본 연구에서는 단지 내 아파트 블록포장 50곳의 현장조사를 통하여 주요 파손형태를 조사하여 공용성을 평가하였다. 공용성 평가결과에 따르면, 조사대상지역에서 9년의 공용연수를 가진 블록포장의 유지관리지수는 7.9에서 8.9사이이며, 블록포장의 상태는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'에 10년으로 제시된 보도의 교체주기는 검토할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 블록포장의 공용성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 일본블록포장협회에서 제시한 유지관리 기준과 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'의 유지관리기준을 조합하여 국내 현실에 적합한 유지관리기준을 제시하였다. 외국과 비고할 때 국내의 블록포장의 기준에는 내구성 관련기준과 줄눈채움재 및 모래안정층의 품질관리 기준이 명확히 제시되어 있지 않다. 따라서 블록포장의 기대수명과 유지관리비용을 줄이기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 기준을 비교하여 이러한 기준들을 국내기준에 포함시킬 것을 제안하였다.

Firms have reexamined and restructured their supply chain based on a long-term and partnership perspective as a firm's competitive advantage increasingly relies on its supply chain capability. A number of scholar works has provided evidence to support the positive effects of supply chain collaboration; however, the relationship between collaboration and performance is still inconclusive. This study refuses to have blinded faith on supply chain collaboration, but rather this paper suggests that the contribution of collaboration to supply chain performance improvement can be limited and vary along the contextual characteristics of a buyer-supplier relationship. Moreover, we argue that the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance can be curvilinear. This paper provides and test hypotheses regarding the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance. By using data of the Manufacturing Panel Survey (MPS), this study empirically validates the hypotheses. Overall, the results of the study support our hypotheses about a limited contribution of supply chain collaboration to manufacturing performance, which is opposite to a conventional expectation. Particularly, the effects of supply chain collaboration differ depending on the dimensions of performance such as customer satisfaction, quality, cost, delivery, and flexibility as well as the dependency in the buyer-supplier relationship. Moreover, the results of the study indicate that supply chain collaboration and performance may have curvilinear relationships in a certain context. Through a comprehensive model and empirical evidence, this study presents a better understanding of supply chain collaboration and provokes an open discussion about the effects of collaboration. This study also provides insightful implications for managers of buyers as well as suppliers who wish to foster stronger supply chain performance via a deep buyer-supplier relationship and collaboration.

지식정보사회에 적극적으로 대응하고, 조직의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위하여 정부기관 및 공공기관은 정보기술서비스관리(ITSM)시스템을 도입하여 운용할 필요가 있다. 최근에 우리나라의 정부기관 및 공공기관은 ITSM프로세스의 혁신과 정보화의 수준이 미흡한 환경에서 IT서비스의 수요증가와 복잡화에 따른 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 특히, IT아웃소싱의 증가로 인한 IT서비스관리의 어려움은 더욱 커지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 ITSM에 대한 기대는 더욱 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 ITSM의 성공적인 도입운용에 필수 요소인 ITSM조직구조에 대한 설계대안을 제시하였다. 즉, ITSM조직구조를 전통적인 기능 중심적인 조직구조에서 목적 중심, 고객 중심, 프로세스 중심의 조직구조로 제안하였다. 즉, ITSM조직는 서비스전략조직, 서비스설계조직, 서비스전이조직, 서비스운용조직, 서비스개선조직으로 구분하여 제안하였다. ITSM의 실효성을 확보하기 위하여 조직구조별 역할과 책임을 구체화하였으며, 조직별 전문성을 확보하기 위하여 인력편성방안도 제시하였다. 제안한 ITSM조직구조는 정부기관 및 공공기관의 정보화조직발전에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 과학기술 인력의 기업가역량을 수요자 관점에서 평가하면서 현재 어떤 역량이 부족하고 새롭게 보완해야 할지를 교육요구도(Borich's Needs Assessment Model) 조사를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 산업계가 기대하는 역량 수준 대비 현재 평가되는 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났고 특히 팀워킹, 문제해결능력, 의사소통, 추상적사고, 직무관련지식 등의 순서로 기대요구수준이 높았으며, 인내력, 프로젝트 지식, 유연성, 자율성, 리더십, 위험감수, 사업화 능력의 현재 수준이 평가항목 전체의 평균보다 낮게 나타났다. 연구를 통해 과학기술인력의 기업가역량 강화를 위한 교육에서 현재 가장 필요한 부분은 문제해결 능력, 팀워킹, 직무관련 지식, 추상적 사고, 의사소통 강화 등의 순서로 나타났다. 이는 조직 내에서 다양하게 접하는 업무 이슈와 현안을 팀 내 협력과 자신의 직무관련 지식을 활용하여 해결해 나가는데 교육의 우선순위를 두어야 하는 것을 말해주고 있다. 특히 이 과정에서 문제를 해결하는 논리적 사고, 결과를 타인에게 효과적으로 전달하는 부분이 함께 보완되어야 하겠다.

영화 매출에 대한 연구가 많이 있었지만 공통적인 핵심주제는 영화 매출에 대한 효율적인 예측모델을 훈련하는 것이다. 그러나 과거의 연구에서는 예측 오차를 발생시키는 요인에 대한 분석이 부족하여 이러한 오차를 줄이는 방법에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 같은 시기에 개봉되고 있는 영화들 간의 영향이 예측 오차에 대한 주요인이라는 가정하에 한 영화가 다른 경쟁영화에서 영향을 받는 정도(경쟁값)를 분석하여 영화매출예측 성능을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 경쟁값을 예측하기 위하여, 먼저 경쟁값의 극성(양수/음수)에 대해 분류하고 양수의 확률과 음수의 확률을 계산한 다음 회귀분석을 이용하여 양수인 값과 음수인 값을 예측한다. 마지막으로, 확률값과 예측값을 통하여 경쟁값의 기댓값을 계산하여 초기 예측된 매출을 보정한다. 실험 결과에 의하면 제안 방법을 통하여 영화 매출 예측의 정확도가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to measure hospitalized patients' satisfactions with hospital foodservices, and thereby identify areas for improvement and provide basic data for the introduction of total quality management with hospital foodservices. This survey was carried out questionnaires by 382 hospitalized patients into 7 hospitals in Deagu, Busan, Changwon. The subjects were 50.5% male and 49.5% female. Sixty-two percent of the subjects were over 40age, 31.4% were only educated to middle school or below, 28.3% were hospitalized for 7-14 days. The result of evaluation for hospital foodservice during the length of hospitalization are as follows : Taste, seasoning, temperature, apperance of foods were higher in the short hospitalized patients than in the long hospitalized patients, especially kind and combinazation of food were significantly higher(p<0.001). The result of the foodservice with appetite status was significantly higher score(3.33) in the good appetite patients than in the bad appetite patients score(2.00)(p<0.001). As the hospitalization rooms were the significantly difference in the taste(p<0.05), seasoning(p<0.001), apperance(p<0.01) of the foods, amount of service(p<0.01), variety of menu(p<0.05), combinazation of foods(p<0.01) and opinion of patients(p<0.05).

본 연구는 20세 이상 성인기 자폐성 장애인을 자녀로 둔 부모의 돌봄 경험의 총체적 의미를 이해하기 위해, 7명의 부모를 심층 면담하고 질적 사례연구 방법을 활용하여 분석 하였다. 분석 결과, 부모들의 돌봄 경험은 '수용 경험', '기대 경험', '절망 경험', '저항 경험'이란 4가지 핵심 주제아래, '현실 인정', '긍정 체험', '호전 현상', '더 나은 삶의 질을 제공해주고 싶은 욕구', '세상을 향한 기대', '힘에 부치는 일상', '심리적 소진', '예기 불안', '방어 심리', '복지에 대한 불신', '부당한 처사에 맞서기', '적극적으로 나서기'란 12개 하위 범주를 구성되었다. 이를 통해 부모들의 돌봄 경험은 장애 자녀에 대한 수용과 기대, 절망과 저항이 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 역동적 경험이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 성인기 자폐성 장애인 부모들을 지지하기 위해서는 이들의 절망감 해소, 긍정의 힘을 실어주는 것, 건강한 저항의 목소리를 낼 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다고 보았다. 이를 바탕으로 성인기 자폐성 장애인 부모와 그 자녀를 지원하기 위한 사회복지적 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

신의주를 홍콩과 같은 경제특구로, 개성을 산업단지로 지정하여 서방. 자본주의를 점진적으로 수용할 자세를 취하고 있는 북한의 변화는 매우 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 우리는 김일성의 사망후 갑자기 통일의 기운이 감돌았던 정치적 변화를 잊지 않고 있다. 그러나 지금의 분위기는 그때와는 사뭇 다르고, 그동안 남북한간의 다양한 문화교류도 성사되었다. 분단국가에서 통일을 이룬 독일을 통해 그들이 도서관 문제를 어떻게 풀어나갔는가를 고찰함으로서 우리가 통일을 대비하여 우리의 도서관문제. 특히 공공도서관 문제를 접근하는데 참고가 되고자 함이다. 동독은 그들이 자랑하는 공공도서관시스템이 통일과 함께 와해되는 위기를 맞았고, 서독의 공공도서관시스템으로 흡수되었다. 서로 다른 체제의 공공도서관시스템이 어떻게 조화를 이루어 궁극적인 이용자봉사를 최대화하는가는 우리에게 시사하는 점이 많을 것으로 사료된다.

Objective: This study investigated the perception, utilization, and satisfaction (in the general population), of the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic, to provide basic information for the development of Korean medicine clinical practice guidelines for the common cold. Method: A questionnaire was developed that consisted of questions about the general perception, utilization status, degree of satisfaction, willingness to use, and the improvement of the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic. An online survey was conducted using this questionnaire. Results: Three-hundred subjects responded to the survey. The results of the analysis were as follows. 1. 73.7% of the subjects recognized the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic. 2. 72% of the subjects had a positive perception of Korean medicine for common cold treatment. The major reason for the positive perception was the expectation about improving immunity and preventing recurrence. 3. Only 20% of the subjects had visited the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment. The expensive cost was the major reason for not visiting the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment. 4. The ratio of subjects who were willing to visit the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment was 70%. 5. The expansion of health insurance coverage (67.7%), the activation of public relations (54.7%), and the development of a new herb medicine preparation that was easy to take (43.3%) were found to be necessary for improving the Korean medical service for common cold treatment. Conclusion: In spite of high recognition and positive perception, actual utilization of common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic was relatively low. Multifaceted efforts are necessary to enhance the competitiveness of Korean medical service for treatment of the common cold.

최근 무선네트워크의 확산, 모바일 기기의 성능 향상, 서비스에 대한 수요 증가와 함께 모바일 지리정보서비스(GIS)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 3세대로 분류되는 모바일 지리정보시스템을 웹 2.0의 성공사례와 참조하여 볼 때 서버에서의 일방적인 지리정보 제공만으로는 사용자 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 없으며 이는 서비스 자체에 대한 활용도를 높일 수 없다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 구글맵을 기반으로 사용자가 직접 지리정보를 사진과 텍스트를 이용하여 정보를 생성, 저장하고 공유할 수 있는 차세대 지리정보서비스(GIS 2.0)의 모델을 제시하고 이를 안드로이드 스마트 폰에서 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램에 대한 전문가 평가를 통해 GIS 2.0에 대한 기대사항을 파악하고 GIS 2.0의 성공을 위한 조건과 시사점을 파악하였다.
