 1보다 커서 가구의 차량보유대수 및 차종선택은 운행비용에 대해 매우 민감하다는 것과 소득계층별로는 저소득 계층이 고소득 계층보다 더 민감하게 반응한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Bearing in mind that global climate change is a rising issue, the coastal community of Prek Thnaot, Cambodia has been put on severe effects about natural disasters caused from poor infrastructure and agriculture dependence. This paper proposes to provide and guide a strategic action for the sustainable development path of coastal community in a more continuous manner including a robust resilience to impacts of climate change, natural disasters, and other risks. In doing so, this paper will help environmentally sound management and coastal resources sustainability being sound for socially and economically inclusive development. Proposed fourteen strategic actions for the research should be accompanying with the participation of and cooperation from the local coastal community. Based on the proposed strategic actions, it is critical that the local authorities and other key stakeholders need to accomplish. Providing a good insight for the central government, the strategic action is expected to integrate and prepare a management strategy plan for the local coastal community level. Therefore, this information can be applied to other coastal areas to promote and ensure sustainable protection and management of coastal resources.

Persons with disabilities (PwD) are believed to be a group that had a greater risk during the pandemic. While PwD are vulnerable to the spread of COVID-19 due to their high dependence on physical contact, a series of policies restricting public movement during the pandemic had the potential to place PwD in increasingly marginalized situations. This situation reinforces the urgency of crisis communication as one of the critical parts of the COVID-19 response to ensure that all levels and groups of society can accept and understand the flow of information. Using a qualitative approach, this research was conducted through in-depth interviews with PwD age 17-50 in the city of Makassar, Indonesia. The results of this study suggest that crisis communication during the pandemic should involve participatory communication, which focuses on collaboration with empowerment. The PwD communities need to be actively engaged during the communication process of a pandemic crisis to ensure that inclusiveness is always taken into account. During the distribution of information, the relevant health officers or the government at the regional level need to carry out more frequent socialization and special services for PwD based on the characteristics of their disabilities.

This article examines the link between regional disparity and social mobility in India. There has been a steady rise in economic inequality in India. The rapid economic growth coupled with a rise in income inequality is a serious concern in India. While the emphasis is on inclusive growth, it appears difficult to tackle the problem without looking at the intricacies of the problem. The Social Mobility Index is an important tool that focuses on bringing long-term equality by identifying priority policy areas in the country. We used a multivariate statistical approach to construct a social mobility index at the regional level by considering several social and economic variables. Our findings show that while the Union Territory of Delhi ranks first in the social mobility index, Chhattisgarh has the least social mobility. From a policy perspective, a comprehensive examination of the determinants of the social mobility index shows that health, education access, and quality, and equity of education are of great importance in improving social mobility. Considering India's potential economic growth resulting from its 'demographic dividend' and improved access, markets, and technology, increasing social mobility through facilitating equal opportunities in society is key to achieving inclusive growth.

Purpose: This study investigates the factors influencing housing satisfaction among foreign residents in South Korea by examining their perceptions and values. It aims to provide insights for developing responsive and inclusive housing policies that cater to the diverse needs of this demographic amidst rapid technological and societal changes. Research design, data and methodology: The study, conducted from April to May 2024, surveyed 381 foreign residents in Seoul and major cities. Participants, selected based on a minimum one-year residency, completed structured questionnaires. The survey covered demographic details, housing preferences, and satisfaction. Data analysis using SPSS 27.0 involved frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to identify significant factors affecting housing satisfaction among foreign residents. Results: Five of the six housing preference variables significantly impacted satisfaction, with housing facilities being the most influential. Housing environment, affordability, location, and management also had notable effects on satisfaction levels. Conclusions: The study reveals significant determinants of housing satisfaction among foreign residents in South Korea, highlighting the need for inclusive housing policies. Addressing the diverse needs of foreign residents is crucial for supporting Korea's transition to a multicultural society and enhancing foreign residents' integration and overall satisfaction. This includes tailored policies for different demographic groups based on their specific housing preferences and economic conditions.

본 연구의 목적은 포용적 도시계획과 재생을 위한 공원녹지 정책의 개발 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 국내 도시공원의 조성 현황 예산 법률 제도를 검토하고, 도시공원의 포용성 수준을 조사하여 다음과 같은 문제점과 한계를 드러냈다. 첫째, 1인당 공원 면적과 녹지율과 같은 공급자 중심의 지표를 지니는 도시공원 제도는 양적 확충에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 둘째, 도시공원의 분포는 불균등하고, 공원녹지의 질적 수준은 취약계층 거주지일수록 낮다. 다음으로 영국 중앙정부와 런던, 에든버러, 카디프, 벨파스트, 리버풀 등 다섯 개 지방정부를 중심으로 사회경제적 불평등 완화와 포용성 확대를 위한 공원녹지 정책의 수립 배경과 내용을 분석하여 다음과 같은 특징을 밝혔다. 사회경제적 불평등 해소와 포용적 사회 건설의 필요성에 대한 정부의 인식, 물리적 재개발에서 사회경제적 재생으로 도시재생정책 방향의 변화, 공원녹지와 불평등 건강 웰빙의 상호관계에 대한 조사와 연구가 정책 수립의 배경으로 작용하였다. 그 결과, 영국 국토계획의 목표에 포용적 사회 만들기가 반영되었으며, 여러 지방정부의 공원녹지 정책에 박탈 지역과 취약계층을 중심으로 한 공원녹지 공급과 질적 개선 전략이 포함되었다. 또한 공원 결핍 분석 도구와 공원의 질적 평가 방법이 개발되었다. 이와 함께 각 사업의 지속가능성을 위해 별도의 기금 마련과 매칭 펀드 활용과 같은 다양한 재원 프로그램, 그리고 정부 조직 간 협업 기구 설립과 민간 조직의 적극적인 참여와 활성화와 같은 파트너십 구축 방안이 마련되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 공원녹지의 불평등과 포용성에 대한 조사와 연구 수행, 공원서비스의 질적 수준 향상전략 개발, 정책 필요 지역 분석도구 개발, 도시재생을 위한 공원사업 유형 개발, 다양한 파트너십 구축과 지원제도 마련 등, 다섯 가지 정책 방향을 제시하였다.

인간의 인위적 활동에 의한 이산화탄소의 배출 증가는 지구 온난화의 원인 중 하나로 알려져 있으며, 기상이변 등과 같이 지구 환경에 막대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이로 인해 최근 들어 이산화탄소 배출량을 규제하기 위한 움직임이 활발해지고 있다. 또한 배출된 이산화탄소의 환경영향을 평가하기 위해, 일본 조선학회 산하의 IMPACT 위원회에서는 자연의 개발로 인한 환경영향과 경제성을 동시에 고려하여 평가할 수 있는 포괄적 지표인 Triple I (III)를 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 III를 적용하여 컨테이너 선박의 운항 시 배출되는 이산화탄소로 인한 환경영향 및 경제성에 대해 생애주기 평가를 통해 정량적으로 비교하였다. 또한 선박의 규모 변화 및 운항 항로의 변경에 따른 포괄적 환경영향평가를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 선박의 운항에 의한 포괄적 환경영향평가는 선박의 규모보다는 이산화탄소 배출량과 밀접한 선박의 운항 항로에 보다 더 민감한 것으로 판단되었다.
