ON-DOCK 서비스 시스템이 부산항 경쟁력 향상에 미치는 영향 (On the Effect of ON-DOCK System to the Sharpening of Competitiveness Edge of the Pusan Port)

  • Port competition is generally classified into two type of inter-domestic ports and intermational ports and the latter is measured how to secure the function of intermediacy for foreign cargoes among competing parts. In the Northeast Asia top 20 world container ports such as Pusan, Kobe, Yokohama and Kaohsiung are struggling to induce transshipment containers generated in the North China region. This paper aims to analyze and evaluate the competitive factors of the said ports such as port site facilities expenses service level and flexibility of management and operations and suggest the feasible strategies that the Pusan Port to be viable transshipment center in the region. The evaluation is attempted twice. First attempt is evaluated by present conditions of each port and second attempt by upgraded conditions of evaluation value such as port service level and flexibility of port management and operations resulted from the implementation of the ON-DOCK service system. The results of evaluation are as follows; (1) Port competitiveness of first evaluation is ranked in Kobe=Kaohsiung >Pusan>Yokohama. (2) Second evaluation is resulted in Kobe> Pusan= Kaohsiung>Yokohama. According to this results the competitiveness edge of the Pusan Port is able to strengthen by implementation of the ON-DOCk system.

  • 예비교사들에게 가상수업을 실시하여 가상 수학수업에 대한 자기평가와 동료평가 및 교수자의 평가를 실시한 결과, 가상 수학수업에 대한 자기평가와 동료평가 교수자의 평가에 차이가 나타났다. 예비교사들이 가상수업에 대한 자기평가와 동료평가의 많은 경험을 통하여 교수방법을 반성할 기회를 가지도록 해야 할 것으로 보인다.

  • Determining of Strategic Business Units in the organization is a major critical process for improving the organizational performance. On increasing the demands for extension in function of health center, many health centers are trying to provide the various services. But most health center determined the kind and level of service without scientific considerations. The purposes of this study are to develope the model for determination of strategic business units in health center and to test the availability of implementation for it. Our model is rooted from the McKinsey matrix analysis of Product Portfolio Analysis which used widely in marketing field. We modified the evaluation criteria of the McKinsey matrix analysis for health care field appropriately. Our evaluation criteria are categorized into two concepts; contribution of service, availability of service. At first, in terms of contribution of service, market size, market growth rate, needs and demands of regional people, existences of alternative services in that region, correspondence with health policy. The other component, availability of service are included the availability of manpower, financial availability, the level of knowhow on service, acceptance of health care manpower. In the result of analysis, we could conclude that antismoking and antialcoholics education programs, health screening program are important strategically in that aspects of contributions and availability of services. Also, vaccination program is important in that aspect of service availability and diet and exercise program, health library are meaningful in the aspect of service contribution. Therefore, we think that efforts to investigate the evaluation criteria for priority setting or determination of service area in health center are useful challenges.

A Usability Assessment Metric for Ubiquitous Services: Quantification of the Interactivity Attribute in Inter-personal Services

  • Objective: The main objective of this study is to propose a user-centered assessment metric for ubiquitous services. Background: As the ubiquitous era took off, the interactions between ubiquitous services and users have come to take an important position. It is essential to conceptualize a new assessment model that considers human-system interaction capability with a user-centered design perspective. Method: The evaluation model for the interactivity of ubiquitous service was approached from the concept of usability and inter-personality of services. As a validation study, suggested assessment metric was utilized to evaluate the u-Home service. Priority weighting of each assessment metric was derived using the quantification type-I analysis. Results: To evaluate interactivity, this study suggested a quantitative metric for user testing performed after classifying the interactivity characteristics to contextualization; ubiquity; user experience; and service capability. Conclusion: This study suggest the metric for the ubiquitous service that are experienced in real life, and introduced the concept of ubiquitous service interactivity. Application: The suggested evaluation metric can be used to evaluate interactivity level of ubiquitous service and identify the potential problem and usability requirements at the early stage of service development.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 서비스들이 지속적으로 발전하고 있으며, 이를 사용하기 위한 다양한 기기들 또한 발전하고 있다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스(UCS)에 대한 분류가 모호하고 어떠한 평가지표로써 UCS를 평가해야 할지 판단하기 어렵다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 UCS의 특징과 분류를 정의하고 이에 기반한 평가지표를 도출한다. 또한 도출한 평가지표의 체크리스트를 제안함으로써 UCS를 사용하기 위한 사용자의 선택을 지원한다.

패밀리 레스토랑에 대한 고객의 기업 연상이 기업평가에 미치는 영향연구 - 서비스 평가의 매개역할을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Corporate Association in Family Restaurants upon Customer's Company Evaluation - Focused on the Medicating Roles of Service Valuation -)

  • 본 연구에서는 패밀리 레스토랑 고객의 기업 연상이 서비스 평가 및 기업 평가에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이러한 인과관계에 있어서 서비스 평가가의 매개역할을 고찰하고자 하였다. 자기기 입식 설문 방법으로 총 600명의 패밀리 레스토랑 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 이중 301부를 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 패밀리 레스토랑의 기업 연상 중 능력 연상($\beta$=0.636)과 사회적 책임 연상($\beta$=0.091)은 고객의 인지된 서비스 평가에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 패밀리 레스토랑의 서비스 평가($\beta$=0.567)는 기업 평가에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스 평가의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 패밀리 레스토랑의 기업 연상이 고객의 기업 평가에 영향을 미치는 직접 효과가 전체 효과보다 작기 때문에 패밀리 레스토랑에 대한 기업 연상이 매개변수인 서비스 평가를 통해서 기업에 대한 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다.

  • 서비스 기관인 공공도서관의 존립근거는 고객들의 도서관에 대한 요구와 기대라 할 수 있다. 최근에는 도서관과 유사한 프로그램을 운영하는 단체와 인터넷의 발달로 공공도서관의 존립에 대한 불안감이 가중되고 있는 실정이다 따라서 공공도서관이 지속적으로 지역사회와 고객들로부터 필요성을 얻기 위해서는 많은 노력이 요구되고 있다. 본 소고에서는 고객지향적인 행정서비스를 공급하기 위한 방안으로 제정된 행정서비스헌장제를 공공도서관과 연계하여 살펴보고, 문화관광부에서 시행하고 있는 문화기반시설 관리운영평가와 경기도의 경기도 공공도서관 평가의 분석, 서울시의 시민만족도 조사 등 최근에 공공도서관 평가에서 제시된 지표를 분석하여 향후 공공도서관 평가에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공한다.

  • KTX(Korea Train Express)의 도입은 우리나라 교통시스템 전반에 획기적인 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 고속철도역은 단순한 철도역이 아닌 통합적인 대중교통 환승센터로 그 의미가 확장되고 있다. 그러나 그동안 고속철도역에 대한 평가가 제대로 이루어지지 못한 것이 사실이다. 고속철도역의 평가는 출발지에서 고속철도역까지의 연계와 내부의 환승 서비스에 대한 평가가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도역 내부 환승시설의 서비스 평가를 위하여 표준화된 지표를 개발하였다. 서비스 평가지표는 환승시설의 서비스수준(LOS), 시설배치의 적정성, 정보수준으로 이루어진다. 서비스 평가지표를 활용하여 고속철도역 환승시설에 대한 평가지표별 평가 기준과 방법론을 제시하였다. 최종적으로, 현재 이용 중인 전국의 7개 고속철도역을 평가해 보았다.

Service Oriented Cloud Computing Trusted Evaluation Model

  • More and more cloud computing services are being applied in various fields; however, it is difficult for users and cloud computing service platforms to establish trust among each other. The trust value cannot be measured accurately or effectively. To solve this problem, we design a service-oriented cloud trust assessment model using a cloud model. We also design a subjective preference weight allocation (SPWA) algorithm. A flexible weight model is advanced by combining SPWA with the entropy method. Aiming at the fuzziness and subjectivity of trust, the cloud model is used to measure the trust value of various cloud computing services. The SPWA algorithm is used to integrate each evaluation result to obtain the trust evaluation value of the entire cloud service provider.

예절교육 자가평가 (The Effects of Service Education for Improvement of Nursing Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of service education that would improve the image of nursing as a qualified nurse. This study was designed one group pretest-posttest design. The sample was consisted of 274 nurses who was all of the nurses participated in the education of service. The education was provided during eight hours a day each group. The program of the education was devided eight sections and each section had it's own individual teacher. The member of each group was consisted of about twenty-five nurses. The questionnaire was developed by researchers and was applied two times just at the preeducation and two weeks after the education. The criteria of the developed questionnaire was consisted of two aspects, one was recognizant aspect of service and the other was behavioral aspect of service. The reliability of the questionnaire was Chronbach's $\alpha$=0.778. The questionnaire was exammed collected in the morning when the education of the service was started and two weeks after the education. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired T-test, Pearson's correlations. The result of the study are as follows : 1. There was a significant difference in the aspect of recognition of service between pre and post self-evaluation. 2. There was no significant difference in the aspect of behavior service between pre and post self-evaluation. 3. There was a significant difference in the aspect of total sense, score between pre & post self-evaluation. 4. There was a significant correlation between clinical experience and aspect of recognition of service. The positive correlation was shown in the longer clinical experience between nurse's role and service. But there was not a statistically significant correlation between clinical experience and aspect of behavior of service. Through the result it can be concluded that the education of service was needed to improve image of nursing as a practical and basic factor for the nurses, even though the education was not directly related to the nures's professional knowledge and skills.
